“Live Strong, Act Bold, Be Brave…”

Here we go again with yet another story I have never told but became part of my life a few years ago. It really connects with that incredible year of 2016 and still resonates today with what I notice. I’ve mentioned decorating with the candle lantern in The Mysterious Batteries story and this experience is very similar with that timeline.

I wanted more things around my house with words or inspiration besides artwork, photos, and nature pictures. A shopping trip was upon me and I became entranced with all the great quotes in frames hanging above me in the store. There were so many and I read each one as tears began to well-up in my eyes. Not to worry– I wasn’t grieving Warrior in that way anymore but really contemplating all the spiritual happenings going on for me then. Every sign and their messages jumped out at me and it became an impossible task deciding which one to pick.

I finally chose the sign you see and loved the big words with HEART, LIFE, and IMAGINED. Being black and white meant it could go anywhere in my house so a bonus for me! It remained on top of my bookshelf until recently when I decided to move it entirely. The cat influenced this decision with her mischievous antics but what a difference moving items makes sometimes. Am loving its new spot and how I read it everyday.

After these last few years of reading Dana’s blog, she began saying more of Warrior’s quotes besides “always believe.” I started making that affirmation part of my daily meditation. It states: “Live Strong, Act Bold, Be Brave. Nothing is too hard to do.” I added because I always believe at the end so it works for me! I had been saying this for months and it became a huge part of believing in myself more and more. 💪🏻🙏🏻❤️

One day I had passed the sign and really stopped to look at it. This was a few months ago so kinda recent since the sign’s been up a few years. It hit me then once I put it all together. Three words are on this sign that are part of Warrior’s quote– bold, brave, and strong. Sure, not in the right order but still there and again– unreal to me. I had never noticed them before that day and only after I had used them for months during my meditation.

Maybe my intuition slammed me that day in the store so I’d buy this sign! Maybe also I had to wait in order to really connect those words with my life today. Maybe a few years ago, I wasn’t ready to really feel the power without all the emotion.

I have another story with words in The Falling Signs and the batteries and signs are all in my book Spirit and Belief. For all you naysayers– no, I didn’t buy the sign noticing Warrior’s words and no, I don’t go looking for connections. They find me because of my life and purpose. Synchronicity is a huge aspect of everyone’s existence if we really take the time to notice and believe.

Whether or not Warrior was guiding me that day, it makes no difference. It is always the feeling in your heart that matters most. The Universe is a team effort and if he was leading the team, how Ultimate!

I believe always he notices anything that inspires us warriors to honor ourselves and our life’s journey. My life is constantly guided by his other quotes about “it’s not the destination, it’s the journey.” My favorite is “Do The Work” since I hear this from many people in my path all the time. (also in my book!)

My sign will remain in my life with those words that remain in my heart everyday just like signs should for you. Be the best you can be with whatever the Universe shows since that’s what warriors do.

Live Strong, Act Bold, Be Brave. Nothing is too hard to do because I always believe.” ~~~ Kathy

I'm a wife, mom of 2 and have always been a huge fan of Ultimate Warrior despite his passing. I created this blog to share my stories relating to him that happened years ago and some are continuing today with his Spirit alive and well! I hope some fans out there relate and enjoy my blog!!! Check out my book Spirit and Belief on how Warrior influenced me in spirit. It is filled with humor, family stories, psychic terms, following my intuition, and how anyone has natural abilities we can tap into or get discovered.
