Four years ago today the Ultimate Warrior was inducted into the WWE HOF so I wanted to share this excerpt from my book Spirit and Belief. I just love how the quarter story connects his home state, oldest daughter’s name, and younger daughter’s birth year. A three count yet again!
My daughter found this quarter at our trip to South Dakota randomly on the ground a few years ago. She gave it to me and I actually said: “Nooo!” People turned to look. Oops, didn’t realize I said that out loud. She wondered why I said no (although comically of course) but I told her it was too bad Ohio wasn’t the state listed where we live. Little did she know Mama had a bunch of signs coming already connected to Mr. Warrior. I blogged about our trip in the past and you can find the whole story in my book!
Why did my daughter give me that quarter? Even if she didn’t want it, what made her give it to me and not just put it back on the ground? Yes, I always ask questions but even with my development, I somehow knew the answers.
I can’t believe the year 1996 on the dime was so visible to me in the pouring rain! By the time I unloaded my groceries from the cart to my van, water soaked all through me. I needed to walk fast to get inside so no time to notice a dime, right? The light from the driver’s side door shone right on that dime for me to see it. Heck, I was already drenched but for a second or two, time seemed to stop so I could pick it up. ☂️💦
Coins have value and to find a quarter– well, that’s bigger than those pennies, nickels, and dimes! Half-dollars are rare so no mention of them. If I hadn’t gotten many acts of synchronicities prior to these coins, they would mean nothing to me. For most, they probably don’t. All of my experiences relating to Warrior were very consistent and happened around the same time frame.
Sure, these coins were probably dropped but it is the act of noticing and the feeling attached that makes it real for you. Maybe we don’t look at coins the same anymore like finding those lucky pennies as a child. When signs appear and you believe, the Universe is at work in your life.
