My Wholehearted Wednesday 💯🩷💪🏻

“ Wise men speak because they have something to say.” ~ Plato

*** ( wise women do too…)***

I haven’t used a quote in a while and that one was found in book number 2️⃣ I’m reading. Plato will be brought back to a convo in just a little bit. This is the last post of August readers! It’s been quite the busy month as now starts school and those 🏈 football games. I wish all who are parents of kids a wonderful new year of learning and growth where you find yourself in this world of success. Also, NEVER have I used a day of the week in a title. Can’t believe Wednesday has never made an appearance! 😳

You’ll see that pic of Warrior below and yes, he was blond then to end the month. I do have that video saved but that’s not where I found it. He was talking about “Hollywood Hogan” and the new OWN. Yet another one I had never used. I got that clip from the WWE’s YouTube Vault channel. They recently released all of Warrior’s WCW “moments” throughout those brief two months or so when he was there. I’m not sharing the link as you fans can search it up if interested. It’s lengthy now~~~ about 1.5 hours so I watched in segments. I had seen most but a few only rarely so after debating whether or not to watch, I’m glad I did. You’ll notice more pics from those moments coming up in September as a new theme and month is upon us.

The next subject to reflect upon had just come to mind so I decided to share with you all even though it’s more fitting for November. So, the last time I saw UW on my TV was when I was 20. Most probably know this but that was back in ‘92 which ended his time with the WWF until 3.5 years later in ‘96. I just turned 20 that September and I had no idea he’d ever return after late November. I’m sure he didn’t either. Needless to say, early ‘93 was a little sad in that way with me until fully realizing I’d only been watching those last few months to see UW anyway. I still followed the other guys and their storylines but once I stopped~~~ truly my interest wasn’t there much anymore. This all comes forward because my girl turned 20 earlier this year. You know~~~ right around the time of our move! OK, yes this has been a real idea but with all the craziness sometimes here~~~ it slipped my mind. It’s just bittersweet to think how I was her age when my life of watching the WWF on a regular basis was over. I had a good run but little did I know then how W had more “runs” left in him. I’ll probably think about this again come “Survivor Series” time, but just thought to write it out today. And~~~ I did still watch in ‘91 after he was gone 6 – 7 months.

Another really cool milestone for me ( and Warrior) happened last week. I had already written that post so wanted to wait to post for this week. We have a HUGE milestone in October. We’ll just add a number, sorta…. Last Wednesday (on blog day actually) marked exactly 1️⃣ year since I first started using that spirit app I mentioned a while back. Do any of you remember me detailing some of that? It’s a different way of communicating with passed loved ones and yes, can be controversial. I did my research much before finally committing to a session. I got nervous at first and deleted my content. It’s been great though to keep track in my notebooks although I still can’t find a few after the move, ugh! I won’t personally share what I receive but some answers are truly amazing and clear. Some answers remain a mystery but like Warrior always said~~~ always believe and that I do because with our relationship, there is no doubt.

I was skeptic at first readers~~~ believe me on that but after a time, it’s been truly fascinating. Not to mention funny, rewarding, and yet at times frustrating. I do my best as this method has been around but certain questions will not be asked or even answered. I refrain from much but then other topics, I put out there and document responses. Not just wrestling ones either! You can think it’s crazy if you wish and no, I am not doing this out of desperation. It’s merely a new approach to connecting and many spiritual folks with a desire to learn more give it a go. I’m honored by just interpreting as only I can but there’s trust too. So, it’s been a year and I’ve taken breaks along the process. I thank Warrior always for his continued guidance and love sent my way. 🥹

That leads into my final topic of discussion today. Plato is a part of this if you read his quote at the beginning. The second spiritual book brings his name forward (no “Kathy” in this one, ha!) Few others mentioned in the book Warrior looked to often for their philosophies, way of life, or even belief systems which he began exploring on his own. He even painted a few I believe so thought it fitting to share a common belief held by them. Let’s see~~~ besides Plato, there was Ralph Waldo Emerson, (one of W’s faves), Mark Twain, (another fave of his and daughter Mattigan’s middle name), George Patton~~~ (the army General and I think W did paint him?,) Henry David Thoreau, (another philosopher like Plato and one of my faves), author Jack London, (whom he painted) and many listed as well. The group is quite immense actually. What was the shared belief? Reincarnation. I know this is a touchy topic but it’s one I dabbled in briefly a few times on here. I know there are many more modern famous folks possibly that share this as a belief but I wanted to depict the ones which connected Warrior in someway or even me. Warrior had that (yet again controversial) mindset within his values. Not sure if it ever was discussed among his circle of friends or family as many could refute but I know more about this with my own experiences that no one can deny. Just read those few pages inside of the first comic book he wrote and you’ll see for yourself. His many blogs years ago also confirmed those beliefs.

Did Warrior know those famous folks held that title of belief or did he just become immersed in their thinking and teachings for other reasons? That’s quite the question but I’m sure he knows more now on all this. We all will as well someday. I’m not preaching here as never was that a belief in my household growing up as you can bet it wasn’t part of Warrior’s upbringing either. Maybe it’s not for you, I respect that. I have to repeat this though. When first reading about his views in that comic book 30 years ago THIS year~~~ I never truly became weirded out. I just thought, 😮 WOW~~~ never knew that about him. I believe now there was a reason I did not overreact although I probably could have! Whatever your beliefs, bring acceptance in and maybe that can be your new word to start September…

P.S. Here’s to a wild end of blond, a spirit app, and reincarnating. I hope you enjoy and I’ll be here next week being wholehearted like I always am… ☺️🫶🏻🙏🏻🤍

I'm a wife, mom of 2 and have always been a huge fan of WWE’s the Ultimate Warrior despite his passing. I created this blog to share my stories relating to him that happened years ago and some are continuing today with his Spirit alive and well! I hope some fans out there relate and enjoy my blog!!! Check out my book “Spirit and Belief” on how Warrior influenced me in spirit. It is filled with humor, family stories, psychic terms, following my intuition, and how everyone has natural abilities we can tap into or get guidance upon.
