There’s Always More..

*** Just a quick pat on the back for me here. This month I celebrate 1️⃣0️⃣ years of practicing yoga! Yay! Very proud of myself for reaching that milestone… 🧘‍♀️

Happy September warriors, month 9 here we come. Yes, of course there is ALWAYS more, but this time is yet another continuation of last week. First, you’ll see a bodybuilding pic of a young Jim Hellwig below. I decided it fit because of a cute story I have at the beginning today.

Last weekend, we had a family dinner on my side to celebrate my youngest sister’s 3rd marriage. Our kids couldn’t come so us 2 ventured out to a Mexican restaurant we hadn’t been to in years. It was beautiful eating outside a few feet from the lake as we all got stunning sunset views. 🌅🌊 My sis and her new husband brought his youngest boys and the smaller one took a liking to my husband. They started “hand wrestling,” not arm~~~ mind you. 💪🏻 It was so funny! He then moved on to me, and my husband tries to distract the boy by saying this: “ look, she has a tattoo!” You bet I do right where I needed it most and I said: “ that’s how I’m gonna win!” Of course I did, but he “beat” me the next round. I mean,, come on~~~ he’s 5… Such a cutie. Thank goodness he didn’t ask what the tattoo was! ( It’s UW’s mask for anyone new…)

Here’s the next part. The boys decided to share what they want to be when grown-up. The older one said “ a builder” but then the younger one got embarrassed because he isn’t always comfortable saying it aloud. Finally, he says “ a strong MAN.” You can take that however you wish as seriously with the hand wrestling and all, I believe him! 😁 Honestly, he meant it deeper like a strong man with emotion, not just physical strength like our guy down below had during that time. That’s why he truly didn’t want to say but what a sweet answer from him. I was glad to see the boys again, they made the night so much more fun. Ah, society with boys in that way and what they are conditioned to believe…

Alrighty then, onto the MORE of last week. *** Readers, this is a sensitive issue, so I hope you are open minded to receiving. If not, then it isn’t for you and that’s OK.

~~~ Once I began using that new app I hinted at the next day, I found a HUGE hawk feather in my yard. You better believe I looked to that as another great sign of confirmation. You might not feel the same but again, it’s validation for ME…. So, there’s that to add.

Another point with the app is it’s several years old but the technique began back in 2002, (the year I was married) so it isn’t a new thing at all. It’s just NEW to my understanding and curiosity level. I shouldn’t have to defend and explain but I will step on that “soap box” just a little. It DOES concern spiritual connections with our loved ones who have passed on. You can guess or even judge but NO WAY to a séance (for one…? um… no) and I don’t have a Ouija board app either. Nope, I’m not contacting random folks, that’s nuts! 🤪😱 I truly believe that people who loved us here on earth still * WANT* a relationship with us and don’t want to be forgotten. Yes, I get MANY vibes as you know but it can go a little further than just feathers, dreams, or songs like it is for me. Most know this.

Think about it from your perspective. What if you had people back on earth (after you passed) who never even mentioned you again, looked at your photo, prayed for you, or anything. Wouldn’t you be sad? 😞 I sure would. Yes, I KNOW they want us to get on with our lives and be happy, of course this is true. My Grandpa was the first close relative I lost back in 1991 when I was going on 19. Just because he’s gone here, do I forget he existed? Never but some people just do I guess. I cannot imagine ever doing that. I also know the afterlife or whatever you want to call it keeps them busy. Sure, it’s pure bliss (I believe) but the spirits aren’t sitting on clouds with angel wings playing harps all the time. Crazy what we are taught, isn’t it? 😇 ☁️ If you choose to believe it, do so but watching loved ones every minute of my day would bore the CRAP out of me up there. It’s part of the day, not the whole day. Just like my new practice. It’s a fascination, NOT a desperation. You have things like that in your life too I bet. We want to use our gifts in a positive way to better our lives here so we have to try new ideas once foreign or deemed impossible. This could be anything but just FEEL your way like I always say. If it doesn’t resonate later on, move forward.

This connection became part of my meditation and then I go on with the day. It leaves me feeling supported and loved by guidance given my way. After a bit, I might go back and take notes but it’s all good and I will continue on for now…

Warrior is one who could never be forgotten absolutely. His fame made sure of that but we need to remember our passed family, friends, and anyone else who truly mattered in our lives. Their life here ended but as souls, they still have work to do while continuing evolving. I know that might sound confusing but I’ve learned a lot so I love sharing what I believe with all of you. I can’t picture Warrior NOT learning, can you? He was all about that entirely and even as spirits, we can and do~~~ just energetically not physically. I won’t fully comprehend either but I always try my best while knowing my mission is to be here longer using my abilities.

