Hi there, readers and warriors! I hope all of you are doing well wherever you are today and enjoying this season in July as the year moves forward. You will notice that pic of Dingo Warrior below and yes, I do realize it is AI. I actually am not 💯% certain but like I’ve said before, it doctors faces which I don’t particularly enjoy. This pic of DW though isn’t bad so I decided using it today. I did some checking (once more) and realized I had not used a Dingo pic since last year! It was my final post of 2025 so guess he makes another appearance months later! We’ll see what other photos come my way as this month progresses…

So, I will update as I do on here and this time it concerns the lunch date with my hairdresser. We DID discuss the possibility of me being a “ghost writer” on her life story. We both looked up info and payment, which is what I would deserve on a project of this size. I found out SO much more about her life and it’s definitely book worthy for sure. I might just be a consultant with her, but she is interested in getting my professional opinion on writing, formatting, and editing. I’m excited as this moves along but still honored she considers me important enough to work on her memoir alongside many personal memories. The other reason I bring this topic to our arena today is another comment which touched me. I had sent her my latest episode of “ The Ultimate Truth” podcast debating Warrior vs. Sting/ and WWF vs WCW.

She was so funny with what she said. 😂 Even though she has no idea about wrestling, who the guys were, or anything similar, she still watched to see ME because I’m her friend. I appreciate it because totally do I understand how challenging it is watching or even listening to something you might not be familiar with. That’s another reason why our episodes are short and to the point because many may lose interest as that is society today. I received several compliments from her saying how it’s such a great fit for me and I seem so comfortable in that role. Her words expressed my natural ability and easy-going way with speaking. 🥹There are times when I’m so nervous yet still super excited all at once. She assured me that is not obvious and shared how it’s such a passion she could totally perceive. I really appreciated that from her. Again, I know we have gotten close, but I do know she’d be honest. From someone who isn’t into wrestling at all, she gave up some time to listen and watch, so I am grateful. I’m sure episodes will be released soon as a few more have been taped. Thank you to ALL fans who not only watch or listen but also leave comments, follow, share, like, or even hype the videos. I hope you keep watching the channel at “ The Masters of Wrestling/ Ultimate Truth” Podcast. She also bought my book 📗 so I can’t wait to hear her views on * MY* stories!

So readers, what do you leave a personal touch upon? If anyone ever wants to share their stories with me, you are welcome to contact through this site as I enjoy your thoughts on these writings. Also, especially if wanting to discuss Ultimate Warrior moments or memories as I treasure those. Inspirational ones that is and not trolling as those are not and will not be accepted. Just about every email I get with a personal message~~~ I have kept. Yes, I have. I print them out and save in my box of journals. No, they are not frequent but anyone who takes time out of their busy schedule to send me a note, is purely ultimate to me. I would not be able to keep up with the sheer volume of responses Warrior himself got over the years or at least without help but little ‘ol me can do just fine. I do respond to most as well. One of the few I never answered was a guy who simply just stated: “ Hi WWE.” No, not worth me clarifying that!

I try my best always bringing you my personal touch here every week and sometimes like now, I have downtime. That’s OK for things to slow down some as we need those breaks from BIG news happening whether it’s in the world of WWE (ha!) or even Warrior’s World. My brother doesn’t contact me much anymore about wrestling so basically, unless the 80s guys post the latest~~~ I am out of the squared circle on all that. Honestly, it suits me because other “stuff” is more important. At least in my life, you can feel different. If you are a wrestling fan and want all the gossip, guess you’ll have to go somewhere else to get the latest. My bro and I aren’t that personal anymore as some energy changes overtime but it’s all good. If he wants to share, he will so I don’t push.

I always hope you all put a personal touch or give it your best in everything you do. I love sharing stories when I have them and that’s my favorite aspect of these writings. Oh, I have had a few short and silly dreams concerning Warrior lately but nothing too personal. I could see myself watching a small TV and UW giving promos. They’re all mixed up and I saw “Queen Sherri” in one too. I sure hope it wasn’t a certain interview I am thinking of January 1991! 😳I couldn’t tell but I’m referencing UW’s answer to her which was: “ NOOOOO!” You all fans can probably guess that one. For some reason, I didn’t want anyone to see me watching which is still typical as I guess as it never truly leaves me in a way. My TV was kind of hidden from others around but nobody noticed at all. It was really happening so fast, I couldn’t totally tell what was going on. Well, at least he was there in some form, reminding me of that great Golden Era of the WWF I loved so much! I will always win that match… 🥰

OK readers, that slams everything I had this week as I give it my personal touch like only I can, ha ha ha. Who knows when another HUGE story will come along but I hope you got tagged into this one, even if just for a little while. It is the ultimate challenge giving things our personal best but unless we do some, no one will even remember us or care. Warrior gave A LOT of himself but then didn’t as well on another level. It’s that Warrior neutrality he had which contributed to his mystique and a big reason why true fans loved it so much. Until next time, be personal when you need but still hold back some too. The Ultimate Returns

First off, I hope any Dads reading today had a great Father’s Day last week! Hopefully, you got some much needed attention and rest. I’m sure Warrior’s girls sent him their love in their own way as well. 🩷🩷

You will see that image of UW below after winning his “ King of the Ring” match in June 1996 against Jerry Lawler. I wanted the aftermath of when W went over to the Crown 👑 and picked it up, waving his hand like “no way!”Vince’s laugh is always hysterically funny listening to as I never tire when hearing it. I wanted to give that time a mention on here since yet once again, another milestone. 3️⃣0️⃣ years this summer marked the end of UW’s final run with the then WWF, which didn’t finish all too well. I truly believe he wanted to come back under different terms, promote his University, comic books, and such but just have a brief appearance. He wanted to also make an impact which did happen but without those other guys from the Golden Era, he had to be the leader or mentor for the Next Generation or Attitude Era. Most fans know some of what transpired but Warrior still wanted to stick to his own principles, despite management and business decisions.

