What’s your Calling Card?

❤️💛👍🫵🏻. No, I don’t mean your business card or anything like that although it could be. What I mean is your true nature like the essence of who you are warriors. It doesn’t have to be that deep of a question but with me, it tends to go there. I have combined topics into a tag team of sorts today, so I’ll start with the calling part~~~literally.

*** the latest was all about “voices of the 80s” like commentators, announcers, etc. so I called in again. I shared some funny moments and am about 12 minutes or so in. The guys gave me a name: ” the Ultimate Caller!” Most regular callers have a moniker so this time, I received one. What an honor as they KNOW I’m a fan of Warrior’s . One host even remarked how I seem to know more than some of the other callers. I’m not sure I deserve that compliment but I’ll take it. 😌 I was overwhelmed by his words, and yet NEVER once feel intimidated by that male dominated podcast. I leave my calling card for sure. That is, a lasting female impression which matters.Warrior left his calling card too always. Seriously, fans of the old WWF days- just scroll through some of their topics. I bet you’ll find one (if not many) of interest.

Another moment of humility came recently from a Facebook post on my birthday written by my brother. Oh goodness, I thought I was the writer. Here’s a few tidbits he expressed:

*** ” you reign supreme…, get a little more ZEN…, you give as it is…”

AND he ends with #alwaysbelieve which has been tradition for years now. Never does he make me NOT cry. 🥹 I should own those statements and yet somehow don’t feel entirely worthy of receiving them. We are close but I wasn’t expecting such praise. He left his calling card with those words. It invokes pure emotion, thought, and true concern. I do seek the ZEN… ☮️ See, he knows me.

I also had to use that pic of The Ultimate Maniacs below. Their formation debuted (like I had said) on my 20th all those years ago so Randy as well left his calling card. Most everyone will know his lasting impressions on the business, and they are felt still even now. 

Let’s move onto the actual cards part for this 3 count today. OK, I have mentioned Oracle cards in the past but before any of you give that proverbial eye roll 🙄 if not interested, stick with me on it. It DOES connect in a few ways even when I thought at first it didn’t. Someone I follow on social media had a few images of this beautiful card deck with her own readings on them. She is pretty well-known and not a professional in this area, but totally could be. She may be looking for some extra work here soon and would be great at this. Well, I was mesmerized by the artwork and concept. Any “AVATAR” fans out there? The deck totally reminds me of those peoples of ancient civilizations long ago. Some had thought Warrior was of another planet so perhaps I am too, who knows? 🪐🤔 That’s been said before…. The messages are so resonating and I got it as a birthday gift from my husband. I’m excited to dive or (SPLASH!) into it soon as its feminine energy is calling me. One thing I noticed is the first printing date. It was re-printed a few years ago but the original date was April 8, 2020. I did NOT know this until watching a flip-thru on YouTube. Warrior fans will recognize that date (not the year though.) That would not influence my decision but what are the odds? It’s all about the Lumerians of a simpler time. Myth or reality? 🤷🏻‍♀️I don’t know but am drawn to it so another calling card(s) for sure.

What are some calling cards of yours? It is a term one can reference when connecting to loved ones in spirit as well. When I first started this journey, you may remember my Bluejay feather stories which continue today. Lots of other goodies too but that was a main one. Do any of you receive those kinds of messages from your team in spirit? It’s OK if you don’t or aren’t interested. It can be intimidating absolutely but it is a way of communicating if you allow yourself to always believe. Just like those oracle cards, ALL of us are oracles. You don’t have to follow any of that to know this. An oracle is a way to communicate in any way that suits us. My writing is an oracle, speaking is, listening to podcasts are, making YouTube videos are, singing is, dancing is, creating art is, and anything else you can think of to relate with others. All of us make up oracles getting our calling cards out into the world. One can disagree on its meaning but I believe all words can be interpreted in other types of formats.

You might not follow or even do any of the above professionally but we do interact with people daily and however you wish is the Oracle you present. Sure, it’s mostly used as a spiritual term but truly doesn’t have to be in that way at all. It also can mean someone who knows much about a subject and gives good advice. Yes, that fits too and for any of you knowledgeable on many topics, you can be that oracle for another. Use your means or calling card to get your voice out there so it will be remembered. Warrior did. Randy did. The 80s wrestling podcast guys are. I am and so can you. So are the many true people sharing their gifts in such a unique way like my social media lady I know in other ways. ☺️

Be that Oracle with your own calling card even if it’s for a nice birthday tribute to a family member like my big bro or other gifts received. 🎁 Once you know the signs, relate to them, and trust they are right for you, it falls into place. Your passions push you to follow a possible oracle which in turn, gives you a calling card. Then, you’ll have yours to pass along to another who also believes. I love my calling cards which lead me to my own oracle of destination. 🥰🩷🪷

The Ultimate Madness 😳😬

Here we are already in this month of July warriors! 7 months with the year of 7 . Yesterday, marked Independence Day here in the U.S. so plenty of fireworks, parades, and cookouts all over celebrating our country’s birthday. I hope everyone stayed safe and well while remembering our freedoms to never take for granted. ❤️🤍💙🇺🇸🧨🥳🎆🎇