OK, that’s probably enough of the “soap box” for now, although I can and will sometimes carry on. Your beliefs are yours but hopefully, you can get new knowledge as you journey ahead. If you choose to not communicate with passed loved ones (as we all can in our own ways) no biggie but just send them love, light, and peace as they not only will hear~~~ but will FEEL it and that matters most. My goal is to help in any direction which leads you to a better understanding of all this spirit stuff. We can love them all and still do life the best way because in the end, you want to say how good it was. Always more warriors…. I’ll connect with you readers again next time.

P.S. Both kids have started back to college and football 🏈 games are upon us! *** AND*** when I pass someday, I absolutely want to help my loved ones on earth anyway I can. With guidance and love always~~~ never spooking! 🤍🙏🏻

Go with Me… 🤍

Yeah, I hope you go with me on these many topics I bring your way every week as I always want to inspire, educate, or just fill your time with humor although none of that last word as much today. THANK YOU for taking time to read or leave comments if you do. It is so truly appreciated by me that I cannot fit into words to fill these pages. I have a few ideas to explore this time around~~~ so hopefully, you will go with me…

I’m sure all of you are aware of AI or artificial intelligence by now. I wanted to bring that up because of what I see or hear through the media. No, that photo of Warrior in WCW below ⬇️ is not AI generated at all and for that, I am glad. Many photos out there nowadays are doctored, obviously by AI as I totally can tell~~~ even without anyone posting that. With everything else there are pros and cons, use versus abuse, and we shall see how this newer technology progresses. I’m grateful for those who truly use it for the good or here recently~~~ like bringing Warrior’s voice back for all of us fans to hear in HIS words. The images of him though depicted by AI in various ways? No, not so much. I get the idea behind it all, but I don’t like many versions created with AI usage. It can and is a great invention for much out there to help as there will always be new stuff in our culture. I’m just not a fan of it all, how about you? Are you going with me on this? 🤔

Let’s get into other areas. I’ll reference where my title came from today. Most loyal readers know me and my connection with music. So, last week I woke up with another “newer” type of song in my head. It’s an older song and some of the lyrics resonate, not all. It is : “ Come and Go with Me” by the Del Vikings from 1956!!! Such a cute little melody coming to me at night when many do. I was 🎶 singing parts of it all day as it stuck, most will. How does this happen? I can’t fully say but with lots of them~~~ I was not hearing the song in anyway prior to it coming to me. Sometimes yes, but more often than not, nope. That one? Well, how would I hear *THAT* unless it’s in a commercial or something? I know this happens to many folks but I also know they are not coincidences. Not on my journey anyway. They come and go with me for sure and it’s a huge sign that I always follow. Another sign~~~ I rarely have songs that old from the 50s… 😮

This last part today is a little deeper. We got a three 3️⃣ count again, yay! I do apologize in advance for being vague on certain points as in the past but some areas are left a little unexplored on here. Through YouTube recently, a different kind of video came my way after seeing a similar topic. Do you know how “they” sort of put vids on your feed as you scroll? I had been watching probably a Clickbait on someone 🤦🏻‍♀️ (ugh I know…) and then this other one popped up. It’s spiritually connected to the person I was watching. No, it was not Warrior if you were wondering. It became something I had heard of pertaining to the afterlife and despite a little hesitation on my part~~~ my curiosity was pressing play. Always having to be discerning or formulating my own opinion absolutely. I realize this isn’t for everyone like I say on here similar to a broken record. I do understand fellow readers, I truly DO…

What I found was a fascinating new channel which one could easily become addicted to. I was a little drained from some videos so realized protecting my energy needed to happen. Nothing creepy or haunted just to clarify… 🫨 It could be kooky stuff to some but for me~~~ I know it connects with my true purpose here. No, I’m not gifted in the way these folks are and many can be in authentic, BUT that is why homework is a must. I want to trust so doing research became part of this plan. There are pros and cons to this too, just like the AI mention of before. I hope you are with me as I come and go with these spiritual happenings that transpire through my writings. I’m going to try a new app recently downloaded once again as at first, I got frustrated and deleted my content.