I just always thought it to be quite ironic how just a year later in 1997, Vince came back to Warrior with a bigger and better offer. What does THAT tell you? Were they desperate for a big name so much after many of the “older” talent jumped ship to Ted Turner’s WCW? Warrior turned down that very lucrative offer so again, what does that say on HIS end? You can come to your own conclusion on this readers. Despite all this, I want to still remember UW’s 1996 run with the WWF positively as fans loved his return and were excited to see him years later.

The other stat to add here as well is that when Ultimate Warrior returned in ‘96, it was the highest rating RAW had seen in quite a while, huge numbers actually so once more something to think about. He still could draw, even after long absences with the company as fans craved his undeniable presence. Yes, he came and went with little or no explanation to those behind their TV screens but for him~~~ all his own reasons. We can disagree all we want but that’s just how it was back then. Did Warrior have some regrets over it all? Possibly as years went on like many of us do over choices made but at the time, he decided what was right for him.

Here’s a little bit of me tagged or “roped” in with this concept for a moment. When I get ready to record the “ Ultimate Truth” podcast, I usually bring my UW action figure and wear either my Warrior girl tank or my UW sweatshirt. The figure (which has its own story…) has been in my possession for years as many know along with the tee now having many as well. The sweatshirt is only a few years old but they return. No, not long absences like UW himself, ha~~~ but the former two would be quite dormant if not for me bringing them back. I’ve been known to bring that action figure to my meditation “arena” at times but not always. Here’s the funny connected with my daughter.

She sees my “gear” of choice out the other day before recording and says to me: “ I saw your figurine out. Awww, he’s so cute!” She’s endearing… I have to agree though! 😉 First, it’s not a FIGURINE as I equate that with some porcelain type of object but LOVE how she acknowledged. Second, she probably meant him being cute because of the size, idea, and all that. Not in the purely physical way. 🤭 I then proceeded to tell her the story about finding it at my preschool job and then~~ 🤫 SHH~~~ stealing it. I said the story is in my book, (“ Spirit and Belief”) plug here, but I never fully shared that with her. I explained my reasons of course but honestly, it’s not technically like taking something from a store, ha ha! So, now she knows more about my action figure, how it sat untouched for years, and now makes returns to my own squared circle for his matches! She also saw my Warrior girl tee hanging up after being washed and asked why I don’t wear it much. Well, I did after first purchasing on the authentic UW website and gear shop back then. I wore it when working out or going to yoga sometimes. I’m not intimidated, but it is slightly tight in the chest area. I can accentuate the “ girls” but not always in public!!! 😲 It’s reserved for special occasions, but does make a return when I see fit (no pun intended!)

Do any of you warriors out there have things or objects that seem to make returns from time to time? Maybe it’s not a big deal but it does happen for many reasons. It could even be a person who isn’t always in your life, but then returns, albeit briefly for whatever reason. I mean your personal people and not a reference to Warrior here. Possibly you find yourself at a place once dominated years back and now you’ve returned…. Think about those times in your own life, which have made ultimate returns or even comebacks to use another word. I bet you can relate if you truly want.

Warrior himself went out to Santa Fe, New Mexico years prior and then eventually settled there once again with his family of girls. Heck, look at his return to WWE after the 18 year long absence. That’s been discussed, but I wanted to focus more on his ‘96 run and it just went from there. Sometimes, that return of a person, place, or thing works for us but sometimes it does not. You will know if that real feeling is there and if you want it to stay. It may not even be by our own choosing but our responses will be. I’m sure fans were so happy to see UW back in the ring after being gone 3.5 years but then unfortunately~~~ a few months later, he seemed to vanish without a trace once again. I understand more now but then again, I never watched once they switched to cable so had no idea really. My only connection was my brother so if he found out anything, I’d be the first to know.

We don’t always need explanations or to become defensive when thinking about returns in such ways. I didn’t have to even share the stories with my girl about my UW stuff either. We feel the need but realistically, it’s not always necessary. Our free will decides all this for us. So warriors, what makes ultimate returns in your life and in what ways? Can you control it or not? If you can, make it truly memorable because that’s how it should be. The good and the bad are part of it all. Let’s just keep the good more. I know I am. It’s not just a T-shirt or action figure either. Make your ultimate returns count because they truly do!

Full Moon 🌕 Promo🌈

I have to do my own promo first today before getting into the details of this topic so here’s a few mentionables needing a shout out. First off, yesterday would’ve been Warriors 67th birthday, so I’m sure his loved ones remembered in their own way as I am with all of you in these writings… 🥹 Secondly, it was around this time 1️⃣0️⃣ years ago that I found that very first white feather in my old backyard. I know this because it was right before Warriors b-day and that started it all with the feather connection. I had already began writing some stories down and then received ultimate guidance on my warrior journey.

Well, now that MY little promo has been said~~~ I’ll share this full moon promo dream with you all today. I didn’t put the word * DREAM* in the title but let me explain. I had to find a pic of UW with green trunks on since that’s what he was wearing in this dream. I think the paint was green, orange, and white but primarily it had to be some green trunks. That pic was from Survivor Series ‘89 when he was IC champ with Mean Gene interviewing UW’s team so yet another promo mentioned, but there is a 3 count with this dream.

