The Sci-Fi Cyborg šŸ’ŖšŸ»šŸ¤–

He’s back! Welcome to August dear readers. How is this school month already for most? Crazy… The ā€œheā€ I am referring to is about that title above. Yep, the sci-fi cyborg but before that, here’s a little something I noticed. Like I said~~~ I do not watch WWE but here lately I did watch SmackDown and a little of RAW. I had to see the Hulk Hogan tributes as I sure hope they have a separate special on him. With everything he did for the business, he does deserve more than the traditional 10 Bell šŸ›Žļø tribute and a few clips shown. I know they also did a tribute for him this past ā€œSummerSlamā€ as well. Perhaps that will be it? šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø The beginning of the shows when they announce their: ā€œ Then, Now, Forever, Togetherā€ slogan, many wrestlers are pictured. Ultimate Warrior is part of ā€œ forever.ā€ Many may know this. I love that but yes, they all are forever to me~~~ every generation.

Do any recall ā€œ The Wandering Tent Dreamā€ a few years back? I saw a movie playing that featured Warrior in the starring role as a cyborg. It was science fiction and I totally KNEW in that dream how that was the second movie he made. He was only in ā€œ Firepowerā€ but at the time, a second was in preproduction. There’s a reason I bring this as a topic today. Another dream I had only this time, it was just a photo shown to me~~~ that’s it. The photo? Well, it was one in my ā€œ Wrestle Americaā€ magazine from 1993 with Warrior on the cover. The black-and-white pic is him sitting behind a camera on the set of the movie. I have used it on here years ago and he looked so happy. He truly was… That’s all I wanted for him and actually said that to the magazine in the store back then. It was kinda intense but totally makes sense now. 😌

After seeing that photo in my dream (or mind’s eye???) , it got me thinking. Why was I ā€œrandomlyā€ shown that? I couldn’t answer for a bit but then as usual, it came to me. I had to go back and reread that article by Dave Rosenbaum to check on a few things. Here’s a quote: ā€œ Don Boyle, who conceived ā€˜The Six Million Dollar Man’ for TV, wrote a science- fiction movie script with the Warrior in the starring role.ā€ How about THAT readers? I have read this multiple times over these decades but NEVER put it together with the ā€œdream movieā€ of a few years ago. Warrior left ICM before that project could happen. I would not have remembered the sci- fi connection between that magazine article and my cyborg dream. Ok, maybe he would not have been that way or perhaps the plot couldn’t be exactly the same BUT still a total connection. The photo of Warrior on the ā€œFirepowerā€ set inspired me to think, reread the article, and remember my dream. How truly ultimate…

Here’s another interesting connector. Because of the nature of Warrior’s spirituality, I often wondered later on if he ever explored some of the other aspects that are not religious. I know he was philosophical but how did he navigate through all this higher learning? He was self educated but like previously stated, it came from somewhere, right? Years ago, when this began for me~~~ I pondered if he meditated or looked into other ways of tapping into one’s Higher Self. It is similar to praying. I do both. Meditating = listening, whereas praying = talking. He had to I’m sure. I actually asked that question to some in different forums once. Their answer was all about his fitness. ā€œ He meditated thru his workouts.ā€ OK, that’s a fair statement to say BUT here is where that same article works. Granted, this was from 1993 and not many years after when his life became busier with a family. I hope he still had time to meditate maybe but just in a new way and not just through his intense workouts. Here’s another from the magazine: ā€œ … and isn’t ashamed to admit the beautiful Arizona scenery sometimes causes him to meditate.ā€ That of course was when he was living in AZ alone but it’s there in black and white. Times changed obviously but I am glad to have known that about Warrior. Thanks to the Ultimate one for leading me back towards that ā€œ Wrestle Americaā€ piece on Warrior’s life after his longest reign in the WWF.

So, the sci-fi cyborg almost started working on a second movie that is explained a little in that article which I had sort of forgotten. He also meditated back then as many in his later years he considered friends might not have known. Perhaps he discussed little with them on these subjects but I have evidence and a dream to prove otherwise. Some might have that article too. No bragging, just honesty like always. One last thing to end with as it concerns writing so I have to share. A woman I follow on YouTube is an energy practitioner who specializes in healing your nervous system and stress responses. We all need this! Her work is amazing and it’s truly helped me. The reason I reference here is a few other quotes from her work and I echo these sentiments. I hope all of you do too. She states: ā€œ I stand by everything I create. It’s always the best I have to offer at any given moment. Because sometimes the most powerful thing isn’t finding the right answer, it’s returning to the work… and seeing it with new eyes.ā€ ~~~ Sukie Baxter

We won’t have all the answers but do our best in our own way…

Isn’t that powerful? 😮I think it totally fits today because I was seeing the magazine through new eyes šŸ‘€ and always standing by what I create. Hopefully you can see Warrior through new eyes too. 🄹It’s the best I can give with these writings. Feel the same about what you give out to this world. It doesn’t have to be writing, dreaming (like me) or even reading. Just do with your whole heart because it’s what we are. My favorite sci-fi cyborg did too, meditating along the way.

