Hand me the Sledgehammer!

***** First, I hope anyone in the US who celebrated our Independence Day last week had a fun time! 🍔🌭🎇🎆🧨 ~~~ I do have to add this though. While we were in the parking lot waiting for fireworks to begin, I saw this man in front of us by his car. When he turned around, he had on an Ultimate Warrior shirt!!! It was UW’s mask like a flag that I know he had back then. Couldn’t tell if there were any words on it, but I so wanted to go up to him and say something! I did not but how cool to see…Been forever it seems since I have noticed anything like that!!! ❤️🤍💙🇺🇸

Now, I will begin…. Yes, I know. No need to scroll down, see this week’s photo and scold me. Fans of Ultimate Warrior will know what I’m referencing. In almost 9 years, I have NEVER and didn’t want to use much pertaining to that Superstars “Funeral Parlour” segment. Kinda sad stuff too 💔 besides the shocking… *** Today, though~ it appears because a funny Kathy story is back! I have done wrestling, the spiritual, and a little more ol’ WWF lately, but these specific details of that time have not been shared. At least I don’t think they have. 🤔 I do know a few tidbits weren’t in the past so let’s “bury” ourselves into this topic, ha ha!

Maybe you loyal readers will recall me saying how I would go get a sledgehammer and free Warrior out of that casket. Here’s a question before I begin. If any of you wrestling fans could’ve been in a certain storyline, changed an outcome, or written an angle differently, what timeframe would you choose? You can see where I’m going on this but there were others and not all involved UW. Most, admittedly~~~ yes but I rooted for the good guys so many matches or scenarios would favor them. Of course I know it can’t be that way all the time but come on fans, I bet you talked about plenty back in the day or still are.

Just keep that in mind as I share this after cracking myself up with the memory. 🤭 I will mention a sledgehammer just a moment with 2 connectors. I remembered the 1986 sitcom by that name about a crazy cop who thought of his gun as his BFF. My brother loved that show just like the WWF… Another one is the 1986 (same year) song by Peter Gabriel. You can look them both up as I did to refresh my flashbacks. Cue laughter with the song! I do look up lyrics and music videos to familiarize myself once again. That song is still played on the radio but the opening video sequence?! No MTV for me then so I never saw it when released. Well, I didn’t totally know what the song was about at the age of 14 but later on certainly did. Do you know the video? I KNOW you’ll look it up after reading. I always thought of a sledgehammer to open that casket, but NO way did that connect to the song. NO, NO, NO~~~ but it is totally funny how in 1991 when I was almost 19, and that segment happened., Ah, memories… 😳 Let’s start the story!

You might not think it would be quite comical, considering the subject matter and my feelings about all that back then. Just follow along and you’ll be laughing as well. I sure want you to! 😂 I needed to laugh after a few days when seeing all that in order to blink again. Also, my insides had to stop saying : “ I HATE Vince!” all day. Yes, I always blamed him for everything even though the guys had to agree…mostly.

OK, so when UW was in that casket, I was (naturally) backstage as I knew him and came to events. This is MY scenario, remember! He would tell me how things would get lined up, match outcomes, and all that so I always knew ahead of time, even for that Funeral Parlour. I wasn’t liking this concept but it was business and I had to accept that. Vince was announcing with Randy and Hot Rod ( who kept me sane with their comments…) so I was in the back with some other wrestlers just watching it unfold. I BROKE and after seeing all those guys out there with the hammers, chisels, drills,🔨⚒️⛏️ , and what nots, I couldn’t stand it any longer. I bolted out of the back and found a sledgehammer. Why would they have one around? 🫨 I ran past the wrestlers as they stared in disbelief while thinking how Vince would explain this to fans on the air! He’d get word through his earpiece but decided to just go with it. I know the shows were taped, but this would not be edited out. They couldn’t go to a commercial, right? I’m laughing even now. 😆 I see those useless men trying to open the casket and pounded my sledgehammer into the side!

I can only imagine UW swearing inside the ⚰️ saying: “ What the F is she doing?” He still had to play his role like you saw possibly on TV all the while with the men trying to pull me away. Needless to say, I got it OPEN as Vince is shouting : “ Who is this woman and where did she come from?” I can hear his voice in my head… He had his role to play too. How about the aftermath? More funnies from me as I can picture all 3 of us~~~ Vince, Warrior, and myself sitting at a table later on just staring. Warrior has his arms crossed vowing to never tell me anything again or maybe banning me from being there. He might’ve laughed though.., I would not have wanted to be around after the casket which brought snakes 🐍 and then voodoo the following year.

Vince had to make some kind of announcement or work me into the storyline somehow since I saved Warrior. Fans loved it though, but it begged several questions. All UW’s “mystique” would be unveiled just a little as now a woman is involved., Hmmm, what to do? No real ending as it could go on for a bit, but I still laugh at it all today. Yeah, yeah, I KNOW what you’re thinking and yes, that part of me comes out to play as I did rescue Warrior after being “oxygen deprived” for many minutes! You can take that anyway you wish but at least my sledgehammer did the job and I got great ratings for the show! 😉

P.P.S. No true idea on how the story came to me. Scenarios maybe? When I was teaching in the fall of ‘91, kids were mentioning WWF but UW was gone then? 🤷🏻‍♀️

The Galaxy of Self 👋

I am getting back to Warrior’s comics today and that photo shows him going to a signing as a new thought came to mind. I will preface with this… There’s STILL daily views on my “ Disciplines of Destrucity” post so it gets “roped” in as I always thank those for reading. To those readers who read my work complements keeping Warrior’s messages alive~~~ even after all these years. I hope something resonates to keep you learning or just remembering. When I had first brought out Warrior Comic # 1 a few weeks ago, I was rereading much with “ My Heart is Full” like the title. I used the photo and after looking up close at several passages, knew I had these words to start July.