So, I was gifted another interesting dream as this one marked the first in our new home! I was present at an ol’ WWF taping, (of course!) and could witness UW getting ready for a promo. I’m not sure where it was as no recall of the background or location. Guess that didn’t really matter so much. Here’s what else I saw: Vince was around, some other guys, and my mom! What, why was SHE there? I will share a funny moment with her briefly. I also saw someone with a little baby so probably someone’s child who worked there, no idea. I could see UW off to the side, spraying himself with water before his promo. I was busy playing with the baby and here comes my mom. Get ready for this statement readers! She says to me while I was looking at the baby: “ you’re looking the wrong way!” OMG Mom!!! She’s definitely different in these dreams that’s for sure. I laughed at that while interacting with the baby as a distraction. She was right though, as I giggle writing this out. 🤭🤣😯

I did make my way over to UW asking if he needed anything. Guess I was part of the show in someway? He said he was fine but thanked me for asking. I was just excited he spoke to me in this dream as I probably felt he was unapproachable. It was just thrilling to be there and have Warrior come to my dreaming state. That takes us to this full moon. When I finally made my way outside, it was later in the evening. Get THIS though. I looked up at the sky and the full moon was aglow with rainbow colors! Huh? How does the moon have all the colors of the rainbow? There’s some message there for me but it was absolutely stunning! I had to look that way too besides the inside view, ha ha! The dream ended there as I truly wasn’t sure what UW’s promo was all about. I remember him starting it but wasn’t privy to the entire thing.

I never spoke to him again as viewing that rainbow full moon seemed to end the UW promo segment. Always new and different “storylines” as it seems. I loved it though. I did recently, however have another brief dream although without UW. No thought on the actual plot but I could see myself finding a feather on the ground. It looked like a robin with being mostly black. I turned it over and saw some blue and white as well. It was a Blue Jay so thank you Warrior! I held it ever so carefully and actually knew in the dream his energy was present. Those feathers after all were a sign from him so I always believe. I have yet to find one at our new house but I saw one in that dream, whatever else it was about. 😴

Some other interesting news is that I’m having lunch soon with my hairdresser. We have become friends with our spiritual traits and she is now writing a book just like I did years ago. Two hairdressers with spiritual qualities I have known. Turns out, she asked me to be her ghost writer! I was so overwhelmed. Said she’d pay me so yes on that but I did need more details. I do have time but never would I guess to help another with their most precious personal memories. I’ll keep you posted as the process is in the baby stages, but it’s a great opportunity for me and her to collaborate together. She recently had a spiritual retreat and is planning another. I may just co-plan one with her next, as that is yet one more great idea and one we share. Very grateful for this connection with her but my appointments will be a few and far between because of the drive!

The last thing I will mention today is another 1️⃣0️⃣ year milestone. In 2 days, it will be those double digits since my Cleveland Cavaliers won the NBA finals against the (I’ll say their team name) Golden State Warriors. Hard to believe it’s been that long but I did find the memorable plaque I gave my husband that year for his birthday while unpacking. It hangs with pride in our basement where it is viewed proudly, especially this time of year. That was also our dogs’s 4th birthday as I still really miss 😞 her. She probably wouldn’t like walking over her though as there many uphill areas. I need HER to come to me in a dream, I hope she finally does soon.

That’ll be it today as I wrap up these writings for another week. The full moon promo with UW, a rainbow, my mom and her funny statement, (although true!) and 10 years with fathers. The Cavs winning too against that other team makes it to the top of the arena, er court I mean. Love Warrior the man, not the team. There is a new UT podcast episode up so check out the channel for other great wrestling content. We DID however, record a few on W’s b-day! Stay cool if having a hot summer like I am northern friends. Spray yourself with water, even if you’re not filming a promo! Oh, and Warrior, I’ll be on the lookout for a blue Jay feather too…

Be a Spokesperson 😬

Hello my dear readers as I hope you are enjoying a beautiful day wherever you are today. As always, I thank you for the support and hope all are doing well. You will see UW below sporting yet another famous tee back in the day. I had used a photo of someone in the crowd holding it up but never a shot of him wearing that retro orange one so I found it in magazine I have. He was a spokesman for the WWF back then among a few other products but are you? I’m not talking about like one of those games show models of the day but more like an advocate. It might be part of your job but you can also do much on your own if so choosing. As parents, we will always be spokespeople for our kids until they are old enough to speak for themselves. Maybe you are an animal parent as that works here too, as they can’t actually ever speak for themselves~~~ at least not in the human way!

Warrior definitely became his own spokesperson for himself over the years, didn’t he? Even if you did not agree with many of his choices, he certainly fought hard to defend his views in ways he saw fit. I have two become a spokesWOMAN for him in many of my writings and now speaking with “ The Ultimate Truth” podcast episodes. I honestly had no idea on where my little email would take me. I just thought it would be an episode or brief segment. When I got asked to co-host, I was floored! Still am today. It’s a perfect title because it is indeed truth we are telling since Warrior isn’t here anymore to share the real stories. Somebody has to then, right? It’s me and others who genuinely care enough to bring viewers different takes on subjects folks may not know much about.

So, who or what are you a spokesperson for and why? You will need to know your reasons but perhaps it won’t be made clear until later on and that’s OK. You’ll find out as you go along. You don’t have to be on the front lines as Warrior always wanted to recognize those behind the scenes as that counts too. It can be little things that start even within your own family and then your community, city, state, and country. Just by giving others a voice means something~~~ believe that. You don’t have to run around like Ultimate Warrior did at all but merely plan your next move in a way that will win the match, however it looks for you or what you speak out for.

I bet there are plenty of you out there being spokespeople in ways you may not even realize. Sometimes it takes others to point out actions we are involved in when we might overlook the importance of what we do. I had a guy recently comment on one of the segments complementing my knowledge of wrestling. Well, that was very nice to read while knowing others have way more than I do. My knowledge of Warrior related topics is far more immense but I do appreciate him “roping” me in with this still very much a times male dominated business. I speak on Warrior’s behalf and I’m humbled to do it. You won’t hear trash for me but I do realize there is ugly as well. I give respect but will also deliver the messages in an honest format with compassion. I try to see new perspectives as I’m also fully entitled to my own, just like you.

You can take this in another way as well. Are any of you spokespeople or advocates for elderly parents, maybe a caregiver? I know a few who are as that is using your voice to speak up for someone who possibly cannot anymore because of a health situation where they become incapacitated. You are the one for them and their behalf when it might be difficult at a certain stage of their life any longer. Speaking for anything can be super challenging, especially when we may not necessarily volunteer but find ourselves “elected” in a position where we are the only one available. My heart goes out to any who find themselves burdened, simply because they want or need to help another.