That pic below is from a promo where the Ultimate Warrior was addressing “Macho King” Randy Savage all about their upcoming WMVII retirement match. I still have two pics left on my phone, but that got interrupted since I had to use one of those promos today. Yes~ I HAD to. This next part is why. One day last week, I had the “Always Believe” DVD out and decided to watch a few promos while beginning my stretches in the living room. I know I have used that face paint of U.W’s before but during one of the many segments about Randy, my DVD stopped and popped out of the player. OK, things happen sometimes~ I get it. Those 15 stitches in the top of his head had to mean something, ha ha! I thought, all right I’ll just try again. Shortly after the promo began once more, I got those “goosies” all over my arms and legs plus the ear ringing. Double signs. Awww, thanks Warrior. I love those Ultimate Madness Randy memories too. Happy tears for me. 🥹💙

This next one details a very brief little dream. Remember how in my P.S. of the previous week I mentioned the 15th anniversary of his last match in Spain? Well, this dream was the night after. I had watched a few YouTube videos commemorating that date, so it manifested with this dream. At least that’s what I felt so I honor it always. In the dream, I was sitting on my couch watching some kind of bio or documentary on Warrior while using the laptop. I rarely use that for such a purpose. Here’s where I am still a little dazed and confused. I vividly recall waking to my alarm at 6:00 AM and getting up to physically turn it off for real. No, it is not right next to my bed and I am glad for this. I need to move or then snooze and we can’t have that. I usually shut it off and lie back down for 5 minutes (or so) and that’s what I tell myself. Well, 15 minutes had passed! That dream happened and I’ll share more in just a few. What I can’t figure out was the timing that early morning. Was that dream going on before 6 and then became continued during those extra 15 minutes I fell back asleep or did it come about before hand? Usually I know but not that time. Hmmm, indeed… Would 15 minutes even matter? 🤔😴

Getting back to some dream details, I can clearly picture seeing a snake 🐍in that bio! Why would THAT be in a show about Warrior? Maybe because he was inducted into the HOF with Jake Roberts in 2014? I don’t know. There’s the whole bit with Jake “helping” Warrior during the Undertaker mess in ’91 so maybe but that was over 30 years ago! Another thought I had was (and fans don’t come my way with a bag of quarters!) but I DID always want to watch the A & E bio on Jake. You U.W. fans can be upset at that but his backstory is incredible and yes, I am unbiased. At least most of the time… Those are my reasons for a snake being in the Warrior doc as our brain takes memories or even our “to do” list along into dreamland. I’m thinking more of the present with Jake’s bio. I can’t remember what else the movie was about but I wanted to share it with the U. W. FB group in the dream. There was not an option to do that as I scrambled around looking for one. I’m not even sure I ever shared it or not. The dream seem to end there but the connectors are odd in a way. I still think U.W. will have an episode of “Most Wanted Treasures” so that could be the thinking as well. Who truly knows? 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don’t even know if I’d had that dream at all if I never watched those videos about Warrior’s last match. Crazy but I take them all like always. Let’s just keep the snake out of it next time, OK Warrior? It was HUGE too just slithering by…. Ultimate madness again just in a different way.

The last moment I will share is definitely a goodie. I really won’t say ultimate madness on this one and I share A LOT about them being signs. Yes, OK ~~~ I got another Bluejay feather. I’m sure you are tired of me posting on those like my music, but I gotta stress my comfy Warrior reminders so read on or not… My husband and I were walking the dog and this was the night after that crazy snake bio dream. So, all still recent together as I’ll include for another 3 count. The jays do fly around this one area on the street by a pond back-and-forth as I have found a few there before. I just smile as it gets placed in my pocket while checking on it often during the walk. It was ultimate to see and find, as I still keep those. Was it madness though? Nah, but good madness maybe yes! You can believe what you wish as I will do the same. They are talking to me outside now as I type this… ☺️

A“Macho King” promo getting interrupted, an anniversary getting manifested into a weird bio snake dream, 🤭and for the finishing move, getting a Bluejay feather. My ding, ding, ding, 3 count of Warrior connections all within a few days. The ultimate madness comes in many forms as I just keep moving forward to let it all flow in ways just for me. I always believe in ears ringing ( spiritually…) , “goosies” , dreams, feathers, and um- SIGH- snakes!!!

P.S. We were leaving the grocery store the other day getting a few things and in the parking lot, I happened to turn somewhat. I saw this man wearing the red, white, and blue U.W. logo with the mask on his shirt!!! He was celebrating the holiday for sure! I RARELY see any apparel anymore so another ultimate madness moment… I am so glad he was (and IS) a fan!

Red and Yellow AGAIN! 😬

I’ve mentioned those colors before warriors, but they came into my thoughts again recently with Easter being over. I was looking at a few of my spring decorations while remembering a little negative story. I tell myself every year to forget about it and sometimes I do but this year, I am sharing it on here. Some of those former WWE (F) stars wore red and yellow (one alone and then a few Tag Teams) but I have my own red and yellow story. First off though, can ANYONE answer this? I know I’ve asked it before. OK, fans know Hulk Hogan wore those signature colors for years, but why did they keep repeating often? His tag team with Randy Savage as the “MegaPowers,” Randy with Ultimate Warrior as the “Ultimate Maniacs,” and then Hulk with Brutus Beefcake as the “Mega Maniacs.” I still believe Randy and Warrior should’ve worn pink and green (or colors they wore more!) but not red and yellow. There has to be an answer somewhere… 🤔

