My Introspective Session ❤️‍🩹🧲😬

Happy November warriors! Hard to believe we are in these last few months of 2024 but what a year it has been. That post will be December but today is still this month of number 11. More on that number later…. When you finish reading, you’ll notice that pic of Ultimate Warrior below wearing one of his many WWF T-shirts back then. That was yet another photo from one of the magazines, but here’s a little fun fact I noticed recently. I had decided to watch some of my faves and one is of “ The Brother Love Show.” Amanda Ultimate Warrior also wore that exact SAME shirt when she appeared on the segment! I just thought that was an ultimate connection. I love how these ideas lineup. 🥰

I’ll move us into today’s post of being introspective. I recently had another energy session with my new healer who specializes more in healing through hypnosis. I saw her last in June. ***NO***to all you skeptics, it isn’t like turning into a chicken or anything like that! 🐔It’s more introspective which Warrior had mentioned as an aspect of his personality. I am too. The beautiful concept was that she made a house call! How sweet was this and I became her first one here in Ohio. I of course was a little nervous, but it then was super cozy as we danced a little at first to release anxiety.💃See, it’s fun stuff too and not just going deep.

The date of our time together was October 29 which I mentioned last week. 5️⃣ years ago, the calendar was the same. My healer connected numerology which totally resonates with me. Regular readers will know this… 2+9 = 11 and that is a master number. My number. See, it’s back… If interested in finding out yours go to http://www.numerologist.com for info. It is totally FREE… Whether it is something you’d like to pursue or not, mine fits and I do believe. What is a master number? Well, it’s part of my journey and connects to inspiring energy. I am an intuitive soul that is for sure. The traits can sound intimidating, but makes sense as in the past~~~ little did. It’s always yin and yang though. You can do that research on your own if feeling compelled to do so.

These energy sessions vary in some degree than what I had been used to. She accesses past memories of trauma, but does so in a way that feels comfortable and relaxed. Think of it like going to a psychiatrist only more spiritually aligned. Sometimes, it does feel a little intrusive as many questions are asked of me. We did have prep work though with topics I needed to discuss and dissect. With my previous healer, more of it was done in silence with little discussion on my end except for the occasional question. I love the use of crystals and oils, but these hypnosis sessions are very communicative. Sometimes though, we need to feel out of the “norm” or “out of the box” and Warrior knew that all too well. We have to face truths in order to heal, right? Warriors fight the battle but still need to tend to their wounds.

Do any of you remember my gratitude post of a few years back? I referenced the 2 most important attributes to be grateful for which are your life and health. I had received a wonderful voice memo from my new healer the next day with a practice that came through to her. It was a message for me from my team in spirit. I always believe in the good that comes from “parts unknown” so I took it to heart. She mentioned how gratitude tips will help with my anxiety and I have written plenty down in a journal, but it’s been a while. Her steps were these: for three days~~~ (yes a three count!) I needed to concentrate on the present for day 1, the past for day 2, and to be grateful for a possible future event on day 3. I wrote down 3 answers and reflected on them each in meditation. My desires were to stick with what led me to all this healing in the first place. We have to remember the difficult times too warriors because they make us stronger and give more self love which is needed. My future idea is a trip or vacation so I am “locking that in” 🔑 as she said in order to manifest it coming forth.

That’s how we need to be. This is the time for gratitude as November begins, and before the holidays get underway. I was so overwhelmed by her home visit but was starting to feel a little flushed lying on my couch for almost a few hours! I must say the pets cooperated and I pulled those negative emotions out of me like a magnet. Hopefully, this yucky funk that has been around will dissipate soon as the month has LOTS happening. The session went well and at least this time, I kept my gut intact. 🤢 She’s so cute and understanding, I wanted to just shrink her up and keep her in my pocket! I mean this in a good way of course. Monday marked 5️⃣ years since my psychic friend’s reading at her house which inspired me so much on this warrior experience of mine. 5 years, wow. I’ve been through A LOT and yet there’s always more to come. I’m in such a better place emotionally and am so grateful for those 2 dreams leading me to energy work. Thank you Warrior for your guidance and wisdom as it was much needed and still is. 💙

If this type of post isn’t your thing, no worries. I just like to share what has been working in my life, why I need certain practices, and how it’s important to always remain educated. Even if you roll your eyes 🙄 at energy work or don’t quite understand what it’s about, just know it truly does not have to be part of your life and perhaps may never be. Stuck past emotional trauma will come to the surface in many ways~~~ mostly physical, and I was determined to find the root cause. I’m so grateful (like this month’s theme) that I have. I felt Warrior’s presence in a few ways that day, but I know his response would be to follow my gut. That I am sir, and will continue on my own warrior ways always… 🥹

P.S. I did hear a ringing in my left ear during the end of our session so thank you once again Warrior!