Many may recall me first reading and looking at the story back in 1996 while still living in my childhood home. Warrior’s beliefs stayed with me and never left in so much as copying down his “ 8 Disciplines of Destrucity.” Today though, I’m focusing on another aspect of his beliefs. It concerns breaking down his idea of Destrucity and how it connects to how I was raised. No, not with his words but similar words that I only recently put together like a puzzle he references. I actually had to categorize as to not get confused somewhat by what he believed, subsequently wrote, and then translated by me.

I will touch on all that here but first a quick review for those unfamiliar. No worries as I had his comic handy just in case. I’m calling this “ The Galaxy of Self” because I loved his ideas and he was very much about believing in what makes YOU be able to be here. It can be confusing as when first reading 29 years ago, I didn’t fully understand but now I do. So, let’s begin with Destrucity as it represents a “constellation in the Heavens which symbolizes the Eight Disciplines by which warriors choose to live their lives.” I’m not listing them all as that was the post years ago. To those wondering, it isn’t Heaven exactly but a part of it, like a galaxy. “ The Terrain of Testament” is part of Destrucity as a higher level where destinies and evolutions coincide. That is where higher selves or the soul part of us have fulfilled what they set out to do or accomplish in their current lifetime. Lastly, and this phrase was quite popular with the Ultimate Warrior character for many years is “ The World of Parts Unknown.”

That place (if you will) gets its own paragraph because of the history which connects to fans of his everywhere. My past post focused on the eight disciplines which encompasses Destrucity but this one is breaking down the OTHER ideas contained within that galaxy. The world of parts unknown is where souls reside who have not yet mastered the disciplines or learned lessons they needed to understand when in their most recent incarnation.*THIS * is where my new thinking came forward. When growing up, I had learned like many about Heaven, Hell, and Purgatory. What’s that word you might be asking? Well, it’s that “resting place” or in between worlds I learned as part of religion classes. Yep, that’s parts unknown as Warrior called it. Can any of you connect those two words like I did?

*NEVER * again will I ever reference it in a manner connecting to Warrior and let’s say~~~ where he is now. After being gone from Earth these past 11 years, he is no longer in parts unknown I believe. Sure, as fans we can and probably have said that hundreds of times about him as it became quite the common phrase. We also do not fully know all the details of an afterlife if one chooses to believe like I do. There are lots out there of people experiencing out of body experiences (OBE’s) or near death experiences (NDE’s.) We can’t fully know when it is our turn to return. Will you be in parts unknown or as I learned Purgatory for a bit? Our soul knows but our body does not. We get to decide like our destiny. It is not written in stone and can be changed.

Is Warrior in that part of Destrucity he referenced as The Terrain of Testament, where he mastered all he needed to learn on Earth? I don’t have that answer either but with those eight disciplines he listed, I believe he has. As souls, we have the ability to go where we wish when in the heavens or galaxies of constellations but we can return if we choose to begin again with new lessons to learn. Unlike the simile of Purgatory equating his parts unknown, reincarnation was never a concept taught to me by anyone in my faith when growing up. It is not a belief held by many in the western world but is coming around to more understanding. I certainly know it to be true~~~at least for me with my experiences. If this isn’t for you, I totally get it.

I am still awestruck 😯 on how Warrior identified with these words or where he got the information from. I gotta say, he did not get that thinking from other spiritual seekers as it’s too personal in nature. He mentions the “higher self” many times so even without fully knowing the details, my belief is it came to him through a higher power, God source, or intuition. He had some inner knowledge of knowing and what * GUTS* it takes to write them down for the world to see like he did. He was a channel bringing messages to life. Always a risk taker, but so worth it.

To summarize his beliefs, Destrucity is a place in the Heavens with different levels. Spiritual folks do talk about Heaven in that way. The Terrain of Testament is a higher level where souls have learned their disciplines and where most reside. Parts unknown is like Purgatory or what many were taught to be that in between place before attaining the higher realm. I hope this makes sense but again, your beliefs are yours to have. We need our own Galaxy of Self to know what is true for us. Live in the NOW, but still create your destiny. If you do, someday you will not reside in parts unknown but evolve as your higher self needs to. Do you believe in a Heaven where there are different realms? Take info you see, read, listen, or watch and decide what you believe. Let’s all attain to The Terrain of Testament because parts unknown might mean you get another chance to return. Warrior believed in multiple lifetimes as do I. How about you? The soul is infinite and it is our true home. Our galaxy of self…

The Three Titans 💪🏻

1️⃣, 2️⃣, 3️⃣!

Hello warriors! We all are anyways whether you followed the Ultimate one’s career or not. I looked up some info and never had I used the word Titan at all on here. The number three has been repeated multiple times but never titan so how about that? I used it today because of 3 guys I am mentioning and one ~ well~~~you know him but the other 2? Vince McMahon and Hulk Hogan. I’m sure you know them too. I will start with Ultimate Warrior because of the most recent “80’s wrestling the podcast” episode. It was all about UW’s ‘90 Heavyweight title run.

When it was first announced how that would be the topic, I gotta say I SIGHED… I hated to do that, but it comes and stayed with me a bit. One never knows with topics that involve Warrior so I cringed well fully knowing calling in would be a must. I can be unbiased, of course but some discussions~~~ people need to watch out or should I say BEWARE of me! You will know more on that word later. It was finally podcast day and they took me first. WHAT? 😳There were 4 callers ahead of me. I was stunned and overwhelmed but they know me and UW facts (or maybe emotions…) so I went first. The episode is called “ The Ultimate Warrior’s World Title Reign.” It was from June 19. It’s almost an hour although for some reason it got cut off early! 😤 I don’t know what happened but I am on about 16 minutes in for 10 minutes or so. The callers were all so positive and blamed poor booking on his not “ Hogan- like run.” 🙄

I loved everything that they said, and it was the longest I ever spoke! Feel free to check it out wherever you can get podcasts. I downloaded the free Podbean app but if you are a UW fan, it’s worth a listen. Just not the end that gets cut off. 🤦🏻‍♀️ They made some excellent points and Warrior was defended well so after all my sighs~~~ they didn’t let me down. No gorilla press slamming on my end!