Anyways, here’s my “UGH” story. Back in the day when girls planned a bridal shower or were getting married, it was always the same question: “What are your colors?” Yes, this part will be kind of for the gals but maybe you guys know too. For me, I didn’t have colors. I gotta be different, you know?! It was one color~ coral. My shade was more of the orange pink variety and not red. Some would say peach even. The girls carried 6 roses~ 3 coral, 3 cream. My number even then. Too funny! Warrior’s WM6 trunks were very orange, but I always liked orange when most didn’t. He had his 6 moment, I had mine, ha ha. Anyhow, the shower was at my sister’s house at the time. I loved the company, food, and games, but the decorations? NOT AT ALL… ☹️

I walked in thinking this was not for me as there was no coral color anywhere. Um, why not? My sister did it her way and even used tulips when my flowers were roses! I still to this day never got a real answer, even from my mom. It’s all so weird. I did have a good time but was just disappointed. My sis always wanted tulips in her wedding but used roses as well. Even if I got married in the middle of winter, artificial flowers are always what we’d use so if I wanted tulips, I would get them. Her wedding was in September, but really who cares? Use your tulips but my August wedding was roses. Both sisters gave me a watering can and a nice vase as keepsakes with these red and yellow tulips all over them. I kept them out for years in the spring but finally gave them away several years ago. I didn’t need the bad memory attached to myself anymore. Let someone else that wants them, have them. When they had their showers, I helped plan it around their flowers and colors. That’s just what you do or at least I thought so. Don’t get me wrong here. It was very pretty and nice but you plan for the bride, not yourself. I was no bridezilla either but guess I just assumed. OK, former bride rant over.

I must say though, I STILL have a few of my purple tulips bloom outside. Remember them loyal readers? I love seeing all the colors in people’s yards despite this cold spell we are having, but I won’t get just red and yellow ever! When I do think of those colors always, I want the happy. Some of you can have Hulk with the longevity but I’ll take Randy and Warrior any day. I wonder how long the “Ultimate Maniacs” could’ve lasted? So many questions I’d love answered. ❤️💛💪🏻💪🏻

I can also probably do an entire post on the color blue. Much stuff I had when younger was blue when I always wanted pink. That reminds me of “Sleeping Beauty” when the fairies kept changing her dress color. 💙💖I watched that favorite movie of mine not that long ago… I finally got my pink though in a few shades, including a bike but this is red and yellow today. Both sisters always loved yellow, still do. I do in some ways but pink will always be my favorite. I have two rooms painted yellow in my house though. I was born to be different and I’m fine with that but just want respect because of it. When you combine yellow and pink, you get peach. I like the combo. One sister had yellow dresses in her first wedding but not the other. Such odd reasons why as that would never be me. To each their own I guess.

Maybe today’s brides don’t do color patterns, but I still see flowers that complement dresses so a little of it is still there. The red and yellow shower of my day will forever be a mystery along with those former WWE (F) tag teams. Do any of you have a story to share where you placed such expectations on someone or something only to experience disappointment? I bet you do or did, but it does become hard letting it all go. Warrior had people let him down too many times throughout his life and yet we must continue on in a new way. Once we find what works with people who “get” us, it flows easier. One would think family gets us the most and would know our likes or tastes, but sometimes we need to place our trust in a fresh perspective. That can only happen with time and a whole lot of patience. We shouldn’t feel guilty for moving our ideas onto others. It’s really how to evolve despite blood sometimes.

I hope those of you who do have close sisters remain that way as I am not here to bash your relationships at all. Just sharing my red and yellow story that I totally connected to wrestling. Who would’ve thought getting out some spring decor would bring it all back to my memories, despite not having the physical objects anymore? We all have connections with items from the past, but let’s make the good ones count. U.W. Memorabilia anyone? I’ll take those as I’m sure you will too. Just give me roses, not tulips! 🌷Give me pink or coral too. All kidding aside, we can forgive and see the lessons. They were wrong but I can’t give it more power or energy anymore. That’s my lesson. Maybe we are done with seeing red and yellow in WWE? I wouldn’t know anymore. Good memories remain as I let the negative ones go…

P.P.S. When working with my florist for the wedding all those years ago, she had never used the color coral before ever. I had many firsts just like Warrior did and still do… 🧡💖☺️

Summer Camp and Dress-up Dreams 🎈🚩👑👠

Why, hello there warriors! We had a great time up in the Sand dunes of Northern Michigan but now, it’s back to these writings I share with all of you. I told ya dreams were coming and these are just a two count today. Wait until you read about a summer camp and a dress-up time for us girls. Long title I know...

Let’s start with summer camp. It is that season after all here in the U.S. so perfect timing. I’m actually not apologizing for the photo today as I know it’s full of errors. I decided keeping it this way fit since that gear of the Ultimate Warrior was exactly how he looked in this dream. That match was against Randy AGAIN and it was so fast paced. I took the pic when I could as most shots good enough were of his backside and I needed the match- not something from a book, the Internet, or a magazine. OK, now that you know those details, let’s get on with the dream. Oh, I couldn’t find this match on YouTube either.

I was at my old grade school (yes, once more) only outside in the parking lot waiting for the summer camp teachers to come out. I questioned this later but my kids did attend a camp there a few years which was ages ago AND I had just taken a yoga class outside in a parking lot a few days prior. Those are the connections I get. So, another questionable moment was how I didn’t remember my kids being there so whose kids did I come for? Well, I realized I came to see Warrior as he was a camp counselor and I knew him. Pretty neat. The instructors were all introduced one by one as the lot was decorated with balloons, rainbow pennants, and just tons of fun stuff for the kids.