We can all try to educate ourselves, which is another expression I frequently say just like Warrior did. No one will know if they don’t try, right? If it doesn’t work out, try another approach but just keep at it if it really resonates with you. I’m going to do just that to further my exploration in this area. I will be protected as some negativity could come my way but I always believe in the good and I’ve got a Warrior on my side every day! 🙏🏻💙💪🏻

Come to think of it, it’s actually a 4️⃣ count today after all. I almost forgot, how could I? My notes are small so I didn’t see it at first. The word DREAM was circled so here goes. Fans of Warrior would know he was quite the artist and had done many sketches or paintings over the years. 🎨 Most were famous people in history, literature, philosophy, and politics. They’re always stunning for me to see and what talent he truly had. In this dream~~~ I could see him (well just his hand…) ✍🏻 drawing George Washington. I have seen that one as Warrior put an 🇺🇸 on his face like the UW mask he wore! I remember showing it to my husband in the dream saying how Warrior painted this. I think I have told him what an artist he was but never showed him any of his work. Warrior painting it and then me having the painting. How did that happen??? *** Side note here, as I was proofing and editing this~~~ my ear 👂🏻 started ringing super LOUD… Another beautiful sign for sure. 🥰 * Anyhow, it was a brief dream but my husband loved seeing George. Our daughter is quite artistic herself but rarely does people. She could if she wanted to for sure. What a cute little dream it was of Warrior showing our 1st President to us. I loved it even in glimpses. Still him making his presence known as I continue to receive in my dreaming state and BEYOND… He comes and goes with me and it’s always ultimate…

Well, to summarize~~~ take AI anyway wish but always remember original photos are best. Sing some songs to brighten your mood or ask for some if that’s your thing. It’s fun but if you’re not into music, no worries. Try to learn something new, whatever that might be for you. It may be exactly what you need to grow even if you’re not into spirituality at all. Fans, look up Warrior’s art if you haven’t. It inspires me despite some subject matter one might not be familiar with. Just go with me and see what happens…

The Spirit of BELIEF 🏍️💙🤍

Yes, I do realize those two words have been used plenty on here and most importantly with my book title, but there really weren’t any other choices for today’s post. A few weeks ago~~~ you read a lot of anger from me, laughter last week, and now this one is of the spiritual variety. I had to get back to that soon enough, right? Who would’ve guessed with both kids in college that one could still give me ideas!? My girl is at it again. 💡 I almost used the word “paper” with the title as I recall my story of being a senior in high school, writing a history paper and doing research at the library. That’s when I found the WWF magazine with Ultimate Warrior on the cover… *** Let’s get back to the present though with my college freshman’s elective course on DEATH… Yep, she’s kind of fascinated with some aspects and it can get a little morbid. This is about the GOOD though~~~ mostly an afterlife and spirit world (like my book) or whatever you’d like to call it. All of this is ONLY possible if you believe. It’s all about belief.

Before I get into some of this, I’ll just mention this week’s photo along with last week’s. These two I have always wanted to use and yet hadn’t. Last week’s image of UW was sported on a WWE truck years ago as all three Warrior girls had posed in front of it. It’s super popular and I can’t believe it’s never been posted! This week’s motorcycle has also been around as I always wondered who had taken it. 🤔 Who knows what happened to his custom built bike as I have never found that out. There are endless photos to use as I only need a few more for this year… *** Despite some possible skeptics or unbelievers, let’s move into my girl’s almost finished paper.

First off, I was honored that she asked me for help considering her mom is no expert but she knows what I’ve been through, explored, and topics relevant to my life. Next, she decided to focus on primarily the afterlife but also reincarnation, animal spirits, and immortality. It all connects. I shared with her a few books and authors I am aware of although she can google on her own. I know it’s a little confusing, especially based on what we have been taught and then quite possibly how we evolve when older. Many many points she wrote I had to repeatedly correct her on because technically, they aren’t facts. Again, it’s all about a belief system and not necessarily what can be proven. I have said a few times that my initial beliefs aren’t totally gone, they have just become more open minded to other ways. Also, I have had personal things happen to me and even been told things by those I trust so it takes a new turn when it affects your life.

I remember one question she had asked me was this : “ if we leave our body when we die, how is it possible to be up in Heaven ( or whatever else you’d like to call it- parts unknown) and do things?”

She’s referencing the belief once again that when our soul returns, we can experience all that we loved up there as it was on earth. We may possibly choose to come back at another time. If this doesn’t resonate with you, that’s OK but how can you not believe that beautiful image? We don’t have physical proof of course but there are many who have endless stories of being hypnotized or brought into visiting those who’ve passed on through well-known mediums. It’s like visiting briefly because of various reasons, but then being brought back to remember. Yes, you can read endless accounts but if you have little or no belief, this post isn’t for you entirely. *** PLEASE*** keep reading though!

