Here we are warriors in this new year of 2026 as I wish the happiest of days ahead to all of you. I hope you’re all well and getting back into regular routines once again! I missed writing and there’s so much to share today. Let’s begin with a * BIG* milestone of January for me. It has been 10 years now when my Warrior dreams all started back in 2016. They were very frequent and continued for a while. Those beginnings were told in my book 📗 but they originated on here. Come October, these writings will also mark that double digit as I am so excited yet humbled always… 🥹 Remember last year when I changed that word of resolutions to goals? Well, this year is more about intentions as that word fits without tons of pressure.
We always need to do things with right minded or good intentions, correct? I sure hope you do as Warrior did too. The end result might not be exactly the ultimate win but at least we start off trying our best. FINALLY, I will say this though. I still receive multiple emails and or phone calls from book marketers but one guy actually acknowledged Warrior by name! That has never happened before. Everyone begins with those good intentions but they still might receive that dreaded “ no thanks.” This guy probably not knew who Warrior was but at least gave his part in all this a mention. The other topics highlighted included dreams, meditation, intuition, other signs, and a celebrity connection. So, someone along the way DID read my book because of specifics listed. He said I was relatable with my humility and spirituality. I will always take those compliments. 🙏🏻
He had good intentions but not the end result which is OK because then we just go another route. We all do. Let this new year and month bring you choices with many options. I’ve only used a month name in two other posts so here’s my three count! I will mention the photo below as it was my intention to start brand new but this one is not. I did use that clip of “ The Brother Love Show” in the past but not a close-up so here it is today. Another close-up I noticed over the break was of UW at the ‘ 87 Slammy Awards as part of a song number. How had I not ever picked up on THIS but he is holding a sledgehammer! Who remembers my story on that? It was in my top posts of the year. I laughed 😂 so hard on that image while connecting it to my scenario with the casket of a few years after those Slammys. The sledgehammer returns just in a different way! 🤭
Back to intentions as boy, this is a goodie from Christmas time. We have these reindeer 🦌 lights I put on a small table and they play a few songs while lighting up. It’s super cute and I’ve had it a long time. It has a battery in it and you just press the button on or off. One night, my husband and I were watching a classic holiday cartoon that was always one of my favorites as my daughter had a friend over to make ornaments. The son was working so he was not a witness. While I’m singing along to those fun songs in the movie, all of a sudden~~~ the reindeer lights started playing! 😳
I yelled in the other room to my daughter as I thought for sure she reached out of the doorway and turned them on to be funny. I find out later she did not and would not have done that. I can’t assume anything and maybe the battery acted up, who knows? GET THIS though~~~ my husband actually said: “ could that have been spirits or something?” WHAT??? Here’s this guy again surprising me with a comment like that. Christmas is a magical time and electronics as loyal readers know are easy for spirits to manipulate. I wanted a good intention here so decided to meditate on this a little. Do I believe there was a malfunction with the lights? Nope. I DO have my way sometimes of getting information so you can believe what you wish on this. Let’s just say~~~ I always believe after of course connecting other dots or bouncing off all four corners of my squared circle. To think I almost gave them away… I never will now. They are put away to be used in our new home but I paused a little while packing them in the box. 📦
This last good intention concerns an episode of my guys over at “ 80’s wrestling the podcast.” They titled 12/ 18/25 as “ Merch Madness.” Check it out if you’re interested wherever you get your podcasts. I’m on around the 58 minute mark discussing my UW action figure story and cereal box images both told in my book “Spirit and Belief.” I was so grateful to share my humor with the guys and listeners as I received many compliments. They love me, ha ha! 🩷
I always have good intentions when I call in because my stories will never equate with theirs! The following week I called in as well right before Christmas but that was just a few trivia questions. Here’s the funny part. They were playing ads or TV commercials from the ol’ WWF years and you had to guess. I knew a couple but then I was last. They saved the final audio for me and the host SWEARS it was just in random order. Best for last of course! I knew from the beginning as it was one of the first pics I used last year to start 2025. Those “ Slim Jim” commercials where UW was the first spokesman before they switched to Randy Savage who became more iconic. I still see Randy’s image at gas stations or convenient stores with Slim Jim sometimes. Very glad I called in for that one! We’ll see what the guys pull out of the vault this year, which also marks a milestone. It will be 5️⃣ years almost that I’ve been listening to them. I hope they do a great anniversary show.