Warrior’s group was waiting for him as all these counselors were way back at the entrance. Can you fans see where this is headed? It’s a loooong driveway. Warrior makes his entrance by running (of course) all the way through the lot to where his kids and I are standing. He looked exactly like that photo you see with red, yellow, and blue paint plus gear. EXACTLY. You can watch the match from 2/11/89 on: “The Ultimate Collection” DVD. I suppose he put a shirt on afterwards but that was not included, ha ha! Once the cheering stopped a little, he caught up to the kids all sweaty and hot from running. There was a hose nearby and he began taking a drink. Remember those days- if you are old enough? He then turned the hose on the kids and sprayed them as laughter broke out! He wasn’t gonna soak them as camp needed to start soon indoors but what fun. I got out of the way but it was so cute seeing him like that with these kids. Obviously, he either was still wrestling or had taken a break for the summer camp. That doesn’t matter but I laughed at this dream he gifted me with. We all had an ultimate blast! 😂 There was Camp WWE the cartoon several years back so maybe another connector…

The second one involved Dana, me, and our two youngest. My daughter and her Mattie. This was a first in a dream. Never before have I gotten any of our kids together so I take it all. It started with Dana, Mattie, and my girl all trying on different dress up clothes in an attic type area. Huh? What does this mean? I guess the girls were friends as Dana and I must’ve been too. I joined in later since my presence wasn’t part of the beginning. The attic area was off a bathroom in their house which is a little odd but ah well.

You had to walk through the bathroom to get to the attic. When I arrived, I actually needed to use the bathroom so I went in and closed the door. On the vanity was this plastic bin with lots of hair claw clips. Mostly black. Us girls use those ya know. My real life here, oh my… To back up a smidge, the day before I was listening to: “80’s Wrestling the Podcast” which was all about theme music from the Golden Era. So entertaining and cool, I knew them all! I was wearing this loose bracelet and while dancing and singing (you fans would be too!) it flew off. Oh no, I couldn’t find it anywhere. I looked over and under things while the cat came in my room. She even got riled up by my frantic cleaning. 😬 I thought it had fallen through the air duct where it would be lost forever. My screwdriver was no help as I continued listening to the podcast. I asked for help to no one in particular and it was at that moment when I spotted it. The bracelet was in my basket of claw clips on the dresser. WOW…. I knew that connection right away after waking from this dream. It seemed to end there but we were smiling and laughing together. Two dreams of playful, fun activities with one including another first.

There you go warriors. Summer camp and dressing up. Warrior in one and Dana in the other. The SAME night. Both with kids and us being kid-like. Maybe I need to play more? I do remember my youngest liking some “pretend” clothes like a few princess gowns, feather boas, tiaras, jewelry, and fancy big girl shoes. She isn’t quite like that anymore as casual fits her style these days. I am remembering hats in the dream too but everything was mixed up in a big box. No idea on the why but I get used to not fully questioning everything anymore. I may not understand all the meanings but these dreams are truly wonderful to me. How exactly they get planned out up in “parts unknown” remains a mystery but sometimes I do get the meanings as many are quite obvious. I always thank Warrior for being part of this all however it works. Dreams have been my “thing” since childhood so it makes sense to me on the validity and vividness.

I can only imagine the great time those kids had with Warrior as their camp counselor. It reminded me of when he came as a preschool teacher too.., I’m so incredibly humbled but oh so grateful to know more on this warrior journey of mine. Don’t discredit your dreams either like I’ve always said. I’ve had other crazy ones lately too! Must be that June full moon which affects me. 🌕 Your life and the people in it matter however they connect to you. So, get out there and PLAY a little. That’s my message so I will pass it on to all of you. Get those zzzzz’s too. 😴😴

P.S. I DID have LOTS of stuff happen on Warrior’s birthday, oh my goodness… My Alexa “randomly” was playing in the other room as I had not asked her anything… The song was a Bobby Brown one and not familiar to me but so cool! I had just been on some social media that was Warrior related and was in the house alone..,

~~~I also got a new song while working out that day and as I asked Alexa who sang it- she said the group but got BLEEPED with the title!!!! I could not believe that but just laughed … that was a first..,

~~~ Here’s the three count: I had to make a quick trip to the grocery store and when arriving, the speaker was playing : “Two Hearts” by Phil Collins! Fans will know that connection with Warrior but I tried SO hard not to laugh as the produce guy was nearby.. I kept saying to Warrior how it isn’t my birthday, it’s his! There were a few other moments while waking up that day but will leave it at a 3 count!

All The Likes #30 💙💙

We have made it to yet another DATE of a milestone. WrestleMania VII was 30 years ago TODAY which is blog day for me. Another one is coming next week, who can guess? 🤔For today, it’s those two above that I have all the likes for. I’ve done enough posts on them together but of course had to celebrate their WrestleMania as friends. They also had all the likes and respect for one another and I know with their energy, they still do…

I decided to get back with a more easy going topic and it’s been in my head a while now. These silly things made me go back and forth with sharing but as many know, ideas come running just like the Ultimate Warrior himself! WMVII was the ONLY time he never ran to the ring, hmmm… This one is about a few of the “likes” Warrior and I both have but not exactly similar to past posts. I’ve mentioned libraries or books, a movie, (The Lion King) music or songs,(think the band Firehouse) climate, geography, and even our beliefs. Now, it’s time for food.