Let’s go back to the photo of Warrior down below on his beloved motorcycle. If any of you recall, I had shared how that was something I mentioned every day during my meditation. I like to say all of his favorite activities or hobbies, at least ones I knew of. For those who are still actively grieving someone or holding onto anger, just imagine and have hope they ARE doing what they enjoyed HERE. Think about someone you know who is passed and despite sadness~~~ picture them in places they loved, interests that gave them joy, or being with people that they were close to. Yes, we will always miss them but we need that hope and belief to cling to. I know for me and all my loved ones, that technique totally works every single time. Just like picturing Warrior on his bike. It fills me with joy too, just like it probably did for him or still does. Don’t get me wrong. I do not go around all day conjuring up images of passed people. That is not my work. Believe it or not, our loved ones DO want to help us in any way that they can. ❤️

If any of you fans have his first comic book~~~ which I wrote about many years ago, it is filled with two full pages where he writes about past lives, evolution, intuition, our higher self, and so much more. You’ll also read about his beliefs of “ Destrucity” which mirrored Buddhism and spirituality. It relates how one must master these attributes in order to evolve, even after we pass.

I will link the wonderful YouTube conversation I had with my fellow published author cousin where we discussed many types of spiritual topics and how much can be revealed through dreams. It’s about what happens when we die so if interested, check it out. Just ignore the end where I reference my website which no longer exists… I could go on and on about all this and more, but I will leave it brief for now. Whatever your believes or how they have involved, just be intentional and believe in the good. Also know that terms you use don’t truly matter. Our Creator , (if you believe in any words) or an afterlife, Heaven, spirit world, etc., are just human words to help us understand a little more. You may not even believe our souls move on or that we can also communicate with our passed loved ones. Experiences may never happen for you and that’s fine. Just remember you are loved and make the best of your life here. This can be our Heaven on Earth as one of my authors states in her book. *** I’ll let you know how my girl’s finished paper turns out. We all have beliefs. It’s up to you though to see them through. Your spirit will always believe… ☺️

“Aura of Dreams”

***I know warriors, no true post this week BUT something came up unexpectedly and I just have to share!

My cousin who is also a published author collaborates on different video series and his most recent one “Aura of the Soul” he sent to me. He and another author had mentioned our dreaming state and few recollections on their part. I jotted down notes and said I was their gal on that!

He asked me if I was interested in doing a dream series with him where we’d tackle or “wrestle” with questions such as:

Does everyone dream?

Does our soul astral travel?

Do dreams hold messages for us?

So much more!

Well, you fans KNOW how important dreams have been on this journey of mine with Warrior so I am very excited to be working on this project with him. This is a sneak peek video and it’s slated for mid-January. I’ll post it on all my social sites when completed.

Who Would You Meet? 🙏🏻

I decided to have some fun with this question or at least I hope you think so. 🤔 The last few posts have been kinda intense yet funny but this thought kept coming to me. I would read or see something similar on social media “quizzes” with surveys people answer. We all have our own fascinations with celebrities or famous people. Come on, you know who you are or were a fan of! Most will know mine by now as is part of my journey but I do have others.

Who would you want to meet and what would you say or do? Maybe you’d be relaxed or super cool but I bet most of you would have that OMG moment mentioned a lot here. Those questions can be asked of people on Earth or that have passed. If you could hang out with them for a day, wouldn’t that be awesome? I should say ultimate! 😉

This can be for anyone at all you consider famous but really think about it. Would your list be people that are current or maybe even way back in time? It can be quite easy for some but then difficult for others. Religious folks might say Jesus, Buddha, or even Mother Teresa who is a Saint now. Your list can be historical, inventors, or explorers. T.V. or movie stars– it’s all endless. No one is off limits and no celebrity is too silly. It’s your people so have fun with it (:

I keep thinking of who mine would be. Warrior is separate from this but let’s see who is on my list. Probably not who you could or would be thinking… First, I would have Marie Curie. I did a report on her in 4th grade, have a book, and always admired the endurance she undertook in a male dominated field. Harriet Tubman is is another woman whose bravery and sacrifices enabled African Americans the beginnings of abolishing slavery. I have always been fascinated by her story. Our town is known for its Underground Railroad Passageways!

A few different people in the mix are Shari Lewis and John Ritter. Shari was a little ahead of my time but her contagious energy with puppetry inspired so many generations. I loved Lamb Chop and always wanted her for my own. I settled for “Fleecie” which was a beany baby my Mom bought after my car accident. Our kids were even familiar with Shari’s later shows and loved all the puppets.