We all need to be those spokes people the best we can because it’s part of our mission here as humans on this earth. Again, it doesn’t need to be something huge or even elaborate but perhaps you even saved a bug! Remember that time I found a ladybug 🐞 on my ankle and almost squashed it thinking it was another yucky insect? OK, not exactly being a spokesperson for the ladybug creatures but nonetheless, I saved its life and have done that before for others. Let’s not forget the most important thing here, though my readers. The one who needs the most advocate and needs a voice to speak the loudest is YOU. That’s right, you. If you are not, who will? Do not let others do for what you can on your own. We all can and should. Warrior did as fans know.

He spoke when others disagreed or even worse. He defended when naysayers said no way. He advocated when the business or society deemed certain approaches unacceptable. Can you say you do the same? I try in many regards but don’t always show up fully with my battle gear to every match. We will not win them all but at least give it our all every day. If not, try again tomorrow as we always get more chances. The Universe knows as we are allowed to make mistakes and will many times over. It’s how you battle back that matters. Sometimes we have to admit defeat or get that DQ for various reasons. You will know when your energy is well spent and when it is not. It’s always a choice like I say for myself so perhaps the next time, I choose another warrior way.

I wish you all good choices when deciding on what kind of spokesperson you will be and for who? What? How long? All questions worth your time as they are for me too. Fight for those causes you truly believe in with your whole heart and maybe, just maybe you will inspire others to do the same. Just don’t get on a game show with products as that’s not what I mean here. No need to be over the top rope but just do your part and feel good about yourself. It’s a great feeling spreading messages that uplift another, especially when they are unable to do so themselves. I will be a spokeswoman for Warrior as long as I can or feel the need. He deserves the good to be recognized, we all do…

P.S. You can absolutely be a spokesperson for products that will benefit another. Plus, I was always a fan of game shows, for real! 😆

What’s your IP? 🤔😬

Happy June warriors! I am back and by the time you all will be reading this, I’ll be starting to get settled in our NEW house! So much to do but as always, I take time sharing with you all on here as a different topic was brought my way. I thought more and more about what Emir and I discussed on the podcast for one of the segments so decided expanding on it a little today. It was the one where he titled it being if UW was tricked into returning to WWE in 2014 and then getting inducted (finally) into the HOF. Did WWE just lure him back to get a hold of his IP? Well, I’m not totally sure on that and I like to look for the good, remember? I will say this though and here’s a quote: “ Make him remember who you are.” That was from Gary Hart when he managed Dingo Warrior in the WCCW. Yes, us fans surely DID and will always remember absolutely as we respect all Warrior did for his IP or intellectual property if you will. That pic below of Ultimate Warrior says it all to me and how he always wanted to protect his character.

I do not want this to be negative as I totally could. Not a good way to start off the month as a topic with WWE using the UW logo in silly ways but realistically, who else could control his IP? Dana? His girls? Steve? Not sure how that would work unless they would have plans of their own to rebrand it which none of them I believe truly wanted to do. I’m sure Dana let all that go to WWE which was her right as Warrior’s widow. It is sad as Warrior isn’t here to defend it all anymore. I may not agree with all the merch ideas WWE has for the UW character and logo but need to accept it. After all, it’s a huge money$$$ business and they do what they wish. We can just cherish our memories and know Warrior understands those true fans that genuinely cared.

So, I decided to look up the actual meaning of intellectual property (or IP) as I familiarize it being mostly about legal matters which it is. Most of us know the battles fought in court between Warrior and the McMahons over the years but technically~~~ it’s so much more than what I originally thought. For me personally, I have to protect my IP with this blog. I pay a separate fee legally to use the name “My warrior writings” so nobody else can. Some photos for the blog are also copyrighted as I stay away from those. If writing or publishing a book as I did, it’s important to get it copyrighted just like a website or anything similar. That way, it’s yours and yours alone to use without infringement of others. Another (albeit minor idea) here is other pics. This is where many of you can more than likely relate. Have you ever posted on social media and another or others take your pics off your page and repost as their own? Yep, I know for most it’s probably not a big deal but I for one dislike it. What will happen is that other than takes credit for something that originally wasn’t theirs and then their friends think it is. See what I’m saying? It is a big deal to me because as creators, we need the credit~~~ we all do.

I love more of the actual defining of the words intellectual property. It protects creativity, inventions, artistic works, and commercial symbols. Think business or even logos like the UW character which Warrior himself created, not Vince McMahon. Only if we give permission in situations can said logo or images, etc. be used. It protects new ideas of creative expressions of the mind and my YES, Warrior was all about that entirely. He fought hard for that name and likeness which he invented and wanted to give it a voice. It was a years long voice but nonetheless, a voice. He might not have been the winner in every match but for most with his IP, he was.

What can you say is your IP? Maybe it truly isn’t even a professional concept at all but merely more personal in nature. We all have our stuff and want it to be thought of and recognized as ours. OK, hopefully most will not ever have to battle it out in court but in regards to other matters in our lives, it’s a must. It does take many to pitch a new endeavor and get it to work. I am more of the creative mind starting a fresh idea but need the resources or tech person bringing it to life. Does that mean I shouldn’t get acknowledged for the beginnings? Absolutely not and that has occurred many times so I am aware. No longer will I be put in that position again as in a way I do not sell my IP to just anyone, including media sources who think it’s not a problem. Unless we all sign contracts, things seem to be up for grabs.