Yes, we all probably remember how disciplined Warrior was with eating but a few items stand out for me. Fans will recall he and Steve Borden (Sting) eating tuna out of a can and then Warrior continued that years later. I did post about a missing tuna can once and have eaten it out of a can as well. It does have a bit of a kick that’s for sure! 😳🐟

I have fond childhood memories of my mom making tuna fish sandwiches or tuna on toast and even on saltines. Always loved it. Maybe you do too but I still love it today. It just makes me smile thinking of Warrior. I know he ate it for different reasons and yes- it is good for you, minus the mayo and extras! All the likes here too.

Another “foodie” is coffee ice cream. I can’t have either of those right now because of my “tummy issues” but here’s my fun connector with Warrior. Way back, Dana had mentioned Warrior’s like of coffee ice cream. Very rarely did he indulge but it made me think of a story that happened almost 19 years ago. I had always wanted to try it but knew I’d be up all night since coffee affects me. It is not a morning treat for me together. My husband and I were on our honeymoon in the Poconos of PA which I have also mentioned before too. If I could attach another pic here, I would. He took a photo of me standing on top of Mt. Pocono holding my coffee ice cream cone. So, in case any are wondering- nope, didn’t sleep much that night considering I had this yumminess later in the day. All the likes though yet again.

The last food reference ( ya know there had to be a 3 count!) would be chocolate almonds. I have always loved nuts but another no-no for me right now, ugh! Dana had shared more little insights into Warrior likes and this was one of them. I think she talked about when they’d all go to the movies and chocolate almonds were his choice. Am sure again it was a rare experience but enough for me to keep in my brain. One day shortly after knowing that, my husband brought home a bag and set it on our kitchen counter. I gasped thinking how I just found out about chocolate almonds and Warrior. He says to me: “We never had these before and I thought you’d like them.” I just stared at the bag and chuckled. All the likes one more time.

You may be thinking that I copied or emulated Warrior but I assure you that is not nor will it ever be the case with me. Another post was written about not doing things because someone else does them or likes them. This is just me being me. I will admit thought how it is very different when a celebrity likes or liked something you do and how it makes one feel. It’s not the same as when let’s say you and your aunt both like olives on pizza. Your reaction is not going to be anything close to the reaction with a famous person.

You also may have these food stories or others I’ve mentioned similar to Warrior. Many of you will also have tons more to add with my list. I just shared to give everyone a good laugh and to remind how we are just people deep down with all the likes. I don’t go searching for connectors but like to know we had stuff in common. Fans do that in their own way, including me. You may agree or think I’m “nuts” ( pun intended!) but ah well, these are my writings after all!!!

I will always have all the likes for those two Superstars together and not just with their WMVII match. I will also have all the likes with Warrior that are forever in my memory. You will have yours too. Just laugh about them and know we are all connected in many ways. HAPPY 30th WMVII!!!!!!! 3/24/91.

P.S. I wonder if there were any foods Randy really liked? I have heard how he drank LOTS of coffee! 😂☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️

Favors for Friends 🤼

Yes, I know you see yet again the Ultimate Warrior and “Macho Man” Randy Savage in that pic above. It seems like I use them a lot on here but really, it’s not on purpose! That WWE SummerSlam match of ’92 in London fits perfectly for today’s post. For all you fans- no, not just because Mr. Perfect was part of it!!

Do you do favors for friends? Do you expect something in return? Well, we all do things for others and it usually goes a little like this: “Just do this one favor for me and I’ll owe ya!” Or maybe: “This is the last time I’ll ask you for anything, I promise!” We’ve all been there I’m certain. It’s the old you scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours story. It’s all good but we just shouldn’t make a habit out of it too often.

Let’s get back to those two limping guys above. For anyone unfamiliar, that match was all about mind games. Neither “trusted” the other and thought there was a pay-off. In the end, both had one another’s back and knew they were being played. Randy and Warrior did a favor for the other without expectations. Seriously, though without any bias- it’s a very dramatic and entertaining match and they played their parts extremely well.

Another fun story with Warrior and Randy was one he related on a video. After a long possible late night match, the adrenaline rush would still be there. Warrior would go work-out to “wind down” and wanted Randy to tag along. Randy just really wanted to go back to the hotel and sleep. Warrior convinced him probably promising lots of coffee to keep Randy awake. ☕️😳Another friend favor with no strings attached as Randy obliged.

When the Ultimate Warrior began his feuds with Andre the Giant, he slammed him in arenas all over the country. Warrior has said how he and Andre were friends and they truly respected each other. There are many stories of course but one I love is told in the book “A Life Lived Forever.” As a thank you to Andre, Warrior would go to the best liquor stores and get his favorite wine. Andre loved his wine and Warrior knew this. 🍷No, he didn’t get the wine first so Andre would “put him over.” It was a gesture from one friend to another as an offer of thanks.

Have you had stories similar? Taken a friend to lunch? Driving someone to an appointment? For me, I would and still donate clothes, toys, shoes, and other extras to centers. Sometimes, I even just gave items away without expecting money. I’ve sold some stuff before but I truly just wanted to help others. O.K., we all want and need to de-clutter but I actually had friends who needed baby gear, books, or my kids outgrown things. They were going to a good home and I’d never ask for money even though I could have. It’s all about your intention but sometimes we forget this. Let’s not let that happen.