Jim Henson was a similar performer. I remember being so sad hearing about “Kermit.” He is my favorite Muppet and The Muppet Show was a big staple in our house as kids along with Sesame Street. Puppets were such a part of my teaching career too. I must also add how Grover was second to Kermit for me. For my students, I did a great Grover impression and even received a special Grover book on my birthday once from a co-worker. Of course I kept it… It’s kinda funny how he did “Super Grover” ( ya know– a superhero.) Warrior embodied that too only with face paint and no cape. 💙💪🏻

John Ritter was a comedic genius to me and “Three’s Company” was one of my favorite shows. It ended when I was 12 but reruns are always in syndication. He had so many other numerous roles that contributed to his icon status. I even saw his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and touched it. Ironically, he passed of a serious heart condition and was 54 like Warrior but always made me laugh.

Am sure there are way more popular public figures the world would want to meet in spirit like Elvis, Marilyn Monroe, JFK, Princess Diana, and many others. Even people alive and well that are known for fame would be a thrill to actually talk or sit with. Could you even fathom a question? I got tongue-tied even talking to Dana Warrior on her podcast but made it through!! There was my Q and A for Warrior post but truly do enjoy just listening to his speeches.

Let’s see if I can come up with a list for him… Well, that’s tough considering how influenced he was by so many but I’ll try. It would definitely be some founding fathers of our country, philosophers, thinkers, authors, presidents, and war heroes. Am thinking specifically Ronald Reagan, Mark Twain, George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, and perhaps Joseph Campbell whom he mentions as a great influencer. Also, am sure some Native Chiefs would be on his list as many paintings and statues adorned Casa de Warrior over the years.

So, do you have a list warriors? Maybe yours might change over time once people pass on. Maybe it will stay the same since your admiration never wavers. Who knows once we’re in spirit who we will or can meet besides seeing relatives. I believe there is no separation and no egos so why not?

Am sure many of you fans would want to meet Warrior and maybe someday you will or even other favorite passed WWE Superstars. I can only imagine my reaction as yours will be somewhat different. Who would you meet? Enjoy your list and quite possibly those in “Parts Unknown” will honor it. We are all the same in spirit– celebrity or not… ❤️

The Magazine Maze

It’s week #2 of yet ANOTHER dream connecting Warrior to something in my life. This time it wasn’t teaching in the past but concerns the now in my present.

My spiritual group Harmonic Journeys hosts many events at the director’s home. How would her home involve Warrior? Let’s begin….

In this dream, I was arriving at HJ to attend a meeting. I am in a book club but no idea what event led me there that night. She has many things and I have gone for other classes sometimes. Her house was much larger and more suited to be a mansion instead of the historic charmer it truly is. Upon arriving, I saw many rooms all packed with people. She does want to expand but this space was filled!

For some reason, it became quite a labyrinth or maze leading me from one room to the next. I recognized a few people but never uttered a word to any. Some rooms were filled with laughter, food, talking, and other spiritual sessions. One room was silent as many sat in a circle meditating to soft music. The kitchen was smaller than most areas and I saw my director along with the facilitator of our book club. Their backs were to me but I continued on. No idea really if I was lost or just curious. Nobody ever greeted me but I made my way downstairs to the basement. That is when everything changed.

The basement reminded me so much of my aunt and uncle’s house as they have both passed now. What a great similarity as I was filled with such nostalgia. They were so many activities going on down there as that seemed to be the busiest area. The difference was that I saw kids- lots of them. My aunt and uncle’s house had a playroom for their many kids so this scene brought me happiness. I used to teach kids so it was very fitting.

I looked around and loved seeing all of the wonderful closeness experienced by this group downstairs. While making my way around the room, I saw some children seated around a table. There were adults nearby but these kids were well entertained. Such a different atmosphere than upstairs which seemed more structured with meetings. The basement was more of a big party setting as adults and youth interacted. The table contained books, puzzles, and games. It was then that I noticed something out of place and yet familiar…

That magazine you see above was placed on this table with all the kid stuff! I just stared at it like with another magazine in the grocery store years ago. That was in 1993, blogged about and mentioned in my book Spirit and Belief. So coincidental having a dream relevant to some life moments with Warrior. I’ve talked about other magazines before like The History Term Paper and also buying one in 1996 upon Warrior’s Wrestlemania XII return. How in the world is a magazine on this table from 1998? So many questions yet again. Did someone’s Dad bring it as a fun memory? How can this involve me being here?