This whole thing leads me to always wonder what Warrior would think of his own IP being sold to WWE. I bet with a few marketing strategies, he’d disagree like I stated but again it’s the how, not the what. Yes, they have to keep the UW brand going and monetize character, logo, and all that. Of course they do and should. It’s just the way one goes about things that matter like with all of us. I realize it can’t be perfected but when we mass produce anymore, much detail gets overlooked or disregarded. Can you get my point on this? The little stuff makes a difference but with money, deadlines, and business matters, it will not always be a product we wholeheartedly agree upon. It’s like a one size fits all which works on many, many concrete concepts but to me, not all. Can’t it be to sell but to also appeal to real fans in a deserving way? My heart just cares too much which is why I am not a business person. 🩷

So warriors, what is your opinion on all this IP stuff and how does it connect with your life? I for one I’m not gonna sell out anymore as those days are over. We can compromise but not fully when it comes to principles of the heart. Nope, I won’t do it. Keep your creativeness, artistic expression, and ideas as yours but still allow another to work with you seeing it through to completion. We need that as well. The Angelic Devil😇😈

Wait, that title can be so changed into the Devilish Angel, right? I guess it so could but I’ll stick with the first. After all~~~ UW is wearing white in this pic… 😉 Before “running” with that topic, I’ll be off next week because of our move. We will be extremely BUSY. I’ll feel like bouncing off all four corners of those ropes between a squared circle! Then, it will be June warriors. Hard to imagine where May went but with the craziness around me, it’s almost a blur. I barely recognized it being here just like that pic of UW below. At first, I wasn’t sure when first seeing it quickly and then of course knew. It’s those rare shots of him minus face paint and that was yet another from his return in 1996. Does he fit that title above or is it the other way around? I’m sure you fans have your opinion as no trolls are allowed into these writings.

I’ll start with me and a recent experience. Have any of you ever had Reiki done? It’s a healing modality on an energetic level and yes, I have gotten this technique in the past only not that often. It began a few months ago when I wanted to take my dog as never had I witnessed energy work on an animal before. It was something I really wanted to try, even though I knew in my heart her life was coming to an end soon physically. I’m so glad I still took her as I got a few messages but it left me with some peace. Not absolute answers, but it doesn’t always work like that and I’m OK not knowing. 🙏🏻

Moving onto my session as she gave me a complementary time if I still wanted to come back. 🥹 What a nice gesture as I surely took her up on that. It was much needed with all the moving stress! I’ve mentioned this type of work before but if new here, it’s basically someone gifted who can read internal energy inside the body that isn’t purely physical. You can look up more info as there’s lots out there far too detailed explaining on these writings. Anyway, she cleared my chakras and sensed strong and or weak areas. Chakras is another term you can educate yourself on as why not learn something new? I sure did years ago. That’s a big reason we are here. It was a very calm and relaxing experience as she used a few crystals too. Afterwards is where this title gets a little more into focus for me.

She asked how I felt, and I then proceeded to ask her what she sensed or could pick up on. I won’t give everything to you but what she did say was how good and positive my overall energy is on a spiritual or soul level. Look, I know my nature but sometimes we all can be a little bit devilish, right? It’s like those movies where a character has the angel /devil complex and one in each shoulder whispering in their ear. You know those, right? So, my practitioner was just blissful when relating how I truly am. It was so endearing to hear from a professional who practices these things. I was a nice person when meeting her and bringing my pup, but she didn’t really know me on a deeper level until my session.

I do try so very hard despite critics and naysayers to preach the good but I gotta say something about the other part. Many of you loyal readers know if you push my buttons too far~~~ you’ll feel metaphorical clotheslines from me or even those “swear” words of a few weeks past! It’s like that ol’ Britney Spears song which states: “ I’m not that innocent!” ! I was so grateful though how she could relay that beautiful message to me although deep down, I already knew. I’m one of those people who just thinks~~~ “ can’t we all just get along?” I get too frustrated at times with someone who can’t use common sense, some that become too vain, and some who choose the system over themselves. Warrior knows that last one very well but I know he’d agree with them all.

Getting back to him for a moment. So, was he an angelic devil or a devilish angel? It’s all relative readers based on life situations that we all find ourselves in daily. None of us are immune to either devil or angel but deep down in all our souls, we are GOOD… It’s just decisions that sway our minds and thoughts. Like Warrior said in his HOF speech: “ I AM a good guy.” I’ve referenced that before but just like those we disagree with, there is good as we just need to find it. It goes for every single one of us. I’m not getting into horrific ideas here, but just day-to-day stuff. My advice is to just let it go like that song of “ Firehouse.” That was one of the bands he listened to on the road. Be the good you want to see but it’s OK to bring a little devil along for the ride.

We can’t be angels all the time folks as that’s nearly impossible, especially based on global events or whatever is happening around us. It’s fine to get mad as we all need to be human but just don’t let the devil win the match~~~ at least not most of the time. You are allowed to eat that piece of cheesecake, however! 🤣 For those who speak ill of Warrior (as many probably do and will,) I ask you to look at choices made in your life that possibly were not always right or deemed acceptable by others. Despite our inherent good nature, we can’t be perfectionists and aren’t allowed to be. We are wired to make mistakes but it’s how we rectify them and choose again that matters most. I am guilty as well but I certainly try or at least I’m aware enough to notice.

How would you describe your ways, dear readers? Do you see yourself as more devilish or angelic when it comes to how you handle everything thrown at you? Some ideas can be gorilla pressed to the mat but then others we just let go as we should. It’s such a dividing complex, isn’t it warriors? I do believe we want the good but then something or someone gets in the way. That’s life though with all its journeys we must wrestle with. Prove your worth with that angel and devil wrestling it out on your behalf. Who wins? I can’t decide that for you as unlike the WWE (F) it isn’t scripted. I know my preference but it’s all lessons we need to learn as Warrior did too. I know he did. Let’s be angels but let the devil get tagged in sometimes too. Just don’t let him win a championship title!

