I know kiddos have gone back to classes in school but it kinda does get “roped” in today. There’s a couple of topics being brought to you readers this week as I always thank you for being part of these writings. First off, yesterday marked 1️⃣2️⃣ years since it was announced that the Ultimate Warrior would be the first inductee into the 2014 WWE HOF class. Yes, I will always remember as a mention on here. Warrior was definitely “schooled” with being back into the WWE after an 18 year absence but he also self taught himself much through the years. That photo below shows him after his ultimate win at WMVI since no man was ever allowed to hold both titles simultaneously. Another moment to celebrate as he graduated by besting Hulk almost 36 years ago.
Let’s stay with Warrior and the subject of school just a minute here. A few weeks ago, I had another dream as they are not as frequent anymore. In this dream, Warrior was teaching a class all about his disciplines, beliefs, and how he looked at life. If any remember~~~ I had a similar one years back with Dana carrying on his legacy as well. Warrior looked like he did during the HOF weekend of being inducted into another class of sorts. I attended his class in the dream (of course!) and was so thrilled seeing him in his element with speaking to the students. Many seemed way younger than me but it didn’t matter. In some dreams, I am able to pose with him for a photo, get his autograph, or even engage in a hug but guess that didn’t happen this time around. 🤷🏻♀️
The classroom seemed to fill up as I took notes feverishly while trying to keep up with his ways. I was so excited to be there while anticipating the next class. Wait a sec here.. *** I had to PAUSE as I noticed my right ear ringing. 💙Thank you Warrior as I share this dream… *** The following session was upon me but when entering, I noticed another instructor at the head of the class. I asked her why Warrior was not here and she replied that he decided to not teach anymore. WHAT??? I was crushed as she offered no other explanation. Some people were snickering but I wasn’t sure if that was directed at me or otherwise. How would this woman continue HIS messages and did she know him? I never knew any of that but then all got set to head outside for something and I recall climbing downstairs. Still feeling bummed, I then remembered I had his email address! That was a way to contact Warrior and find out more info. The dream seemed to end there with me thinking of how to email him while going outdoors with that younger group of kids who *DID* make a few age comments towards me. I didn’t care as I could contact Warrior later. No clue on if I continued in that class, but my guess is NO…
I obviously can’t email him now, but I have other ways of connecting with him. It was great just to see him in that format~~~ although briefly as I treasure them all. 😌
Another project or concept ended by Warrior was his relationship with Andrew William Wright who profiled him for a bit in 2004 to 2005. Recently, I received an email from a guy who wanted access to any of those old videos which I did save but then Andrew must’ve taken them down. I loved this one of Warrior just speaking in the hotel room as he mentioned music which connected for me. I did email the guy back and as always I thank anyone for checking out my blog or asking questions that I try to answer. That class ended too but another mystery as to the WHY~~~ however Warrior always had his reasons…
This last class mentioned if you will is yet * ANOTHER* person still thinking I am Warrior’s wife although in his email he never alluded to her name of Dana. It was just repeated as “ honoring your husband.” His name however, is Dino Ruggiero who is the owner of The Official Wrestling Museum so feel free to check them out with the website of the same name. I’ll link it again at the end. There’s LOTS of legit content on there as I am not “roped” in on many wrestling related sites and or events. Dino was asking ME ( as he thought I was Warrior’s wife) if W could be inducted with this year’s new class of their Hall of Fame. What a great honor as many many legends have also been recipients. He sends the certification, you or the person accepting on your behalf poses for a photo with the paper, and they post on their site. He was very nice about explaining, as I *WAITED* to tell him who I truly was. I would LOVE to do this on behalf of getting the Ultimate Warrior into their HOF but I am unfortunately not qualified with “their” criteria. I wished him luck as he did say he tried responding to a few Instagram photos, so Dana must’ve seen his notes, right? 😬
Hopefully, in the near future she will know this is a real place and many of Warrior’s former colleagues are in as well. I should keep in touch to see if she does post a photo. Again though, *MY* name is listed right at the top of every blog post as the author of the book “ Spirit and Belief” 📗 so perhaps people just bypass that info, I really don’t know. 🫤
Warriors, this has been quite the “schooling” lately as both my kids started back to college this week too. Get back to class so you also can learn all you can in whatever form that takes. Here’s the site of Dino’s for any wanting to find it.