After staring forever and looking around, a little boy said : “You can have that if you want.” Um—, WHAT? I told him how it belonged to someone else so am sure I couldn’t take it. He didn’t seem to care about my answer and said it was mine to have as nobody claimed it. Still no idea how it got there… 🤔 Well, it was then I woke up without ever really knowing if I took the magazine or not.

Warrior didn’t fully enjoy his WCW run but I’ve never had a reference with that so why not? After all, dreams are what we make them to be. It wasn’t that hard to figure out after a time. This dream was combining my past with my present. Warrior and my spiritual group together in the NOW. Or should I say O.W.N.? ( for all you Warrior fans!) He was in my past just like teaching kids but he’s also part of my present life. Always some humor or confusion and yet a lesson to look at. To get a message saying it was O.K. made me know it truly is. My Magazine Maze led me where I needed to be all along. 💙🙏🏻🏠😉

P.S. The Ultimate Warrior appeared on a few Nov. wrestling magazine covers. While thinking of this post a few weeks ago, I had started dinner. I turned on the radio and heard: “November Rain” by Guns N’Roses. Gotta always love my Nov. references!! I also heard “The Warrior” by Scandal shortly afterward. Earlier that day, I had also found a blue jay feather. My sign from Warrior… A 3 count for the WIN!

Firehouse Subs, Songs, and Warrior!

I really wanted a photo of the sub shop but didn’t want to drive by as a stalker so this menu will have to do. 🌯😳 What a funny few days this turned out to be so I hope you do some laughing like I did! 🤣 My husband and I ate dinner a few weeks ago at Firehouse Subs and they are always so yummy. Music is playing outside (so cool!!) and the song was: “Heaven is a Place on Earth” by Belinda Carlisle. I love that song especially the lyric about not being afraid anymore…. perfect. Also, have you seen the Progressive commercial with Jamie and his “singing angels” singing this song? It makes me laugh every time as I sing along…

The music inside was totally today’s hits or songs my 12 year old daughter loves but sometimes I know too. Several of them were played in a row and then I hear (OMG moment) “The Warrior” by Scandal. I almost choked on my Diet Coke while remaining calm. 😉😜 I still was thinking of an elusive Emmy Award that my feelings have earned! What a rarity to hear that song. Then, it hit me differently… First, that song always made me cry but now I laugh and second, it really sunk in as to where we were– Firehouse Subs.

I totally remember finding some old YouTube videos of Warrior’s from 1995. (think red tank top and gym for anyone searching)– which I was NOT! I believe one of the songs in the background was a Firehouse song based on some comments I read. The guy who filmed Warrior actually mentioned how Warrior loved the song “Love of a Lifetime” by Firehouse.

He also said that Warrior wore it out on a cassette tape he always listened to. I couldn’t believe what I was reading! Believe it or not, I loved that song too and taped it on one of my blank tapes! Yes, that’s what us girls did back then and yes, I did also tape “The Warrior.” I also had a personal connection with the Firehouse song which made me remember and was overwhelmed again. Hopefully, he thought of Dana with that song since it’s such a great one. I did leave a comment on that YouTube page too!

The interesting thing is that when I went to look back on that video and find those comments for this blog (just to make sure)– I couldn’t find them. Maybe they were deleted but I know what I read. Very bizarre how they disappeared but great knowing that about Warrior and the song.

The last song reference was “Missing” by Everything but the Girl. Guess what? I taped that one too and was just stunned to hear it as well at Firehouse Subs. Some of the lyrics fit with Warrior back then and now– no judging me-hehe! I can’t even remember the last time I heard that song at all so between “Missing” and “The Warrior,” they didn’t seem to fit with the regular music the shop was playing. This DOES get more interesting……

While at the hair salon the next day ( the place to be lately!) I was sitting in the chair with my hair filled foil highlights. Not many people there that day and my stylist left me for about 20 minutes to let the color sink in. I was just casually reading a magazine and the speaker plays “Missing.” Are you kidding me? To hear a song TWICE within 24 hours and not even one I hear often is cosmic! Could Warrior have been helping out a little here with his energy? I’ve been known to get so many funny things as most of you are aware.

It’s highly possible and I do have a “vibe” with music. There is constant inspiration for new blogs so who knows? I always believe and even if he wasn’t orchestrating in some way, I do laugh and talk it thru every single time. I never know if he’s around for those types of moments, watching, or listening. Some times–yes, for sure! I do check in and share my stories while picturing him laughing so hard! My goosebumps are a sure sign but they’re not always present.