Let’s move onto Vince and some news which few that follow might know already. He and a business partner who is a previous WWE executive have formed a new company. I’m not entirely surprised as Vince is not going to just sit around and rely on lawsuits to keep him in the news of wrestling. His company isn’t mentioning sports entertainment per se but one never knows. It’s called “ 14th and I” which are 2 streets in Washington DC where his Dad created “ Capitol Wrestling Corporation” or CWC. Nice touch on the name but we shall see what transpires… It’s an investment firm handling sports, media, and entertainment. He has the money, but it’s his personal reputation that could hinder some success. Both Vince and Brad Blum are part of some impending legalities so time will tell.

Lastly, Hulk Hogan. He and Eric Bischoff (former president of WCW) are partnering together to embark on a new wrestling company called “ Real American Freestyle” or RAF. I’m sure they got the title from HH’s old theme music. Its launch will be this August near ME in Cleveland, Ohio so that will be a crazy night down there come late summer. Both guys will oversee much along with a longtime wrestling coach named Israel Martinez. It features men and women competing in weight classes with time limits. They have teamed up with some former NCAA legends and tickets have already gone on sale. There were rumors of Hulk and Eric working together on something for months so now it’s freestyle wrestling. Maybe my husband would be interested as it’s closer to “real” wrestling and he was very good in high school. 🤼‍♀️ Another time will tell on this one but with those men involved, I’m sure curiosity will invite fans to follow. Also, athletes they are familiar with already.

That’s enough about Vince and Hulk as I don’t like getting into all that but news is news and I thought the three Titans worked! After all, WWEHQ was called “ The Titan Towers” for years and writers often referred to Hulk and Warrior as their two Titans, especially around the time of WMVI. I think it totally connects today, don’t you? I also wanted a pic of UW as champ since the podcast focused on that so it is a little off center. The magazine was folded over as I had no need for the words, just the photo. I had fun adding his colors so it worked out. 🩷🧡💚

Did fans miss me talking wrestling? It will be a rarity on here from now on unless I feel something worthy to mention like today. Hard to believe July is next week! My, time is running just like the Ultimate Warrior and my time is running out with you all for this post. Check out “ 80’s wrestling the podcast” to hear me once again. I’ve called a bunch lately! I love those guys, everyone has embraced me being mostly the only girl caller so it’s humbling to have some ultimate love! 🥰

P.S. When I first started calling into the show, they were giving everyone nicknames. I was called “the ultimate caller.” Recently, I have been outside so they were hearing lots of birds. They started calling me “the Bird Woman.” The following week, the episode was all about “ The Birdman” Koko B. Ware as a fan suggested. I was then called Kathy B. Ware!!! I loved it as they do need to * BEWARE* of me on certain topics! 🦅😂

My Heart is FULL 🥹💙

Hey there readers… In regards to last week, I do have a few more little things to add before truly beginning today. Mercury is actually MY ruling planet (not Saturn.) 🪐 It governs Virgo ♍️ and ♊️ Gemini with those Astro signs. Warrior~~~ as previously stated had that Gemini sign like my daughter and 2 days ago on Monday would’ve been his 66th birthday. 66 on 6/16… Man, those 6’s are abundant right now it seems. Back to the planet idea for just a moment. EVERY DAY upon waking, I recite a morning mantra given to me by my former energy healer. It connects to staying “ fully embodied to this planet” among other expressions. I have it memorized and it helps me get “back to earth” in a way after dreaming. I have mentioned that before, but it did relate. I also need to say that after publishing a post on here: (warrior writings) every week. It’s just interesting involving planetary action which involves me to stay present AND “roping” in Warrior…

Now, onto other news. I do hope all you Dads out there celebrated Father’s Day in a way fitting to you with humans AND animals. This is the first year in a few where we were not on vacation. I wish the guys all the best with those they love as I’m sure Warrior’s girls send their love to him always… 💖💖

How about music here for a bit as I’ve missed it so! Have you? It’s always good and comical~~~well, most of the time anyway. My husband and I were eating at a restaurant outside last weekend and they were playing 80s songs. Perfect for me! They played “ Holding out for a Hero” by Bonnie Tyler from the “ Footloose” movie and then~~~ keep reading. I had made the comment on how much I love the songs but that song makes me go 2 ways. First~~~ yes, it does make me think of Warrior as years passed of course and not in 1984 when it was released! Oh, lyrics you are so fun. ☺️💪🏻 Nowadays, it gets me a little teary as I remember my daughter playing that soundtrack last spring as part of their high school musical. Those kids did an ultimate job re-creating the huge Broadway hit! Fast-forward a few songs later, to “ The Warrior” by Scandal. Wow, haven’t heard that in ages as I just kept eating while loving it on the inside. Come to think of it, 🤔 I did hear it in April but not since. How great to hear a little before his birthday, it made my evening. 🤭

This last piece of info today concerns a recent email I received a little over a week ago. A woman had sent me a glowing review of my book “ Spirit and Belief.” I honestly wasn’t even going to mention it at all on here anymore, but lo and behold~~~ it makes its presence known from time to time, even after 8 years. When first glancing at the email, I skimmed it thinking how this was just another book marketer with the same exact “speech.” I don’t want to be negative, but my brain is used to those kinds of emails about the book. So unbelievably grateful to have read it more slowly and thoroughly as I printed it out to save. I was overwhelmed by her words filled with such heartwarming sentiments. I will share a few with you:

“…reading your work felt like sitting down for an honest, heart- centered conversation with someone who knows- not just believes in-the unseen truths that guide us.” She goes on to say how I bridged the spiritual with the personal while not “ sugarcoating the struggles.” It was all about synchronicities, signs, and a soul connection. I love all those S’s! She called me a storyteller with purpose. How beautiful but she is right. She goes to state how by me sharing my words that it enables others to listen to their intuition and find their voice. “ your passion and vulnerability come through so clearly” as my book which she agreed was not written from my mind but heart as well. My reviewer thanked me for sharing and letting others walk along with me. You better believe I emailed her back… 🥰

I hope she finds this blog as I did mention it but more than that, I hope she continues on her own spiritual journey. She also brought * THAT* spiritual trait of mine into the email. It was recognized by her when unbeknownst to me when writing the book years ago. The celebrity of Warrior was never mentioned and really didn’t have to be. The book was recommended to any searching for spirituality as an “ insightful encouraging companion.” I am SO very incredibly touched by her words, inspiring message, and taking time out of the day to send me a note. I DID step into my purpose as she so eloquently wrote and these emails truly make all the difference to me.