Voices Never Die! 🎤

Absolutely not warriors unless we let them. I’m not exactly sure what Ultimate Warrior was specifically referencing in the pic below but he always used his voice, despite naysayers. My guess is that was during his feud was Goldust as I believe it to be 1996, “ In Your House.” That’s also the time he alluded to the RAW crowd with his words of “ you spoke to me… all you spoke to me!” He said how there was one thing that wouldn’t die in the 3.5 years of his absence~~~ and that was the voices. It was the voices of all YOU fans who supported and cheered him on through it all. My wish is that you never lose your voice for what matters most, never let it die. I certainly am not as you well know and it continues on other ways. I will not be silenced for what I believe in and what is important to me, including the truth of Warrior’s messages mixed in with my own. Don’t let those uneducated pin you down to submit!

This “ropes” into how my voice never dies when it comes to sharing my thoughts on here about life, Warrior, or hopefully inspiring you all in someway. I’ve had many opportunities over the years as it’s always such an ultimate adventure when new ideas get brought to life. Some I initiate and yet others naturally seem to flow as we need both. I’m always grateful when you too dear readers~~~ reach out to share your stories or memories with me, some personal and some about Ultimate Warrior himself. See, your voice needn’t die either and I remain humbled you think highly enough of me to trust. My heart thanks you from one warrior to another as we need it all. 🤗

Most recently, I resumed taping for the “ The Ultimate Truth” podcast under “ The Masters of Wrestling” YouTube channel. It was me and The Master Emir once again bringing more Warrior topics your way. The four we discussed were: ~~~ Linda Hogan on the Hulk doc and her comments on UW, ~~~ the dismissal of the Warrior Award, ~~~ where has Dana been, and some of (perhaps) the REAL reasons why WWE finally decided to induct Ultimate Warrior into their HOF. I will link all the episodes as I receive them but please fans~~~ like, subscribe, share, and hype the video into the algorithm to blast this like a rocket ship 🚀 for all those interested! We can use the support moving forward on various deeper topics as time goes on. Emir called our time together “ brilliant” and “ perfect.” Aw shucks, I do my best. I will * NEVER* dishonor Warrior while remaining truthful to what I know in my heart. I might not have a microphone like UW below but still get my messages across like he did with a voice that will never die.

Emir will have some “shorts” available on a few of these videos so check it out when you can. I’m so excited being a cohost and hopefully soon we can bring Mike back as he worked with Warrior years ago as a young college kid wanting to get into the wrestling business. My voice as the only female (as well as often times on the 80s wrestling podcast) will continue on as my own warrior spirit preaching truth as only I can.

Will you warriors continue to make sure your voices are heard and never will die in all that you do? For some of us, we can say a resounding yes without a doubt but then again~~~ we might falter based on our lives and how we approach ideas or even taking a stand. I’m not that picket line kind of gal, but maybe some of you are. We all make a difference with however we share opinions and I hope you know it does count, whether or not one agrees… Lately I’ve learned to defend myself more without “foreign objects” getting in the way. If it offends someone no matter how they are connected to me, well, that’s on them and over time, I’m able to let it go. Notice how I say able to let go and over time because some life events take a while to process as I’m sure many of you are aware of too.

I will say this to you. Once using that voice in one way or another, you will get better and stronger with more confidence which we all need. Say no sometimes without a reason. Stick up for yourself the way you would a friend. Don’t accept what society deems you should do. Don’t do favors or errands for everyone just to be nice. Yes, I realize some of this is quite difficult to master but start small with little changes and as always then the bigger ones will come easier. Warrior chose himself over the business when many disagreed. He used his voice in ways several of us can’t or won’t ever do. We won’t be in his exact position but it’s up to you deciding how your voice gets used and whether it dies or not.

Warrior, even after all these years later has a voice that lives on in all HIS fans or those willing like myself to tell the truth others may not know. We are the ones he needs because his voice physically is no more. Are you willing to take those risks on some of his controversies others do not? We are all different types of fans and are entitled to be, but can you get into the deeper topics of the Ultimate Warrior character or even Warrior himself? It can be quite the ultimate challenge, but I for one am honored to have an opportunity to share my thoughts in ways deserving of him. I will always honor Warrior while respecting my own privacy with what I know on this journey. I know I have referenced using a voice before, but it needs repeating as more comes to the surface of the wrestling mat~~~ especially with all the news out there. I am biased, but TRUE fans will know and become more educated in ways never before.

So, will your voice remain strong as long as it can or will it die without truly ever being heard? Your life, your way. You can look to Warrior but look to others too. What really makes your voice stand out and why? You don’t need a microphone or even a podcast, but be that warrior with a voice which will NEVER die.

The BIG 3-0! 💪🏻🤼💙💙

Hello fellow warriors! We are mid month in March already, it is “running” fast, isn’t it? You will notice that iconic pic of Ultimate Warrior slamming a young Hunter Hearst Helmsley in their quick WrestleMania XII match. I know I’m going out of order here but even though XII came after VII, this one is not of a high magnitude if you will. All of UW’s WM’s will be officially in their 30s on the 24th, which is the big 3-0 of WrestleMania XII. They range from 38 to 30, all 6 UW was part of. You can look up those dates on your own as I will not list them this year. So, 1996 was 30 years ago and maybe some readers are turning that age this year! I assume most are quite older but guess I have no idea. You youngsters would not even have remembered Ultimate Warrior but I’m sure you are familiar with him now. Next week brings another WM milestone most fans will know. I’m always grateful to Triple H for working so hard along with Steve Wilton to get Ultimate Warrior into the WWE Hall of Fame. They both stayed true to their words despite a difficult past of Warrior in the company.

Speaking of truth, I will link episode 2 of the “ Ultimate Truth” podcast at the end of this post today. It was mostly about my teen story of following wrestling, Warrior’s character with his impact, and the challenges I faced being a girl fan. I hope you all enjoy as I speak my truth while sharing experiences possibly some of you readers can relate to.

