Expect the Unexpected 🤭😬

Hey warriors! A few little areas to address before jumping off the top rope into today’s topic. First, this date is 8/23/23. I LOVE when numbers line up like that. Last week marked my 333rd post. Oh my goodness, look at those threes! I will take them any day. Another number is 70. That was the Hulkster’s BIG milestone birthday he had a few weeks ago as I forgot to mention it last time. Despite some possible warrior fans having animosity towards him, he is a legend and icon, so should be respected for much. Without his presence in the early days of WWF, us fans never would’ve taken such interest like we did. Sure, there were plenty of others (like The Ultimate Warrior,) but Hulk was the brand and helped propel wrestling into sports entertainment. Was a huge fan of his? No, but I will never take away what he or even others have contributed over time, EVER. Most guys are in their 70s or late 60s now who I followed. What sacrifices they made like I always say to entertain and sustain. I wish him happiness in his new decade.

Last week, we took our son back to college for year two. At least we are better equipped now and possibly won’t have unexpected things our way, but ya never can tell. My daughter starts her senior year of high school in a few days. One football game already done too with a blowout win! How will it be Senior Band night so soon? It seems like two years went by very fast🥹. I do hope there aren’t too many unexpected moments but we need to face them anyways. Let’s bring on the funny times because there’s too much of the negative around.

That pic below was from a segment of “The Brother Love Show.” I LOOOVE this one and glad I got a clear shot. finally of U.W. He turns Brother Love into Sister Love. Talk about an unexpected moment for sure! I remember it so well as often times again, I wonder who’s idea it was? I bet fans weren’t expecting that to happen as well. I love Hot Rod’s commentary with Vince too. So classic and funny to see different “shows” that weren’t too serious. It never gets old to me as I’ve shared some other unexpected times with my daughter and Brother Love antics. Those days will live on in my earlier warrior journey… 💙

Another unexpected moment (at least with my former coworkers of years past) was when I sang to this guy on his birthday. I believe I’ve written this before and it connects here. I had no wig, but sang in my best Marilyn Monroe voice to him all breathy like she did to President Kennedy back in the 60s. I probably shocked about everyone doing that but boy, was it fun! OK, I did wanna prove I could do something out of the ordinary but it got me to build my confidence with a totally new idea. Expect the unexpected once more. Yeah, I was no Marilyn but did it my way! 😳👏🏻

Have you ever done something like that or received something unexpected? I bet you have, and I for sure shared plenty! We do always have those times in our lives on the opposite end when facing a difficult decision or even a health scare. I recently lost a friend of mine to brain cancer. Totally unexpected and so shocking. She was younger than me…😓💔 Looking at her husband and kids was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do emotionally. Yes all that happens too sometimes and we just move forward as only we can. Warrior’s loss was unexpected to fans, but none of us really knows when our time here physically is done. The spiritual journey with him was definitely unexpected in many ways, but my soul knows this path I need to take. How about good stuff? I know of women who were told they’d be unable to have kids and now have several a piece! What about a great job that lined up for you? You can probably think of many more and it can be little things all the time too.

Warrior’s return to WWE was totally unexpected to so many and yet those beautiful days making up that weekend had to happen. Let’s remember the good times and not those unexpected which make us angry, sad, or disappointed. There are way too many of those unfortunate times we shouldn’t always give our attention to so rack your brain for the great stuff to come in. Maybe we’ll win the lottery! The jackpot was HUGE lately and my husband plays often. We need to believe in the good in spite of the negative situations around us. It can be hard to stay positive but we need to check our gear bag for any “foreign objects” that will deter us from getting to that good place in a healthy way. Just because you have done experiences in the past, believe the best is yet to come.

Expecting the unexpected can go both ways warriors but the true test is to turn any unfortunate times into fortunate ones, eventually. Our grit keeps us going so look to the messages Warrior left us for any inspiration you need. You will find answers if you look within yourself, and DO the unexpected. It just might bring up that warrior spirit you were meant to release… ❤️‍🔥

P.S. A few weeks past, I had found 1️⃣0️⃣ blue Jay feathers and a cardinal within a few days! That’s gotta be a record in such a short period of time (: They just make me happy. ☺️I don’t expect them but maybe I should! Manifest the good but release the expectation of HOW…

P.P.S. I called in for the 3rd time ( makes a 3 count!) to “80’s wrestling the podcast.” Their topic was all about the magazines of the day. I shared a funny library story of mine back in high school! If you choose to listen~ I am around the 16:55 mark and I talk for almost 10 min. The hosts are so fun and I love talking to them! ***They go LIVE every Thurs. at 10 A.M. EST here in the U.S. but it is recorded. It is around an hour or so… If you were a fan of the Golden Era of WWF, you will enjoy this podcast! Kinda unexpected again… 😜😂📚

I'm a wife, mom of 2 and have always been a huge fan of WWE’s the Ultimate Warrior despite his passing. I created this blog to share my stories relating to him that happened years ago and some are continuing today with his Spirit alive and well! I hope some fans out there relate and enjoy my blog!!! Check out my book “Spirit and Belief” on how Warrior influenced me in spirit. It is filled with humor, family stories, psychic terms, following my intuition, and how everyone has natural abilities we can tap into or get guidance upon.