Thank you to ALL who feel so brave contacting me as my gratitude is immeasurable. We are all uniquely on journeys that resonate with the spiritual warrior inside us. You can know your planet, Astro sign, songs, or even read amazing emails, but do it all with a purpose befitting this great life. I take it all with an open mind and open heart. Thank you as well always to Warrior for gifting me the courage to not just step into my purpose, but to OWN it. Use your intuition guiding others to do the same… ***Here’s to 66 in honor and memory of Warrior… I will always believe. Spiritually yours,

The Sixth Planet 🪐6️⃣

I’ll get to that title in a minute, but I like to mention a photo if it connects so they do lately. Yes, I’ve referenced WMVII many times as that pic shows Ultimate Warrior getting ready to ask for help from those gods up above. It also shows part of his wrist tattoo but a close-up of the planet Saturn so that’s my focus just a bit today. Saturn is the sixth planet and my post brings in that number once again but I will share a story first. Did you think this was all going to be about Saturn? Nope. It’s another library moment so even if you aren’t a fan of books in that way, I hope you still follow me along today.

So, I wanted a new 📕 as it’s time and I couldn’t think of a possible topic or author. Then, I had a thought and already knew what the probable outcome would be but tried anyway. As some may know, it was revealed to me many years ago how I have this * HUGE* spiritual trait, connection, or attribute that I can’t fully say because of my privacy BUT it’s real. I have several videos saved and articles, but have never looked at possible books. Yes, there are many online to purchase like from Amazon as I’ve checked but I’m not fully interested in owning one. Well, off to the big library I went while browsing stacks on my own first. I then made my way to a librarian while still maybe hanging onto hope that a book could come my way. 🤞🏻 Mind you, this is not entirely mainstream or a “main event” and is very rare indeed.

She looked and nothing came up but they do contact other libraries across the state so never say never right? The answer came up negative as I lost that match but at least can say I tried. I was OK with that as I’m sure what I could read would not totally “lock up” with my journey but still fascinates me. I have said this term is mentioned in a book I do OWN but it is synonymous with another popular term which I did share in the past. When I first read that in my book, it didn’t totally bother me but then when finding out more~~~ it did. It really shouldn’t. No worries, we all just try to educate ourselves the best we can~ at least I hope most of you do. If feeling “Ms. Resistance”coming my way, I will read or watch my few videos as I know in my heart what is true~~~ like my NOUS of last week. My family even is unaware of this about me as I don’t share it with many…. Warrior mentioned past lives and evolutions so that is very much part of this for me. He even spoke of this spiritual attribute that I am.

Let’s get into that 6th planet of Saturn. I’m not getting into Saturn per se, but just how some may have thought Warrior was from another planet and like I say, I could be too~~~ ya never know! This next part concerns the book I actually DID get at the library that day. I never leave empty handed! Have any of you readers heard of “ The Enneagram?” You probably haven’t as I did not either until last year when hearing about it on a popular podcast I listen to. I have been following this psychic medium for years now as she is quite famous. I own one of her books and referenced it in mine. Her name is Rebecca Rosen. She also has referenced MY spiritual trait many times in her work…. The Enneagram is a personality test similar to others out there.

It is made up of 9 different quizzes you answer honestly without much thought. Think of it as using your intuition and not a lot of logic! The questions are short and you list an A= agree, N= neutral, or D =disagree. Each quiz has 10 questions and you add your total for them separately. It is then divided into 9 personality types based on how you answer. Well, if you can connect earlier here~~~ yep, I got a 6!!! Can you believe it? Saturn, ha ha! That number warriors shows up always it seems. The sixes are called “loyal skeptics.” Some of the traits fit but some I believe have evolved through me over time. One aspect was about rules but I’m not much of a rule keeper these days! It goes on and can get a little complicated similar to numerology if you follow that.

There are numbers near yours that can influence so mine would be 5 and 7, which are in between 6. They are your “wings.” You also have a security number which mine is 9 and a stress number which mine is 3. It’s a big circle with other shapes mixing in lining up numbers. Enneagram is Greek just like how nous originated and means “nine” for the personality types. It started decades ago and was brought to the U.S. in the 1960s. I’m not basing my entire life on this just like with other practices, but I do love learning. The Enneagram can help build self love, (which is so needed) relationships ,and more awareness into why people are the way they are.

If only we can get others to take the quizzes to truly see but one can if you choose. It’s still cool as I am getting more into the book. We all have pros and cons and I for one truly want to explore how to better myself so as to not repeat lessons. Feel free to look up the Enneagram yourself if so inclined. If anything, do it for fun! You might totally agree with your type, but then also not so much.