That’s my story for now so I hope you are laughing and possibly believing. The Universe does play little tricks and coincidences are not what they seem. We do need humor and whether you get this whole “spirit vibe” or not, be amused with whatever life throws your way. Put aside the serious for a bit and have some fun. I needed those jokes as my “business” side with the book became overwhelming last week. You can find all my music references in my book : Spirit and Belief. One more-/ GET THIS–/ I heard “Love of a Lifetime” ALSO twice within 2 days on Pandora, that never happens. The second time was on my birthday… 💖🍷🙏🏻💪🏻

Spirit and Belief News!

It’s my birthday so wanted this post to be all about the exciting events happening with my book Spirit and Belief! #thankyouWarrior

I was interviewed last night by my spiritual group — Harmonic Journeys for their podcast. I thank Mary for her friendship, support, and the conversation. Can’t wait to have it posted on here for all of you to listen! I shared my journey of spiritual gifts, Warrior stories, and where to find me. It was a great time (: I will post their link below if anyone is interested in them or the podcasts.

That was great practice for another interview I have coming soon for a nationally syndicated radio show! I was contacted by LitFire Publishing to participate in some marketing ideas for my book so am thrilled to share and educate all I can. Kate Delaney of America Tonight will be conducting the interview and I’ll post her info and bio below as well. She has interviewed people in sports, politics, (she spoke with Jesse Ventura about politics!) news, celebrities, and she is an author herself. Once that comes out, I’ll have it available and would love your feedback Warrior fans!

I am also participating in another Author Library Conference in October. This time, instead of a small table discussion with another author– there will be over 50! Very excited to converse with fellow writers and aspiring authors while sharing my spiritual journey. Who knows? Maybe I’ll get some Warrior “vibes” that day like last time!!!

“Do You Want to go Play Some Games?”

I bet you warrior fans are trying so hard connecting this title with that photo! I must admit it is kinda weird so let me explain… 😜 This story fits in the “dream” category but I love this title so much better. Plus, “The Wedding Reception Dream” sounded too much like “The Wedding Near Smoothie King” and this title is way funnier! Another dream that was very odd but decided to share it anyway. That just leaves one more I haven’t told so probably a no on that one… 😉too silly and brief!

Last May of 2017, I attended a cousin’s wedding out of town. The reception was by the lake and we all had such a great time celebrating this young couple. Fast forward about 5 months later when this “new” dream with Warrior occurred. My childhood backyard was the location of a wedding reception involving the bride’s sister of 5 months prior. Um, what? I couldn’t even remember her having a sister! Why in the world would this be the setting and for someone I didn’t even know? I have learned sometimes that doesn’t matter.

I do remember as a child always thinking of our family’s backyard to be a great space for a wedding reception. Perhaps my brain just took the last one I went to and found a new bride! I was upstairs in my old bedroom looking down at all the beautiful scenery with lots of white lights strewn about. There were tables and chairs everywhere and the party had started. Again– another question as to why I was alone looking out…? Hmm… Anyway, while spanning the crowd, I saw Warrior wearing his gray and red suit you see in the photo!

My mouth fell open as I literally flew down the stairs and out the door! Once outside, I couldn’t find him anywhere until my mom and brother pointed in the direction of where he went. Guess they were helping me out! I actually found him and realized I forgot my phone to snap a photo of us together. He seemed rushed as a man was ushering him elsewhere but said he’d be right back. What in the world was going on? Why was he even here?

That gave me time to go all the way back and grab my phone. I found him again in the crowd and said what a fan I was (am) while probably babbling incoherently, who knows???!!! 😀😆 We took a few photos ( so awesome in most of these dreams!) but then I asked why he was here as he didn’t know anyone. I was so confused but all he did was laugh without really answering me.

Before the dream ended, he asked me: “Do You Want to go Play Some Games?” The couple were video game arcade fanatics and there were many placed throughout the yard. I couldn’t believe he was asking me this while no mention of wrestling, his life now, family, or anything else. I just stood there not fully knowing what to say as he walked in the direction of the games. I followed him towards that area and woke up. No idea if we ever played any or not. 🎮

WOW… I’m not a professional dream interpreter but most of mine are easy to figure out. This one like a few others, not so much. I do remember Dana saying how she wished he’d “played more.” Not sure if she meant games with the girls (probably not!) or just having fun more in general. I played with my kids when they were little but as they age… sigh.., Maybe I was privy to new information. Maybe he IS playing games with all his wrestling buddies now like he seldom did on Earth? Maybe so……. I still think little things are funny and you know what? Warrior does too! I am proof of this time and again with my synchronicities.