Be Your OWN Boss! (mostly…)

Are you your own boss? I guess you can take that statement however you wish. It can mean literally being your own employer financially or being in charge of your life. Some aren’t both but I so hope you are the latter. Here we are again with yet another commonality I have with Warrior. He had “issues” with authority at times and so did I. Am sure most employees do at some point in their career whether it’s the boss, co-workers, pay, extra time, or the workplace. The list goes on.

When you begin a job, it’s probably the same for most of us. At least I hope so. You’re excited since it’s a new chapter in your life open to all kinds of possibilities. You get to know the “rules” and people while creating your own style of work. The challenge is upon you while rising eagerly accepting mentors. After a while, you want your opinion heard and respected. Little things may begin to irritate you but it’s stuff that doesn’t stick around for long.

Then, the bigger changes occur. We can all relate, right? The boss asks you to come in earlier, stay later, work from home, take a pay cut, come in on your day off, etc. You get the idea. That annoying co-worker just got even weirder… You may not get that elusive raise or promotion after all. Ugh… what to do? Sometimes we don’t have a choice and really need the job and paycheck. Maybe you still really love the work but dislike other factors.

If you aren’t familiar with Warrior’s career in the WWE, you can look all that up and come to your own conclusion. I personally believe he did better creatively being his OWN boss. There’s a reason we butt heads with authority but again like I’ve said before: it’s all about the WHY and HOW, not always the WHAT. Some say he was “difficult to work with” but those same people forget all the consecutive years he DID give– without a break. Some also say he made others wait, didn’t live up to contracts, or any of that. We don’t know the full story. Some have great things to say about him too!

It also connects to the deep down truth of his inner boss coming more and more to the surface. I for one am glad he pursued other opportunities despite not receiving the bigger paycheck. A few business ventures didn’t always work out but he tried a variety of interests. We ALL should. Vince McMahon is also a very highly creative person and sometimes compromise becomes too hard. Warrior eventually became his own boss while still inspiring. That’s exactly what he wanted and needed to do.

For my life, a preschool teacher’s situations weren’t exactly the same as a pro wrestlers but the emotion ALWAYS is. I left both my jobs as a result of “friction” and have no regrets. OK, the second job was because I became pregnant but I was planning on quitting anyway.

Who knows if my future will contain another similar job in the workforce but I gotta say– I feel more fulfilled now. I’m my own boss as a blogger, published author of Spirit and Belief, and now becoming a spiritual coach. The coaching thing is new but that’s my passion as I continue without a boss in my ear. I realize most don’t this luxury and believe me, I am grateful every single day. You can be your own boss in so many other ways though.

I’m learning that more all the time but it’s just feeling more comfortable being ME and loving it. Do a few little extras just for you sometimes that normally aren’t in the daily routine. Remember those things you loved doing but don’t always have the time for anymore? DO THEM and make the time. You will feel better and more versatile with knowing your life isn’t the 9-5 job.

Also, being your own boss is not letting others dictate how you need to be. I’m not saying ” F_ _ __ what others think.” That was Warrior! It means to not hide your abilities and interests just to please others. Be in charge and in control of what makes you happy. It doesn’t mean to ignore everyone but just don’t conform and become a doormat. You are the only one that can do this, nobody else can. It might be difficult doing something new or different but exciting also! Live within your means like Warrior said but also live your life with passion, not drudgery.

This Valentine’s Day, why not express self-love more? Not everyone has a romance and this Holiday doesn’t need to be all that anyway. I can give you suggestions but am sure your creative self can come up with plenty. 😉👏🏻 To be your OWN boss involves some thinking but focus on one area first. How can you best become that boss of your life which is necessary? Take time to answer that but remember to love yourself first. It is so important to know. Enjoy the process and my wish is for you to discover how to truly OWN becoming a boss in your life. HAPPY LOVE DAY SELF BOSSES! 💖❤️💙💜🥰🤗❣️💓🎁💘💗💞#selflove#beyourownboss