As always, I thank those that truly are interested to hear all the guests with their own stories on how Warrior impacted them. I will share another comment from a friend of mine. He personally left me a message but then posted on the video itself. I realize these people are in my life and not strangers but they are free to share how they see fit while being aware of my journey. This friend also bought my book “ Spirit and Belief” 📗 a few years ago and he is an author himself so knows a thing or two about writing. He owns a sports company local to my area as they are gaining national attention as well. Here’s what he had to say:

“ I really enjoyed it and felt it was fair and accurate. The Warrior is multi-leveled with a heavy magnitude… When you talk, you sound like an expert and not a gushing fan. You speak slowly and clearly. Very important… I’m enjoying this immensely. This host is incredibly spot on. That was great… Kathy is genuine and a great addition… I truly enjoy her…”

Oh my goodness, I did expect all of that but how overwhelming to me reading it. I just asked his opinion but it brought me to tears, it really did. 🥹 He did say other words but I will leave it at those. Yes, he is another who can be biased * BUT* made some great points as well about Warrior and even the host so NO~~~ not all about me. I gotta say though~~~ I was a little nervous on the show but knowing I came across clearly to him is a huge compliment. Guess I am an “expert” in some ways. 😉

I’m so looking forward to speaking and interacting with the others soon in the future. Gee, back in 1996 I was 24 (later in the year) and had bought Warrior’s 1st comic book. That was when I first discovered “ Destrucity”which is also turning 30~~~ at least to me when I wrote it down and hung it on my wall. How about that? Another time in Warrior’s life becoming the big 3-0 which ironically was also the last WrestleMania he was present for, albeit 18 years later. 1996 was the last time he was on the WWE roster before parting ways for good~~~ or so he thought. Then, he became part of the 2014 HOF roster of a different kind.

I wasn’t even following the Ultimate Warrior’s career any longer in 1996 because like I’ve shared, we didn’t have cable and by then I probably had no idea he returned anyway. My only wrestling connection would’ve been my brother and he was moving ahead in his personal life. He might’ve still followed WWE, but I wasn’t so didn’t think to ever ask about it much. That year was quite a big one for me and my siblings… Earlier in the year at my first preschool job, we combined with another school. I ended there in May after spending 6 years and returning to the building where I began. My number six once again. That story was my full circle told already although not comparable entirely to Warrior’s 18 years of his circle. That fall, I started a second preschool position, then my brother married his first wife, my younger sister also got married, and my youngest sister began high school. My one sis and her hubby will also celebrate their big 3-0 anniversary this year so yet another with that number.

Whew, that was a lot of info I know. Lots happening that year of 1996, 30 years ago. What was your life like then as I bet you can remember some details?! I will be watching all these WM’s of UW’s I own, including his HOF speech when I can as they all near. It’s always such a busy time as I’m filled with so many mixed emotions. Very grateful to have this media to watch him perform as only he could. I take it all in and reflect on each one differently. We have so many ways now to keep his memory and legacy alive~~~ even that squash match of WM XII. Now, I have my own podcast moments to save and make part of my Warrior collection. You will have your favorites too in your collection.

So, here’s to the big 3-O of WM XII in 1996. Would any of you have guessed Triple H became Vince’s son-in-law and now is in charge of creative at WWE? A LOT can happen in 30 years whether you were a fan or still are. Warrior’s or WWE, I remember it all…

Wise Warrior Words

Don’t we all need some wise warrior words from time to time? I know I do despite them not actually being spoken by Warrior himself. That pic below was when the Ultimate Maniacs formed back in September 1992. Ultimate Warrior was speaking about his friendship with Randy Savage, as then he was handed those maniac sunglasses. Their bond was real, as I believe it to still be so today in that “ Terrain of Testament” somewhere just beyond our reach. I recently received some words lately that truly lifted me in the most ultimate way, but more on that soon… ***It has been a whirlwind these past few months dealing with my dog’s gastro issues which has definitely improved now, thankfully. At least we know it is just aging with a senior dog and her insides are all ok. Weight loss, diet change, and slower pace as much as trial and error. Grateful we are on a healthier track, but still take it day by day. 🙏🏻🐶

Just last week, I read devastating news that a dear friend from my spiritual group had cancer and passed away. Needless to say, I was shocked but people tend to be private about health matters. I saw her last summer and she seemed thinner but nowadays, that does not equate with being sick. Later on, I found out she was diagnosed in November as it had spread very quickly. I mourn this woman who accepted me as a podcast guest, gave me the kindest condolences on Warrior (as I did share that story here,) and she led our beautiful moon 🌕 ceremonies of several years ago. My heart breaks for her family and close friends as I know her light will continue to shine. ✨ 💔😓

More news concerns the leader of this group as I had not seen any fairs listed as of late. I referenced this last week. I messaged another woman in the group because the leader shared how she could not attend our friend’s memorial because of a bone marrow transplant in January. WHAT???😳That is given to cancer patients in remission, I do know that. Without prying is when I messaged another to perhaps find out more while respecting privacy. After all, we are in this group and have known each other for years. As it turns out, the leader has blood cancer, hence the transplant. My emotions have been all over the place warriors. 😮 I did not allude to her how I found out, but I’m also keeping her in prayer for a full recovery. We all need wise warrior words to bring us through hard times but lately, it’s been A LOT of extra energy. I don’t share all this to sadden you but just to stay present as to what is happening and how a warrior’s strength is always available to us in many ways.

Here comes the * BEST* part of my post today. Well, “ The Ultimate Truth” podcast link is live and more will becoming available as the weeks move ahead. I will link the first episode at the end so make sure and give it a listen if wanting to hear more on Warrior and spirituality. There were a few comments and one viewer said: “ great video and guest.” Another wanted to know exactly if I knew Warrior (as most ask that) or if I was just a fan? I answered honestly as no, I am NOT just a fan, but I did redirect him to my book and this blog to find out more.