I’m grateful to have access to these many spiritual tools to help me navigate my warrior journey more. So much has been explained but new knowledge is gained all the time. My actual term or trait may never truly be known to the world for obvious reasons (as you would know if I shared why) but little ideas help along the way. Few know in my circle. We may also never fully know if any of us are from another planet either (if you think about it,) but that doesn’t really matter. We just do the best we can while we are here and move forward. I did look up Saturn’s characteristics before but here’s a refresher: discipline, hard work, confidence, stability, perseverance, and others. It’s a masculine energy too. Doesn’t it all sound like Warrior? They do to me. My number 6 good qualities are these: reliable, trustworthy, loyal, courageous, perceptive, and others. The weaknesses or challenges? Well, I can work on those. The good stuff? All me…

Stomp out the Dust 😯

Happy June warriors. I am back to using UW pics 😌 once again. Summer will officially be making its way to my part of the U.S. very soon so we need Mr. ☀️ ! A couple things first here. Last week~~~ I had said it to be 4 weeks of no painted pics, but it was actually 3~~~my bad. “Forest Dingo” was painted in that photo! 🤭 The next point is also referencing last week. I looked and noticed the word ultimate had yet to be used in a post this year so it almost made it 6 months. Hard to believe…

***Time for another introspective one today….

That photo below shows Ultimate Warrior literally stomping on Goldust but my ideas today take it metaphorically of course. I have said before we need to release stuff from our lives in order to move forward yet sometimes we need reminders. We can’t half- a** it, they need to be stomped out~~~which includes the dust left behind. It is so very hard as I’m learning all the time too. There are often glitches but then I refocus to get back on track. You can even look at little areas of your life needing improvement. How about junk food? Gossiping? Binge watching? It starts small warriors and then moves into bigger issues of yourself, relationships, habits, and belief systems. Keep belief systems in your head for just a bit as it is widely a topic on here but I will press a new word your way with NOUS. It is pronounced “noose” and is French.

Do any of you remember my post from 1/24 titled “Believing is Feeling?” It detailed this little red book I devoured and couldn’t put down. Two historical people were the topic and the word nous was intertwined with both. I subscribe to the author’s email as she had been absent for a while. I love her ability to convey such powerful words as I read each OUT LOUD, every time. Just last week, she related a story concerning her younger days in Divinity school and a certain professor she worked closely with. The word nous became part of this story. It simply means “we” in French but expands to so much more. I’m not getting religious like I’ve said, but just spiritual~~~ there is a difference. Nous is the humanity and divinity within us all. We don’t have to go “running” after it like Ultimate Warrior did in his prime.

The word nous actually originated from Greek as it connects to the MIND… 🧠 Warrior was all about that as many know. Nous is our common sense, logic, intellect, and rational thinking. It operates on a more modern word of intuition. Yep~~~ he referenced that repeatedly in his writings over the years as well. Your sense as a human just knows things to be true without fully questioning just like my author feels about her works.

Our inner knowing or internal GPS as some call it, is innate. We just have to tune in to find it. Claircognizance is elaborated somewhat in MY book, but this author doesn’t use that word. “Clair” is also French. Many even say the mind is like “ the spiritual eye of the heart,” but I believe the gut holds it all together~~~ literally. It is our birthright and “treasure” to have this mind and then truly feel in our heart what is right for us all while using our natural state of intuition. What is true for you? What needs to be stomped out and turned to dust?

Well, let me share a recent dream I had. Yes, it’s been a long while but this was more of an unpleasant one I needed to stomp out. The real life plays again warriors… I won’t share the details this time, but let’s just say it involved WWF (yes back then) and something I was part of. I did not want to be involved and yet somehow in this dream~~~ I was. It became very uncomfortable as I keep asking my team for lucidity during these times. After a bit of “awkwardness,” I saw it. The word NOUS in big letters above me in this strange wrestling event. What? Wow. 😮 I had read her email that day last week! OK, you can argue the “we” meaning and that will work. My body and soul are split in dreaming but I connected it more. To me, it meant my mind could control this situation and work to get me out of it. It DID work. I saw that word and immediately felt it enough to awaken. It’s not a “noose” strangling us but more like a rope that tethers us to what is true and real…

No, I wasn’t put in a casket for those fans thinking of a possible scenario! ⚰️ 😳 It did concern “The Slammy Awards” of 1987 but not in a good way. At least it wasn’t for me and I had to fight a little to stomp it out. I have belief systems now that I’m remembering and by listening to my mind, heart, and gut, I can overpower that negativity and return to my nous. It’s a bond we all have and can access any time. Sometimes, it even comes when we are not expecting it too. We just need to practice and overtime, it will get stronger just like mine has and still is. To reprogram our minds might take a lifetime but if you are willing to put in your best effort, it will get recognized.

Believe in stomping out what doesn’t fit in your life to dust while enabling your own nous to come through. You may not physically see it but you will feel it in one way or another. Thank you team and Warrior always for showing me my NOUS… 🙏🏻🥰

The Ultimate Dingo King 💪🏻🐕👑

To start off, I hope anyone who celebrated Memorial Day enjoyed their day off from work but of course it is so much more. That day is to honor and remember all our service men and women who sacrificed their lives for our freedom here in the US. ❤️🤍💙🇺🇸 I do wish you all had some moments of reflection on those TRUE warriors who paid the ultimate price. My daughter was actually born on a Memorial Day 19 years ago tomorrow. How is she in her last year as a teen? Time is a gift and also very precious indeed as she will always be my Memorial Day baby. She will also always be my Gemini girl as Warrior was that too. ♊️

OK~~~ now you are probably wondering about that title. I have come up with some bizarre ones lately, right? 😂 You know I always explain so I’ll go in order. The ultimate word pertains to a certain pic I was planning on using soon. I saw it in the book, snapped it, edited, and kept it a day on my phone. For some reason later on, I was thinking I had already used that one. So, I checked my media but didn’t go all the way through. Guess I got distracted by something else, who knows? I did eventually make my way across the many pics~~~ almost 9 years worth ( minus a few…) mind you and finally saw it. I was right, but when it kept bugging me was when I found myself half awake and asleep. Yes, warriors as previously discussed~~~that’s when intuitive moments “slam” into me. My head was telling me I already used that photo so glad I checked. This has happened before but not quite in such a comical way as that time. It was as if Warrior himself delivered me that message! Maybe he did… 😊

Next, we’ll get into Dingo up in the title. I thought it fitting to end the month with another pic from his early days in WCCW. I had gotten out the book: “ A Life Lived Forever” to look at more possible photos for anyone wondering. Why did they have him pose with that forest around? I did look up some info but no idea if it truly connects to what WCCW was going for. Dingos ( those wild dogs like coyotes here) actually live in many dense areas of Australia, including forest regions. Maybe someone knew that back then but I would have no idea. It can be a “green screen” but looks like he’s holding a leaf? That could be staged also but I still wondered why with the scenery? I may never know but glad to always research on my own anyways! Do I honestly believe they went to an actual forest? Nah~~~ but I will probably never have that answer. 😂🌲🍃