*** P.S. Go and listen to ā€œ 80’s wrestling the podcastā€ with their latest episode, a tribute to Hulk Hogan. I call in around the 42 min. mark. I hope you enjoy… I was very emotional and almost didn’t call in. Am glad I did… ā¤ļøšŸ’›

Warrior Animal Totems

I know I’ve referenced books before but THIS one you’re gonna want to hear about Warrior fans! Even if you are not into this title of sorts like me, the main connection of that word warrior is. Let me share this little adventure of mine…

I have bought many books these past few years but really wanted to explore this one local spot where I’ve donated before. Maybe you are familiar with places that have everything from books to movies, CD’s, audio tapes, magazines, comics, and all in betweens. You can donate items as well and get paid. It’s like a giant library only with money involved. Of course, I head-butted my way into the spiritual section.

So many choices, where to begin? This book of Animal Totems caught my interest as I’ve blogged about them on my website:www.spiritandbelief.com BTW– my spirit animal is a HAWK! I found this out by doing an exercise from the book. That story was just written (: Oh, lookie at that connection.

Hawk+Animal= The Road Warriors. ( of wrestling fame and mentioned in my book)

Karmic yet again… I just put that together! I love nature and animal connections, can ya tell? It seems like everything I find, read, pick up, listen to, or just about whatever interests me has a Warrior reference without prior knowing. For real. No joke. This book included. So, fans what animals do you think would be attributed to a warrior? Hmm… Let me help you? An eagle? A wolf? A bear or buffalo perhaps? How about an elephant? Possibly but not in this book.

You wanna hear the author’s warrior totems? The bell has rung and the winners are: dog, (dingo) ~that would’ve been a great guess, badger, and the funniest of all– WEASEL! Yep, you heard me. Bobby “The Brain” Heenan of WWE fame – aka “The Weasel” immediately got me laughing. 🤣

The Ultimate Warrior and “The Weasel” had many encounters together as Bobby managed a few of those bad guys often brawling against Warrior. Here’s some quotes: “In the Celtic tradition, the weasel is associated with the Warrior, because while graceful and agile, it is a fierce little animal that has an extraordinary amount of energy.” Look at those similarities! Of course this is the animal and not Bobby but STILL! Some of those words apply to both.

Let’s look at the dog reference. Many may know of a dog’s loyalty so that WE are as true fans! It was a “great honor” to compare a dog to a warrior. Also it connects to truth, family, and being yourself. Some hunting dogs or breeds are even more free-spirited and Warrior mentioned his dogs bringing him ya know– “gifts.” Free- spirited on both sides. In his 2007 podcast, Warrior discusses the two dogs and their gifts! Also, he shares the story of how the Dingo Warrior name came to be on the Ultimate Collection DVD.

The last one is badger. This is where I actually found part of my title of last week’s post since badger is the “peaceful warrior.” It is also quietly strong and brave while building a life for itself. The “secret, sacred energies of the land” represents badger as Warrior himself also revered the land out west he came to love. They hold their own when faced with obstacles and have strength in body, mind, and spirit. They love to have time alone to be in nature. How do I find all these references? My destiny always revealing itself in many ways. Three animals, a three count for the win once again!

Most recently, I came across a few other similarities that caught my attention. Another book I bought on self-empowerment mentions the author’s friend being named Dana and on the opposite page , she was a member of Gold’s Gym. The author, not Dana. Always believe..,

Another was a newspaper mailing we receive and upon opening it the words “Dr. Warrior” in bold appeared right at the top of this article. It was about an actual doctor making huge progress in his field. Always believe…

The last was during a football game a few weeks ago on T.V. Our OSU buckeyes were playing and the announcers promoted Smackdown which is premiering on FOX very soon! One guy mentioned the generation of The Iron Sheik while the younger one mentioned Hulk Hogan and The Ultimate Warrior! I left the room giggling to myself… Always believe… Look at that- another three count (:

Who knows if I’ll get more Warrior references but the Universe, those Gods in parts unknown, and Warrior himself all know there are no coincidences. Just synchronicities. May you too always believe! šŸ’–šŸ’ŖšŸ»

P. S. I found out from my brother the younger announcer of OSU games is none other than Road Warrior Animal’s son James who is a former player!

P.P.S. I did buy another book in the store on crystals. Bloodstone is the warrior stone which I’ve mentioned before…