I do appreciate people reaching out and being open to a new yet different approach on Warrior as more will be next from this female perspective. I’m very grateful to those who truly take time to listen despite me not having that traditional connection with Warrior many others had. Regular readers know my journey so if I can educate others, that’s wise warrior words too. My favorite response was from my cousin as of course I sent her the link. Yes, I am biased here but I do always appreciate her words. She was not familiar with Warrior years ago (but now she is 😏) so no judgment and yet she knows me and has my entire life. Here are her words:

“ You are such a wonderful speaker! Very wise expressing your opinion regarding Warrior spiritually. This podcast was very good and interesting on many levels. I can’t wait to hear the next episode!!! Keep up your spiritual work!! Love it!!”

Isn’t she great? I know, I know, BUT she alluded to my speaking and how interesting it was without bringing in the specifics of Warrior and myself. I do hope any other listeners and watchers will not be naysayers and truly give it a chance. The dynamic will change with the other guys present in the future but I’m very excited to be part of this experience. It’s risky sure but we need to do that like I’ve said, right? Yes, I did it and answered the questions as best I could, despite a delicate one many fans of Warrior’s probably want an answer to…

So, I do wish in spite of everything going on in the world, and perhaps your own life, you can find some wise warrior words of your own. You may not have a friend to stand behind you, beside you, or in front of you like Warrior says of Randy but you do have the Universe helping guide your next move in the match. Even with sadness or upsetting events we face, there will be words we need to uplift our soul. They might be given by another or even said to ourselves but they are there waiting for your ultimate return. It just might be you to give your words to another who desperately needs some positivity. That’s all we can do is encourage and inspire just like Warrior himself did, at least he was that for me.

We are all warriors fighting different battles but need those wise words to win the war. I hope my words here are just that for you. You don’t have to be on a podcast either to be the warrior you need in your life. The wise words you hear just might be your own…

Running into MARCH

Happy March warriors as it gets near to that WrestleMania season once again. 2 of Ultimate Warrior’s WM’s have big milestones this year but more on those as the month progresses. I actually did recently look ahead and April brings 2 OTHER important dates of Warrior’s on blog day this year. It has happened before but runs back around the ring again. That’s weeks away though… 💙💙

You’ll see UW in that photo of his very first match at MSG, notice the microphone? 🎙️ Just another one I captured from “ The Ultimate Collection” DVD so decided starting March off with a first of his. Those WM’s coming up also were “firsts” as they connect in a way… Spring will be here later this month and my son’s 22nd birthday. Hopefully, soon we’ll start more househunting as many we have seen don’t seem big enough, ugh! How are we into month 3 already of this year? I hope all your readers are doing well and thank you as always for checking in.

So, how are things going for all of you today? I will say I’m slowly allowing my horse 🐎 to trot, gallop, and then finally run into this new year. You might just be like Warrior and run no matter what but for me, it has to be gradual in many areas. Some though I will RUN away from or towards but most require a more observant approach in my life.

What are you running into this month warriors? Maybe yours is like mine with more of a slow start but you know what, that’s OK! We all move at our own pace on our own journey. Remember how it’s not about the destination but only that you keep moving in your direction~~~ even if it’s baby steps. If you constantly compare yourself to how others run, you will never be authentically YOU as I am still learning all the time. No matter the naysayers~~~ ignore them. I do based on the work I put out into the world but will admit, some days am faced with that resistance. Do I love to see bigger numbers or get more emails and reviews? Yes, of course I won’t lie here. I just always need to remember my purpose which was never fame and fortune but to share, inspire, and educate so that is what I will continue to do.

Sometimes we need to go slower in order to become more aware as is the case for me. Maybe others need that speed but as we all know overtime, they will look back and possibly wish they took something at a different pace. Even Warrior had commented on this. Have you heard the expression of “ rejection is God’s protection?” You can take God out if you want but look at things that way. I never used to and still have a hard time but that resonates like I said last week when we still hold onto certain ideas that we truly want to happen and then never do or will. We need to decide to stop running towards that and end the match. Be excited for something better or maybe more aligned with your real purpose.

I’m so grateful my running led to “ The Ultimate Truth” podcast as I’m happy to have been on the show and will be for a few episodes. We taped 3 together and next time I’ll be with the other guys. We discussed Warrior’s faith and how that influenced generations regarding the spiritual aspect. I did not over share any details of my connection with Warrior, but did plug this blog and my book, 📗 of course! I had a great time and was told I did very well. Next week, I will provide the links for anyone interested to “run” on over and check it out. The first episode dropped * TODAY* actually so you can get a head start on them if you wish.

I will continue to run a little faster into this month but will need my rest that is for sure. Slow and steady is me like that tortoise 🐢 but if you are more of a hare 🐇, well, be who you wish. In some races, we need to get to that finish line in order to begin again. Without endings, there can be no new beginnings, which has been a message on here frequently. So, yeah~~~ I guess sometimes we do desire that destination despite the saying and Warrior’s words but again, the journey matters most. Think of it like a sandwich metaphor. Yep, the bread or bun has value, but we all know the inside ingredients are what makes that sandwich, right? 🥪 Or another way is this. You can’t get from A to Z without going from B to Y first. That’s why we need a journey.

If Warrior had not kept running in a way, very few ideas would’ve come along, and with his originality he needed that. Some of us are content with things the way they are but after a bit, we grow restless. Some opportunities just shift by themselves which in turn causes us to distance a bit. I was part of a spiritual group for many years now as previously mentioned but with the leader selling her house and moving to a smaller one last year, meetings got displaced or infrequently held. She still plans a few things but I think the fairs have diminished somewhat. These instances make leaving a little easier and especially with my family moving later this summer as well. I will live too far away to participate so yet another sign, pointing my way to end that race although with such fond memories. After all, that is the place where my first book vendor events were held at those holistic fairs.

So warriors, what is it you need to run towards this month and what do you need to run away or keep running away from? 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️ I’m sure you have your own events but there are those ideas that do the running themselves.