That takes me to the King. No, not those other WWF guys to hold that title! While out last week, (I’ll admit we went for 🍨 ,) my son noticed 2 new businesses going into where the old “ Boston Market” used to be. He was so excited to see “ Qdoba” and a “ Smoothie King” with signs already in place. Of course, I paused a moment to myself… 🥹 For those unaware, the “Smoothie King Center” in NOLA is where Ultimate Warrior was inducted into the WWE HOF in 2014. It is also the name of smoothie shops *** AND** I wrote a story many years past of seeing one when attending a family wedding. My son naturally looked them up as he has “ Qdoba” near college and we don’t over here. There’s “ Chipotle” which is very similar. No “ Smoothie King” (s) although we do have other shops identical.

Both will be opening very soon. Smoothie King opens May 30 while Qdoba will be June 16. Oh my. Couldn’t they have been reversed? Again, a connection as Warrior’s birthday was 6-16 so the Smoothie King shop opening on THAT date would fit better, right? Absolutely it would so darn on that… 🫤 Too funny though as we are excited to go to both!

Another story I will share regards the “ Forest Dingo” photo that I almost forgot. While finding that pic in the book, my eyes darted left as I re-introduced myself to a little bit of Warrior’s days as part of “The Blade Runners”with Sting. Then, after going off on his own and becoming Dingo~~~ he shares a story of being in Texas at the Colosseum in Fort Worth where the big rodeos are. It was also where they did some wrestling matches. He states: “ You actually walk through horsesh*t and mud and everything else to get to the ring every night.” Well, that certainly rang my 🛎️ just a little. It was then I finally remembered the story from MY book: “ Spirit and Belief.” Awww, what a great memory of a beautiful dream I had 9 years ago now. In that dream ( for a quick recall,) SummerSlam ‘92 was held at a fairgrounds. 🏟️ I always loved the fair and they have rodeos there too. I ran through mud since it had been raining in order to get to Warrior. He wrestled Randy Savage for the title. I won’t share the entire story but I will share a quote of mine. Just like Warrior having to walk through horse sh*t, I too in that dream walked or really ran through all that to find my way to the match. Here’s my line from the story: “ We all need to find our way through life’s obstacles by achieving what our heart is calling us to do.”

Yeah… 💖 that was my very 1st dream as I totally got that message from Warrior’s mud filled days to mine, although not entirely the same. Oh~~~ those metaphors which did resonate for me then and still do today…. There ya have it with a 3 count and a little added extra bonus at the end. The Ultimate Dingo King, I’m still laughing at that title plus Forest Dingo! 😂😂 Who would’ve thought those 3 would make a story today? *** I WOULD go through horsesh*t to be up close at a UW match anytime, I would! 💩

Strange title, I know…

Hey all! Did you miss me and my crazy writings? No, not crazy. Let’s say intense~~~ yeah that will work. I am back so hope you readers are doing well. Before gearing up for today’s post, I need to clarify something. It was recently brought to my attention that I was wrong about a movie character mentioned last summer, ironically after a trip. It seems I got Randy Savage’s name wrong in “ SpiderMan 2.” He was not “ Chainsaw McGraw” but “ Bonesaw.” Both cool but I like to know the truth of course. No biggie but guess I wasn’t truly paying attention since I was playing a game! I bet Randy really doesn’t care but I felt obligated to share…

Next, you will see “Dingo Warrior” down below back in his early days with Texas in WCCW. I’ve seen that photo numerous times over the years, so finally had the chance to use it today. I’m not entirely sure of the backstory on that pose but I tend to think it involved those “ Westway Ford” car commercials he was part of back then. They are hilarious if you have not seen any. 🤣 Look them up on YouTube if you want a good laugh and yes, he has more lines than his character “ The Swordsman” from the “Firepower” movie! Dingo was very popular so he must’ve agreed to be part of those car ads and yes again~~~Westway Ford is still there in Irving Texas. I had to check, naturally.

***VACAY NEWS*** We had a fun time hiking some trails in Loudonville, OH on our trip that led to waterfalls and stunning views way up high in the mountains. ⛰️I loved tubing down the Mohican River 🛶 when the rain moved out. We saw many birds at their feeders and even found a brown woodpecker feather which I’ve never seen before. The home was incredibly spacious with a loft space as well which we had in past cabins. I always get a little emotional when leaving but glad to be back home. It’s good to let go of schedules and routines but then we crave our regular stuff once again. The energy was amazing as nature brings it out in any of us. More on that in a bit~~~ just differently. I hope all of you get a chance in these warmer months ahead to enjoy time outdoors as it is what our souls crave.

While there, we had a full moon 🌕 and I do feel the energy which has been mentioned often on here among other types of those topics. It is real to me but of course, many years ago~~~was not at all. Sure, I would notice it in the sky and knew kids acted weird close to that time but that was about it. I do have a story to tell here so bear with me. Again, like I always say~~~if reading along and you don’t “feel” it, then skip ahead. I’m just asking for open-mindedness to perhaps another’s experience different from your own. Just space, that’s it.