I also must admit that after I had the first few dreams of him as a wrestler, I asked for one of him like the Warrior of today. I say today because it’s true. Well, I got several of him looking like the guy similar in the photo and my dreams equal 6. Another funny little joke of ours with that number and yes, I laughed again remembering them all. They have all mostly been written! I’ve had others mentioning him but without his presence. I will take them all as they show me so much on this journey.

I never know what the storyline or setting will be just like back in his prime days of wrestling but if he is part of it, I am watching or participating. ***Ask for some dreams warriors– you just may get a few good ones. Don’t forget to play some games along the way! #besilly #dreambig #alwaysbelieve

Warrior Book Event

Last week, I had the pleasure of sharing my book Spirit and Belief at beautiful Namaste Life Center. Theresa had it all so wonderfully inviting as I walked into that back room feeling so overwhelmed and humbled. Immediately, I felt at home and welcomed. Despite those in attendance being few, all listened, contributed, and supported me on my journey.

One woman related her time spent working at the restaurant in the old Richfield Coliseum here in Ohio and a wrestler she encountered. She asked me to describe the Ultimate Warrior and the years he was in the business. That was a great memory for me to describe! A wrestler with short hair (probably not Warrior, lol!) left a “script” for her as a gift! Wow, how exciting and fun getting that. Too bad she lost it after keeping it almost thirty years….. 😕

Another woman told me to “never doubt myself” as I don’t yet always am humbled while my lightheadedness began. Don’t worry since that’s a good sign of mine! She also said the hair on the back of her head was standing up as I was speaking. I asked if that was common for her and she truly believed Warrior was present. ❤️ I was filled with such gratitude once again.

The owner commented after I briefly shared the Cavs/Warrior basketball stories in my book. As most of you might know, numbers and dates are huge with me. I discussed June 16th being Warrior’s birthday and she interrupted. To summarize, as a child she was deeply affected by the movie Brian’s Song while crying buckets for a long time. She never forgot that and decided with her abilities to finally sign up for www.ancestry.com After much research, she found out Brian Piccolo whose life the movie is based upon, was a seventh cousin of hers. Yes, that’s quite far back but STILL a huge deal to be connected. Brian Piccolo died on June 16th, just sayin’… Who knows with Warrior but I will forever wonder.

It was such a great afternoon just hanging with these beautiful spiritual people and sharing our experiences together. They came to listen to me without judgment or disbelief. I got asked questions about meditation and what techniques work best. I felt so honored sharing what works for me. I have an entire blog post on www.spiritandbelief.com and a YouTube video on meditation so hopefully, she’ll get some ideas!

I was always so inspired with Warrior’s teachings and now others are inspired by mine. I never would’ve even guessed that about myself but am owning my stories with pride. Some have even had many more spiritual experiences than mine and I did get asked if I ever was scared. My answer was no based on my signs and trust. I gotta say though if I had something more extreme, that could change! Intimidated–sometimes but fearful, never.

It felt so natural speaking to these people while injecting my humor too! I mentioned Dana, Steve, and other newer experiences blogged about but not in the book. Can’t wait to possibly plan another event there as the energy was so positive with these like-minded people.

We can be inspired but then need to be the inspiration as Warrior has said. Just the other day, I ran into an old friend who I had lost touch with. After a few years of just connecting on Facebook, the hair salon brought us back together. We chatted in-between highlights as she proceeded to tell me how I always inspired her. Who, me? I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. We always did sit together at PTA meetings but no idea of her admiration for me.

Some of our “situations” always connected us but she had been thinking of me lately. She even coined a new phrase: ” What would Kathy do?” I felt dazed yet so guided as my confidence inspires her. Wow… Talk about a Warrior Woman moment. She brought up past memories when I followed the beat of my own drum and did things my way. Why yes, I still do that but to be told of your influence doesn’t happen often– at least not to me. We will stay in touch as I admire her tenacity to juggle so much in her life all the time.

Be inspired but also be the inspiration even if you don’t think you can or are. Little moments surprise us but then the big planned ones can too. I had a big planned event and then an unexpected one that both overtook me with such joy. As I am looking up outside, I see a dragonfly. Oh, and those blue jay feathers keep coming just about everyday. It’s beautiful and humorous all at once. There’s that inspiration yet again warriors…….