Never hold it over someone’s head how you did or gave something and they should repay that act. It is nice to have reciprocation but we shouldn’t just be nice to get nice. Friendship is a two-way street and neither one should be taken for granted.

It is of course very different when dealing with professional work situations versus our everyday home life. Those matches of WWE and all of sports entertainment with wrestling are scripted of course with regards to let’s say- favors for friends and the outcome. Vince McMahon had all those ideas then but now there are teams of writers scripting who are “friends” and who are not. Fake friends can become real friends.

The great thing with Warrior and Randy is that they became real friends despite their storylines. Many favors am sure went back and forth before true respect came but our emotions can slam those professional ideas at times. This can happen to all of us in every situation depending on our friends and their expectations.

You can do those favors for friends but again, always remember your intent and your reasons. It’s like doing activities for free during a time but then wanting to get paid. Maybe once we gain better relationships, our abundance can prosper. The Ultimate Warrior and Macho Man proved their favors be being true friends. I sure hope we can all say the same. Let’s follow the script of our own life without a match being written for us. 👏🏻😉

Tag Team Teachers 🤷🏻‍♀️💙💙

Hey there warriors! Guess for this one it’s Randy fans too as yet again I’m sharing my own funny story about them. I decided to end this month by turning away from the serious and writing a

“what if…?” scenario that kept coming back. Things have a way of doing that and if they do, it’s worth it. More on being worthy another time…

Let’s rewind first for anyone new that needs to catch up. Back in Feb. 2019, I blogged “The Blue Jay Feather Dream” and then in Aug. it was “Ultimate Maniacisms.” The feather dream involved Warrior while the U.M. dream involved Randy. Both took place at one of the preschools I used to teach at and both had those two guys as teachers, only not together. I’ll link the posts at the end but let’s just say I kept imagining a “what if…?” 🤔

I’m laughing just thinking of this and drained all at once. What if I taught with both of them at that school? Tag Team Teachers indeed. 😜🤣 I know I always involve all of you and this post isn’t quite like that but it is fun to imagine and just be goofy once in a while. That’s my advice! I hope I get you laughing too…

This preschool wasn’t traditional but we still taught the kids everything they needed before Kindergarten. It looked like a gym with trampolines, uneven and parallel bars, mats, a slide with scooters, ropes, ladders, and obstacle courses set up for free times. There were two classrooms with all this great stuff for kids. It truly did boost kids confidence as we did gymnastics, sports, relay races, and games. There were still quiet times, stories, free play, snack, academics and crafts so am hoping you get the idea.

Each teacher rotated being “lead” or in charge for the week and the others would sign up for activities on the lesson plan. So, can you figure out what Warrior and Randy would do? I know it’s tough if you’ve never been exposed to preschools or teaching but let’s do this together. Here’s my take… They’d work as that tag team to build an obstacle course which would be way too high and way too big!! Warrior would be getting out face paint at free time which we’d only used on special occasions like parties. He’d want the kids to have his mask on to wear home. Randy would want a themed dress-up day so he’d come with all his sequined hats, goggles, and robes for the kids to try on. Oh, the possibilities!!

They’d probably get frustrated with me correcting some of their “creative ideas” but I’d surrender and just give in while laughing hysterically!!! I can picture Warrior with a relay race line instructing the kids to RUN so fast all the way down. Hopefully, they’d remember what the real task would be and not just running! Who can picture Randy reading a book to young kids? His voice and inflection would just be incredible. He’d insert “oh yeah!” and “dig it!” just to make it authentic. I do believe kids would be on the edge of their seats listening so attentively. Just think of a classic story and hear Randy’s voice reading it. I literally got tears in my eyes from laughing! Warrior loved reading too but some of his choices might’ve been over preschoolers level of thinking. I don’t believe that age is ready to hear about the gods in Mythology quite yet…

How about snack time? It would be SLIM JIM beef sticks and TUNA from a can! Match those up fans.😉👍Warrior would be ultimate with the crafts but his perfectionism might slow us down. I would need other teachers for emotional support for sure with those two but what a blast! Of course we’d probably see Gorilla press slams and flying elbows being done on stuffed animals or even picking up kids. There were lots of mats around so Ms. Lead Teacher would have to step in for sure… For anyone remembering “The Blue Jay Feather Dream,” we also had station time. Those Tag Team Teachers would be great using the equipment while working more closely with the kids on various physical skills. Am sure they’d want to add their own too.

We did have a few guy teachers at this school over the years so they got its appeal despite the non-traditional approach. I have worked at both types but this one had a mix of active and quiet which would wear kids out. Adults would be too! It is needed always.

Well, there’s my scenario of what if? with the Ultimate Warrior and “Macho Man” Randy Savage as Tag Team preschool Teachers. Both finally together without a dream this time. Parents would love them too!

A Competitive Spirit 🏋🏻‍♂️🤼‍♂️

I’m not very competitive but are you warriors? I guess I’m referencing sports or games here but really, we all are. We are always competing in one way or another in this game of life. We compete as parents, drivers, having better vacations, and even what we post on social media. It can be anything. The question is: Do you compete to impress others or to best yourself? Hmmm. That could go both ways. Do you even have to like what you’re doing to be competitive at it?

For me, I’d always take that reverse psychology idea of being really negative like I won’t win at a game or be good enough. Sometimes, that mentality would win surprising everyone. Remember in gym class how you had to run around the school track a few times a year? My kids still do this. You aren’t competing on a team but setting a time and then trying to beat it later on. It’s for you, not them. I bet you’d be competitive when faced with certain situations but for this, you’re competing with yourself.