Have you ever felt a bit odd when staying someplace not your own? I know many who travel quite frequently and spending the night or several in a bed that others inhabit is second nature to them. They think nothing of it. After all, bedding has been changed and washed, right? I hope so. We just climb in at the end of the day and get that much-needed rest. That has never been me, but is accelerated so much more now that my energies are shifted. Don’t get me wrong here~~~the beds are usually super comfy and I have little problems with that. It’s what comes later or even in dreamland. 😴

I do work with crystals (as many know) and usually keep one under my pillow for protection. Being busy our first night meant no crystal and I also forgot to say my protection prayer. I have not forgotten that in many years. It shouldn’t matter but to me, it does. Well, if this is the time you fast-forward, I get it but I hope you don’t. I kid you not~~~once I began drifting a little still lucid, I felt what seemed to be movement not my own. Nope, no cat in the room but some kind of energy was around. I hope it was positive but honestly, I don’t truly know. What I do know is that it didn’t feel right so acknowledging our emotions in this is key. I also heard a noise almost like a voice but not really any words. Could someone have been outside that late? 😬

It was then I actually DID hear to open my eyes so I listened. The next night, I used a crystal and said my mantra. Nothing like that happened on our trips before and hopefully, not again. What I don’t want you as the readers to think is that when deciding to explore spirituality in any forms, that this kind of experience will befall you. Please don’t think that! You loyalists know my writings are mostly positive but sometimes, I am just susceptible as I’ve shared a few other stories. For most of you, you won’t require “protection” and a bed is just a bed, but I’ve always had these abilities. They just manifested when my soul was ready to receive and of course~~~when several events triggered them to happen. A certain someone’s passing? You bet…. All is well but it served as a reminder to me with my “niceness,” remember that? Nowadays, I have to initiate other practices previously foreign to me or at least deemed as crazy (intense?) in the past, but it’s what I need to do.

I will end with a goodie. We did find this 80 foot 🔥 fire tower you could climb all the way up! The view was amazing but I turned slightly to take a few pics and made my way back down. It was not like just climbing up on the top rope in a wrestling ring at all! It was kind of scary but I kept my wits and was saying : “ I’m a warrior” the entire time. We have to face our fears whether it’s negative energy or even an 80 foot tower… 😱

P.S. Go look up those Westway commercials! Dingo did scale a building in one. 80 feet? Dunno… 🤷🏻‍♀️ 😂💪🏻

Two Warrior Ways

I had to use warrior in a title one more time and not just as a 3️⃣ count lately! You will know as these stories play out today. First off though~~~ happy May readers! Month 5, my goodness. Next week, I will be out of town because my family is traveling to the Mohican River in Loudonville, Ohio for a few days. I haven’t been there in years and have never taken the kids. We can’t go in the summer because of their schedules so decided on Mother’s Day for a quick getaway. Possibly more to come on that in a few weeks! This takes the place of my annual week off besides over Christmas so get caught up on your reading if you haven’t yet already… Secondly, I’m wishing all you Mom’s out there a Happy early Mother’s Day in whatever way you do your mothering. I hope you are pampered and spoiled because we deserve it! 🫵🏻🙋🏻‍♀️💐💖

I’ll just mention the photo today quickly, although it has no real reference with the stories. I saw this of Warrior on the set of his movie 🎥 “Firepower” as “The Swordsman.” Every pic I had seen in my magazine was black and white so I took that color one from media. Not sure if he legally changed his name then when the movie was released as “James Hellwig” is introduced in the opening credits. He is Warrior for my post today but well…keep reading.

The first warrior way is this. I was thinking of signing up for another yoga class soon so then remembered my old stomping grounds in that area close to where I grew up. The owner has 2 studios but I like this one better. I drive two different ways as one route I take there and another I take home. The one I take home is part of the story. Quite possibly, I have brought this up when seeing a rainbow 🌈 on my way back once but there are more details.

Every time I leave the studio, I pass the local high school on purpose, EVERY single time. The reason? Well, their football team’s name? —- you can guess here is – the “Warriors.” To think I almost grew up there but we would not have gone to the public schools for sure. I like to pass the stadium which ironically is called “ James Daly Stadium” with a big “ Warrior” sign attached. James and Warrior- how about that? I did recall James being part of the name but looked it up to be certain. That school was never a rival with my kids as they aren’t in the same division. Can you imagine those games? The Bulldogs vs. the Warriors. Wait, the British Bulldogs ? Ha ha, but isn’t it great still? I also love that route back home for all my library memories., Yes, the history term paper of 35 years ago now but then as time went on, looking for books as a preschool teacher.

Here’s the second warrior way. When my daughter transferred to the local community college, I took her a few times to register, look around, and walk the campus. After that, she was on her own with friends and loves it out there now. Hard to believe her 2nd semester and then also 1st year of college is in the books. Pun intended… Last May, we were prepping for her graduation. 🥹👩🏻‍🎓 ***Back to the story now. When driving there and getting pretty close, we slowed down by a light. I looked to the left and saw this cute playground area with lots to do. Its name—- “ James Day Park.” OK, I will always remember the way to go now! I could also see an obstacle course with the word “warrior” written nearby. James and Warrior once again as I smiled inside.🫢🥰 Before writing this today, I wanted to make sure I got it all right and then had ANOTHER laugh. It seems they modeled this park after the “ American Ninja Warrior” show which I wrote about years ago and also is in my book: “ Spirit and Belief.” It gets better, just read. They also have an “Unstable” bridge, which is its actual name as part of this obstacle course!!! I would’ve had no idea. Maybe I’ll go and check out that park more someday.

James has a Warrior football stadium and a park with a ninja course. One is Daly and one is Day, what are the odds of the last names being similar? 2️⃣ ways about 1/2 hour from each other but both involving a physical activity. The *REAL* James (a.k.a.- Warrior) would love both. For those unaware, “ Unstable” was the Ultimate Warrior’s WWF theme music and reading that about the bridge in the description was another connecting moment for the story. Oh, my, my~~ what fun to see, read, and know as the college way with my girl~~~ of course is new to me.

I will share a 3rd warrior way even though those 2 above are the main event today. I planned on this as a PS, but it deserves a little more explanation. Every month, I listen to one of my favorite spiritual people on her YouTube channel give an astrology forecast. I know this isn’t for everyone, but keep with me. She draws several cards from an Oracle deck and I follow my few signs but again, it isn’t my entire being. I just take the guidance and see if it fits in my life with what’s going on energetically. I am affected as I’ve stated before, and let me tell you~~~some points are spot on! She was mentioning a certain zodiac sign and I had to pause the video to write it down. Her statement was this: “ a spiritual warrior understands flow and welcomes it in.” OMG! First, yes~ the warrior word or (way right?) once again but she relates the word flow which I also bring up quite often for me and the word welcome, which was my post last week!

It isn’t about fighting a physical battle as a warrior (which I knew already,) but she connected it to within yourself and just going with events as they come without forcing things to happen. Take some action and then let it go. That is SUPER hard for most of us. I totally got her point as some may not * BUT* her using those 3️⃣ words of warrior, flow, and welcome had me hit that pause button. Another warrior way as it will get added to this list… We all have our own paths to take, literally and metaphorically but just remember~~~ yours is yours alone and we’ll all meet together. My warrior way is mine, but you will have one too. You don’t need a park or stadium either. Oh, James (a.k.a. Ultimate Warrior)~~~ thank YOU for showing us all YOUR Warrior way as you will always be that for me… 💙

My Warrior Welcome

** I started the month with Warrior in a title and am ending the month the same…💙

Welcome everyone! I had to say that to all of you because of the subject today but a few things are first. Regarding last week~~~ shortly after I posted~~~ another funny moment came to be. Not sure if any of you connected this tidbit but a big NOOO from me. I did NOT conjure up the name Amanda because of “ The Brother Love Show” segment of 1990 featuring “ Amanda Ultimate Warrior.” Nope, nope, nope, but it popped in my head as quite a chuckle. 😄

The next thing will just be a paragraph that I will devote to WM41 since no discussion last week. I’m sure fans know results by now, right? I will mention a few things but not every match in detail. I believe the 2 matches spread out over both nights involving the Triple Threats were the most exciting overall. Seth Rollins defeating Roman Reigns and CM Punk on night 1️⃣ and Iyo Sky defeating both Bianca Belair and Rhea Ripley on night 2️⃣. What about Paul Heyman? I was not that shocked… I looked up videos of course. John Cena also defeating Cody Rhodes was not a total surprise for me considering his retirement year and besting Ric Flair at 17 titles. I dislike him as a heel but my prediction is hopefully~~~ 🤞🏻 he’ll return to his good ol’ self before he leaves. I did watch most of the HOF as well but really just for Lex Luger and Triple H’s speeches. Both were amazing and incredible. “ The Game” even acknowledged his father-in-law in his hour long speech, how about that? Loved also how Diamond Dallas Page ( aka- DDP) inducted Lex while Shawn Michaels ( aka- HBK) inducted Triple H… There can be more to tell like where was “ The Rock?” or (aka- #thefinalboss) but I will leave it at that. Let’s get into my Warrior welcome…

That photo below ⬇️ is a rare one I saw of Warrior from ‘93 when he wrestled in Germany. No paint but thought it was a good one so it gets used today. 🥰 OK~~~so that takes me to a welcome of sorts. I have this painted cardboard welcome sign that is part of my yard decor. I love shopping for all of that! It’s pretty old now but once we move, I’ll start over with new. I do still like it and it’s over 11 years old now, probably close to 13. The reason I know this is because 11 years ago, I decided to touch it up after fading in the sun. Gee~~~ 11 years ago… I just recently received “The Ultimate Collection” DVD then and couldn’t wait to watch it over the next few days. As it turned out, we had a rainy morning so no walk. While beginning the UC content, I brought in that welcome sign to redo it with my daughter’s art supplies. I could’ve used it as a photo but nah, it’s faded again anyway. Interestingly how it became a post but stay with me on this. It was an * ACTUAL* Warrior welcome with me receiving the DVD and then repainting the welcome sign. The irony is too funny. I always remember when hanging it outside every year. 😉

I was reminded of Jerry Lawler’s speech before his match with UW as part of “ King of the Ring” in 1996. Jerry was addressing the crowd on UW’s return and how everyone was glad to see him come back. He then goes on and states how he believed Warrior “ has overstayed his welcome!” This was after “ The King” 🤴🏻 hit UW over the head with that portrait of him he painted. My welcome sign brought this story to life so back then, I must’ve just put out my yard decor and brought in that to fix. Do you wear out or overstay your welcome? Maybe it’s reversed when you are the recipient of guests. After a few hours, I call it a day~~~ whether at another’s house or hosting at my own. Rarely did we have overnight guests, except my in-laws years ago and even then two nights it would be for out-of-towners. I’m not overly antisocial but also I’m not the hostess to the mostest. It’s not my style but I will do the best I can, briefly. We’ve all been on both sides of this I bet. Which is more challenging for you? I guess it depends on the people you are with. It’s all about the energy we give off and are around.

People can wear out a welcome but just like my sign, objects are more direct. I had a summer welcome mat with beach balls outside my sliding door for years. I loved it and despite putting it away for winter, it still faded overtime. We have to replace stuff when it gets worn or old but people are never replaced. Whether you enjoy another’s company or not, everyone is their own unique self never to be replicated in spite of possible similarities with others. You can decide if that relationship has overstayed its welcome or if you will always accept it as is. Warrior will never wear out his welcome with me and won’t ever be replaced, like that beach mat or even sign.

I’m sure some may remember me sharing those few months after Warrior’s passing when I would think: today is the day when he will wane somewhat, fade, or get worn out (if you will) from my memory. You also may know how that day never came, not EVER. I was perplexed for the longest time as it didn’t seem “normal” after a long while. Again, so grateful to know why NOW but it was quite the match that I physically lost. Yeah, he would fade a little but in other ways, I won~~~ BIG… 💖

So, my warrior welcome was a DVD which brought about a sign, all in one day. I know you fans will always welcome UW with your loyalty and devotion. You don’t need an actual mat or sign by your door either. Perhaps you may feel different with being welcomed or even welcoming others but it’s all in how we respond. I do hope however, that you show kindness in lieu of disagreements. They can have their views and you can have yours but welcome others opinions. Be open to listening to ideas different than your own because we need to be that way. I believe in genuine welcoming but do understand it being difficult. It is for me sometimes as well. I disagreed with Warrior on certain topics but I would never not welcome him then or now. I welcome YOU readers every week too. Until next week, which will be May already!