That takes us to the competitive spirit of Warrior. Yes, the sports he chose required much competition that fueled his mentality. He wanted to push his body excelling beyond physical limits and not necessarily being better, bigger, or stronger than another. YES, the business of pro- wrestling is extremely competitive and YES, he was bigger than most. Some of his mindset will always be a mystery but I believe the main reason was his competing with himself. He succeeded in the way that worked because of his competitive spirit with himself. His alter ego was “Mr. Resistance” whom he battled everyday. Of course Warrior wanted to be the best by beating Hulk Hogan as a goal but after that, then what?

Once you have fans cheering and clapping for you, it does make your competitive nature increase naturally. It would for any of us. Fans will bring that out every single time. The video above has Warrior saying: “… for the opportunity to prove I was the best, that my warriors believed in me because I was the best.” (That’s not why I believed in him but let’s move on…) These are just his words for the promo and what the Ultimate Warrior was referencing regarding Randy Savage and their feud leading up to Summerslam in 1992. Professions are different than personal lives but do you feel the need to prove you’re the best?

When things are going your way, do you push harder or keep it the same? It all depends on your own competitive spirit. Your choice warriors. Either way you’ll get results of your choosing. Sometimes, we can surrender to competition but then that spirit drives us to want more. Being in a sport can start at a very young age and if it continues, that competitive nature will go on and on as the mindset changes. How many awards, trophies, or titles do you need before stepping aside just a little?

There are those forces in life that need us to compete but it shouldn’t have to be everything. Getting caught up in being the best is great motivation but when is it too much? Lots of questions here but worth examining… Your best may not equate with someone else’s best. It’s all in our own views of what we consider with that competitive spirit. I know now that most of my competing was and is always with myself. It used to be more centered around others but not so much anymore. Always the mind warriors, it truly is. Now, I realize that my spirit doesn’t need to be the best constantly as it becomes exhausting.

Meditation has brought me awareness of being enough. What and how I do activities today will be enough. I’ve accepted that and don’t beat myself up mentally anymore because of competition. I don’t physically either with my workout. No, I’ve never been in a professional sport so that becomes another competitive challenge. Who knows exactly how I’d handle all that and naysayers drive you to compete more.

So, warriors– do you feel the need to fuel that competitive spirit or do you push it aside? We need both ideas but it’s up to you deciding what and how much. We constantly evolve with certain goals to achieve in our lives. Warrior kept his competitive spirit always as was his destiny to do so. Competing with others or yourself is a life-long journey and one we may never fully abandon because we’re human.

Just know there are ways to balance out all this and make that competitive spirit worth it. You feed your success. Only you can decide how much and make it work in your life. YOUR best is good enough…

Ultimate Maniacisms❤️💛

WOW! I loved these two as a tag team for so many reasons. First, a little story is mentioned in my book Spirit and Belief along with other Randy stuff. This is so much more. More maniacisms that are truly ultimate. Randy “Macho Man” Savage and the Ultimate Warrior had the colors, intense personalities, and energy but behind all that– they were friends who respected each other. That’s the best for me. They were also extremely funny. At least I thought so. I do believe their partnership was very unique because of the similar qualities shown by both.

That takes us to this story. These are mywarriorwritings but today it is Radiant Randy. The two first dreams I ever had with Warrior also involved Randy and also in my book. If you recall or if new– here’s a flashback of when I mentioned working with Warrior at one of my preschool jobs. That was “The Bluejay Feather Dream” on 2/27/19. Well, guess who else I worked with in a dream? Yep–Randy.

As you may know, I have some psychic intuitive abilities so once I thought of this dream more, it does kinda fit. I don’t make these Spirit Visit Dreams up and even if I did, Randy wouldn’t be in them. O.K., maybe as part of the Ultimate Maniacs but that’s it!

Are you ready? Here it is without further adieu. *** Us teachers were standing in the lobby at work and this time it was exactly as it looked unlike in some other dreams. It was me, some teachers from my past, and our boss. In walks Randy with Elizabeth and she’s holding a BABY! What? They never had a baby. Randy shook the boss’s hand and hugged the rest of us as Elizabeth followed him with the baby. At first I thought possibly she used to work with us but based on Randy’s actions, he definitely did.

We were all ohhhing and ahhhing over the baby BOY. Randy then scooped him up and began to show him off as only a proud Papa would. I never saw the baby’s face but it was a boy. I woke up with so many questions. Warrior was not even in it so how was this happening? Why would I be shown Randy and Elizabeth with a baby?

Here’s a few of my ideas so I hope you understand spirituality since these types of dreams aren’t always obvious. If you have ever had any remember there is a purpose and they are just for YOU. Your beliefs and connections matter. Well, here’s my take if you will… It COULD mean an insight into what might’ve happened. They did try for a baby( so I heard.) It COULD also mean spiritually that they are working together to help babies up in parts unknown. Perhaps little spirits that were miscarried, stillborn, or passed young? Just to get a dream like this is a gift despite possible meanings. I was ultimately honored. 💜

After seeing the retirement match of WrestleMania VII a few times between U.W. and M.M., I thought differently. Obviously, everyone loved the Randy and Elizabeth reunion. If you haven’t seen it– a must watch for true fans. That match is hard because everyone except the referee is now gone. Maybe they can re-create it up above, commentators and all? My thought remained. I always hoped Randy and Elizabeth reconciled and that they found some happiness. My mind goes to that every single time… Maybe that brought the dream? I don’t know for sure…

Is Randy working with me too along with Warrior? This dream was a first of its kind for sure. It was beautiful and happy and that baby made all the difference. Without Randy and Warrior working together, my ultimate maniacisms wouldn’t be possible. I needed to acknowledge Randy separately since he is involved too sometimes. Of course the Dream inspired this post but I still needed to thank Randy.

I loved Warrior’s tribute to the Macho Man after he passed so will include the YouTube link at the end. He shared antidotes, funny stories, and the personal touch lacking during Hulk Hogan’s HOF induction speech posthumously for Randy in 2015.

I’m not bashing Hulk but he could’ve said so much more about Randy besides being “intense” and “jealous” because of Elizabeth. It was sad that after so many years, that’s all Hulk had to say despite their differences. Randy deserved better. He got better from his friend Mr. Warrior.

I will always have my Ultimate Maniacisms along with the wonderful dreams. I worked with both of them, can you just imagine??? Music is also my THING so here’s another connection. One day after seeing their iconic “Riding on the Edge of a Lightning Bolt” promo, later on Pandora I heard “Burnin’ Heart” by Survivor. That song is from the Rocky movies which also has “Eye of the Tiger” but this song mentions being a warrior. Randy says in the promo: “we are ultimate survivors…” The album cover is called Ultimate Survivor. The tiger on the front is red and yellow too. The Ultimate Maniacs win again! Why is it always those colors? They should’ve used pink and green since both used them often!! 💖💚

The Ultimate Bad Guy? 😬

I often times wondered how I’d feel if the Ultimate Warrior was a bad guy and if he would’ve influenced me the same way? He always said that his character was good who got away with being bad. You know– the screaming, running, shaking ropes, crazy interviews, snarling, “not following rules,” and everything in between.

But here’s my question again since I never liked the bad guys. Hardly ever anyway. There were those times that bad guy went against bad guy and it was hard to choose. I’d always go for the one who seemed a little better (or nicer!) in my mind but really– it was neither.

I am so grateful that U.W. was never a character that flip-flopped like many did. In his early years, he went from good to bad and then bad to good. We had the Freedom Fighters (tag team with Sting) — good, Blade Runners (also with Sting) –bad, Dingo Warrior (bad then good), and then of course the Ultimate Warrior (good!) I never even cared that much about any of the talent bad guy characters brought since my mind was stuck on BAD and that was it.

I can name so many performers back then during my years watching where it became hard to follow if they were bad or good! Yes- good drama, action filled storylines, and more ratings but for me– too much emotion. As I’ve mentioned before, I don’t do well with shock value although that does matter very much in entertainment. Once a bad guy for me, always a bad guy. It did also change when some formed a tag team like the Ultimate Maniacs. I just had to mention them! Randy Savage was always a bad guy but with U.W., he was good. Am sure fans will remember when Andre the Giant turned good after WrestleMania VI? Of course I’d remember that, guess I’m a little biased! 😉

Who can tell me how many times the Undertaker flip-flopped? Well, for anyone who knows my previous stories– he will always be bad to me! Even if I watched today, his bad status will remain. That old school mentality of mine never really goes away. I know WWE does this today as well and it confuses me!! Once a fan of someone’s you always are so maybe good or bad makes no difference. Does it to some of you?

I can only imagine my feelings had it been that way with the Ultimate Warrior. Deep down, I know I’d feel the same but wouldn’t have liked him bad. Not too sure Warrior’s “beliefs” would’ve resonated the same as a bad guy. O.K.– some of the “gods” up above were bad but his core disciplines, all good. Rick Rude was a good looking guy but I would NEVER admit that. He was bad and off limits to my teenage self!

I always did hear that many of them started bad like Hulk Hogan since being bad gave you a faster push in the business. I wonder why that is? Do most people like bad better? Maybe they get all the “cool” storylines but not always. Good is supposed to triumph over evil, right? I’m a “good” girl so maybe that explains it. I can be “bad” when I want though!

Besides the “Hulkster,” the Ultimate Warrior was the only other top good guy. There were others, I KNOW but popularity matters. The fans back in the day made the Dingo Warrior good because of his resemblance to Kerry Von Erich. Thank you fans for that longevity! So many aspects drew me to the U.W. character and several qualities were better suited to a good guy, not bad. Just my opinion but then again, it becomes a toss-up. Some bad characters could pull off their jargon and catch phrases as good too. Hmmm… 🤔 Such a dilemma. Good or bad– it doesn’t really matter but so interesting to think about. Once someone became that character, it was a big part of them like their twin in a way.

I’m certain that if there happened to be a storyline where U.W. would’ve gone “rogue,” and turned from good to bad, I’d be devastated. Of course that never came to be and honestly, I don’t believe he’d ever go for it at all. Loyalty makes a difference and I know his fans deserved that in return. I realize it’s completely different today but maybe some lose fans if they switch? Women included. Guess you can always gain new ones but I feel it isn’t the same. I’d personally hate being booed but sometimes that’s the way it goes.

I thank Warrior for always being the Ultimate GOOD guy despite critics. Negativity and naysayers sometimes but deep down, his integrity made him good. Whether in or out of the ring, he lived his life dedicated to true beliefs. To me, that’s the ultimate good guy who I will always root for… 💖👏🏻💪🏻
